This was the second and last time our company will ever use Rush Order Tees.

The first time we ordered (~2017) the shirts came out looking awful so we reached out and they sent us a second batch. These were substantially better but still not to the quality that we were expecting. The second time we ordered, the same thing occurred. They gave us poor quality print and when I asked if we would be able to get a refund they told us they don't issue refunds and will only give us a reprint.
What bothers me so much is they have the ability to produce higher-quality shirts but will try to get away with low-quality print. After asking why it takes 2 attempts to produce 1 shirt I was given a runaround and no specific answer.
Please in the future, if you make a mistake, or produce something your customers are unhappy with, please take responsibility.
First time on the site. Happy with the software and help chat. Placed my first order easily. Pricing and ship times very reasonable. Will be a returning customer assuming product comes as expected.

I ordered sweatshirts with an uploaded photo for my dad's 91st birthday. The way I designed it, the photo would have been too blurry. The RushOrder team suggested a better design with my photo and it looked great! Very satisfied with the service and quality and will order again!

I have to hound them for every piece of information. At this point the order is late by 6 days. I have no tracking number (which was promised) and no product
I had a question about my order so I tried the online chat. First it was a bot (but also there are links to FAQs which were helpful already). The bot got info for me, which helped. When the bot couldn't answer my question, I was transferred to a real person. The exchange was a little slow, but I still got the information that I needed. All was good. :) Of all the online "contact/chat us" thingamabobs that I've used, this has been one of the best that I've used.

I had the best experience, I had to contact them because I wanted to put my grandkids names on the sleeve and wasn't sure how to go about it. They were very helpful. I had my grandkids pictures put on the back and the pictures were clear. I was very happy with the customer care and also with the finished product. Made the perfect mother's day present for my daughter and will Definity be ordering from them again. My daughter was very excited about it also.
