The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.
I ordered rugs for my new place. When I entered my Address, it had a different Shipping and Billing Address. But when the order was placed, it had the Billing Address same as Shipping Address. I sent an email to customer care almost immediately, but that was of no use. Later called the customer care, they were not able to change the Shipping Address nor were they able to cancel my order. Hope they resolve it soon. Please check your address before you place your order as it is not able to cancel or change the address later.

Rug is not as pictured by RugsUSA. It is not a subtle gray rug. It is a bold rug with a lot of black.

Only looked because it was a special deal. After looking at review photos, the actual colors were in line with what I needed for a room which was completely different than the site photos and description.

FedEx ship my rug almost all over the United States before it reached me instead of sending it directly where I would've gotten it quicker

I would have liked more information on the rug pads - wheich are best for wood floor versus tile floors.
I have a similar rug in my living room and wanted a round version of it - $700 at a local rug outlet, and yours was $450 (slightly smaller size too)

The tug is nice but it isnt straight. It has a curve and buckles. Not really happy with the quility.
I thought they looked nice and I'd get the 10% discount that was advertised on tv. But I didnt get the 10%.
I thought it was a good quility rug, it has this curve that isnt straightening. Plus it doesnt stay flat. And again I didnt get the 10% discount advertising.

I ordered a carpet 3 weeks ago and I still have not received it. I have now cancelled my order after many attempts to contact Rugs USA about his matter and nothing being done. The first time I contacted them the agent Beth A. Told me that it was back ordered and should be in stock May 28th to June 3rd. Well, I waited then low and behold IT WAS IN STOCK. So exciting! Then, I go to check the status of the order to see if maybe it has shipped already (since I have already waited the 3 weeks) I thought I must be one of the 1st people they ship it too. Nope, still not shipped. So I figure it takes sometime to update. 2 days later... still nothing. I then call again and a different agent answers the phone, she then offers me to cancel my order, in a very condescending way, I told her I obviously did not want to cancel I just wanted my rug is all, I mean I have been waiting 3 weeks. She then puts in a request to the ware house to have my order shipped ASAP and said it would take 1 - 3 business days to update and notify me of my order status. So I wait, I then call on the 3rd business day (a little impatient already) and the agent then tells me it is back ordered until June 3rd. Mean while I go on their website and not only is it still showing its in stock but THERE ARE ONLY 9 LEFT! Lol So I called again and just cancelled the order all together. I found the same exact rug on amazon and target for $30 less. So, if you guys ever wanna order from here I recommend going on images.google.com and then search the image of the rug you want and you will most likely be able to find a better price for the carpet you were wanting to order from rugs USA from a different, more reliable, company. I am not usually a "Karen" but I am pregnant and wanted to get my babys nursery set up before his arrival like I explained to the first agent. So I am extremely frustrated that I went through all this trouble for absolutely nothing.
