For the price, this rug was not as nice as I expected. There were pulls in the rug upon arrival.

Ordering was easy and with the exception of one discontinued rug, the order was delivered quickly.
I'm always disappointed when something I order isn't delivered, but they were good about refunding my money. I ordered a replacement.
