The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I ordered rugs for my new place. When I entered my Address, it had a different Shipping and Billing Address. But when the order was placed, it had the Billing Address same as Shipping Address. I sent an email to customer care almost immediately, but that was of no use. Later called the customer care, they were not able to change the Shipping Address nor were they able to cancel my order. Hope they resolve it soon. Please check your address before you place your order as it is not able to cancel or change the address later.

I have ordered from RugsUSA three times now and am always so happy with the price and appearance of the rugs.
I wish the premium rug pad was thicker.

This time, I chose a new size of a pattern I already liked/bought because we got a new house and the previous rug was too small.

Would have appreciated compensation for the fact that I had to repackage and send a rug back to you for your own problem of sending the wrong rug.
