Ordered 6 custom tees, very easy to upload art and text to get what I envisioned. Didn't have to worry about special formats for the picture. Ended up paying $50 per shirt with tax and overnight shipping, which I thought I would be paying a local company anyways. Nobody local would take the job. Vectorizing, artist time, blah blah blah. Shirts were delivered on time, exactly what I wanted. Thanks!

I customized a shirt with Rush Order Tees. The quality control group didn't notice that the back text was printed twice. I filed an issue on the website. I have not been reached out to by anyone. I've gotten automated messages that I'm getting a new one. Hopefully they don't screw that one up, as well. I'd like some confirmation from anyone that things will be taken care of this time. I don't like wasting my time or money, but that how this business makes me feel. Horrible customer service! After receiving a fixed order, I got a call to update my review. Rush Order Tees made sure that the t-shirts ordered arrive quickly, and the quality of the print turned out better than I expected. The price for the shirts were more affordable ( for single items) than some of the other websites I visited. The one thing I DID struggle with was choosing which shirt brand I wanted. There are so many selections online, that it can become overwhelming figuring out what might be the best product to choose from. Despite that, the overall experience was good and because of this, I will use Rush Order Tees for my next project.

I actually gave this company a 2 star review before because I was upset that my shirts didn't come in time for my company's event. I didn't purchase the speedy delivery because of the cost, but figured, they were not that far away. Also. I wasnt happy with the material. It was brought to my attention that I did choose the polyester instead of the higher quality one. The reason for changing my review to a higher score is because they communicated with me and worked on a resolve I was happy with, without me asking.
My advice is really read what kind of material your purchasing, and if you need it at a reasonable time, order way in advance if you don't want to pay the express delivery fee. I'm willing to give this co another try if I need any shirts in the future.

First time using rush order tees and got 3 hoodies. 1 came in printed upside down. I reached out and within 24 hours someone responded saying they were going to print and expedite a new one to me. New one came in less than a week. While I was initially a little disappointed, the quick response to make things right turned that around for me. The quality of the prints on these hoodies is awesome and I'll likely end up ordering a few more designs from here in the future.

Ordered 3 jerseys on 4/24 with a requested 5/5 delivery date. They didn't start on my order until 5/3 which caused it to be delivered late and kids were without jerseys for game. Their response was they don't guarantee unless you pay extra for rush shipping.
This is most definitely my worst experience with any printer in my 30 year design career.
I have never had such poor quality presented, to a client in my life.
The logo has not been printed horizontally across shirt, but at an angle. Are you kidding me?
Rush Order Tees ( Rushordertees.com) does NOT give a refund. No matter how bad the quality.
What was misleading was their 5 star Ad with Google. Then I find out later. That this was false advertising, as I am reading on this website. I have some friends at google, I will contact them, and make sure that this company can no longer present false advertising.
$350 for 8 shirts, and no refund. That is a lot of money wasted!
I love the quality of your products and how easy it is to manage designs. The challenge I have is this. With needing to check on inventory, etc. It takes me longer to get my order entered than to create my design.
If I don't check before ordering and pay for two day delivery and the shirts are not in stock, I end up paying the expedite fees but don't get the product for five or six days.

After I made the order I checked prices elsewhere and I found most other companies were less than half the price for the basic screen printing I was looking for. I have used this company for many years but I do believe at this point they are definitely taking advantage. I cannot recommend this company.

My review is more for the fact that your website states that there is no minimum for screen printing and when I asked whether we can guarantee things are screen printing vs dtf, I was told there is a minimum for screen printing. This is directly opposite from what is on the website faq. When I said it to the person helping me, they simply asked if there were any other questions and didn't explain the discrepancy.
Designing the shirts was easy on their website, but when it came to getting the proofs, they were missing information. I called and talked to a representative and he assured me that the year would be printed on the shirts even though it did not show up on the proof. Therefore, I went ahead and ordered the shirts. What really upset me is that the company used the same size image on a size small as they did on a size XXL so it looks correct on the size small but looks ridiculous on the size XXL.

I originally received an order that had an alignment issue with the print on the front of the hoodie. I reached out to RushOrderTees promptly and received a very quick response they would fix the issue. 1 week later a new garment arrived exactly how I ordered it. I'm thrilled with the service RushOrderTees provides, especially since I can order premium garments with no minimum. I had some hiccups down the road trying to order some custom t shirts but it was my fault. I accidentally typed in the wrong address for my delivery. And the shirts were for a MS walk this weekend! It looked like it wasn't going to make it back in time but I spoke to customer service. I explained the situation and everyone was so helpful! I just received the shirts today 2 days before the walk! Thank you so much! If I ever need another shirt again I will be using this site!

Received wrong color shirts and they let me of course keep the 4 wrong color shirts and sent me 4 new ones in place.
They have also done this before in the past where I bought a few hats and one of the hats came and it was dented and anyways the decal had a crease in it so I documented it sent him a picture and then customer service as well. Sent me brand new hats for that order as well

I used there on-line tools to design and order my hoodie. It was very straight forward and easy to use. I placed my order and went for the 2 day rush. After confirming and paying I realized that I had made a spelling error in my design. I called them and the correction was made quickly and correctly.
The hoodie arrived on time and it is of excellent quality.
