Your claims of excellent customer support are highly exaggerated and do not reflect the actual services you provide. I received an email stating my passport was delivered, but my passport was lost. I was left with no tracking number for my passport delivery, no customer support or chat available to resolve my issue. You claim to have services available 6 days/week. This is simply not true. There is no one available to give support, and when you do get someone, they are not trained to assist, they simply pass you off to a supervisor that is supposed to call you back within 24-48 hours - and they never call. I will not recommend your services to anyone. I had an awful experience with your company. You should all be ashamed of the high prices you charge and the lack of service you provide. I would've been better off doing the forms myself. This service is a joke.
Expedition of passport was excellent. However, the call back service needs "dire" improvement. Best to stay on the line and wait for next available, service representative. 5 days passed before I figured that out. Notifications for receiving documents was "stellar!"
Hello, I'm just wondering how long it takes for the company to review the documents? It's been 8 days and my documents are still under review. I sent my passport directly to the State Department originally and it was returned within 2 wks with a correction. So I decided to use Rush My Passport to expedite the corrected version to meet my departure. They received it the same day I mailed it. RMP took 10 days to "review" the passport and mail it to the state department. RMP charges a hefty fee! Yet the State Department processed it faster than RMP. Don't waste your money! No one "walks it thru"! Have a local passport agent review your documents and FedEx your application to the State Dept yourself!
I placed my order and sent my documents on June 20,2021 and had set my travel date for July 17, which I've already had to change because my passport wont be here on time even though the website said I'd probably have it by July 16. I can't manage to speak to anyone on the phone of this company and the website has no information or updates since the last update on July 1st that the package arrived at the government facility for processing. Karina - Based on the service agreement, the timeframe is 4-6 weeks of processing at the agency. Based on this, your passport will be released between August 1st and August 15th. I am sorry if you had hoped for it to be released faster than the service you purchased. The current processing times are falling well within the 5-6 week mark at this time in the Summer. I am so sorry and hope that you can have flexibility in your travels.
Originally we ordered priority service, expecting to get the passport within a week. Due to travel dates, that was not possible and I think should be more clear prior to placing an order. It was a hassle having to get an additional sheet signed and mailed off again when another courier had to be used. In the least, our payment should have been adjusted to reflect the correct time frame in which we actually could receive the passport. I requested an updated receipt on 3 different occasions when we were additionally charged for a check that had to be re-written. I never got that either. The rest of the experience was fine, and what matter most is his passport was received in time before his trip.

In my opinion, if you possess a timeframe of 10 weeks to obtain your passport, I recommend visiting the local post office, where they can provide assistance in completing the requisite forms and fulfilling all necessary prerequisites. This course of action would result in a cost savings of $200 compared to utilizing the services offered on this website. However, if expediency is paramount, and you require your passport within a week, then it may be reasonable to consider availing the website's services for a fee of $700.
Paid for the service but after 3 months I have nit gotten my passport, keep calling but the agents all have conflicting answers, some say I didn't pay government fee, application was not complete, they drop call when your talking and have no decency or respect to call back. I would have rather submitted my passport through the post office. Am not even sure when I can get my passport sine I send it to them in June. Please don't use this services because you will just be wasting your money and time. Just go to UPS and use there services and they can't scam you. Total scam
I will not "RushMyPassport" again using this company. After selecting a 1-3 week expedited option for passport renewal, it took over 14 weeks of waiting to finally get a notification that my passport has shipped. I understand delays, but over 10 weeks extra is excessive, especially if they are not proactive in keeping me updated with what is going on. In addition, their refund policy IS CRAP and claims that anything "out of their control" is not a reasonable reason for a refund. If you market that you can rush a passport in 1-3 weeks, you better darn well be able to do so.
I submitted my renewal 11/29/2022, it has been 7 weeks and I've heard nothing! I have a trip coming up on 2/10 and am really regretting using this service. Nobody can tell me the status and I'm worried it won't even come in time. I paid for expedited service that said it should be no more than 5 weeks. It's been 7! This is ridiculous. Can someone please help me?
