I needed help with an alteration with a reorder. Josh Ferra, was able to get exactly what I needed within minutes! I was actually amazed at how easy it was! Great work and professionalism. Top-notch customer service!
I placed an order for 1 ea of a couple designs as "proofs" for our team to look at. The design had printing on the sleeves (which would incur an additional fee). This outstanding customer service waived the extra fee with the understanding that future orders would have the fee attached. This is just a great way to operate. We have been customer for a while and will continue to come back. Thank you Rush Order Tees!
I ordered 6 shirts and they arrived timely. The printing on one of the shirts was poor with one letter completely missing. I reached out via email but never got a response. After a few washes the printing is nearly all gone. I wish they would have at least tried to resolve this issue.

Was looking for a company that had DTG capability, I had lots of questions and was anxious about placing a very large order. They made it easy. Justyne answered all my questions and added our tax exempt license to my account. Made the ordering process smooth as butter. Highly recommend.

Don't except a centered logo something so easy as that seems to be a struggle for these people, and if you try to reprint them don't expect one since even if you measure out and show it's over their margin of error they won't give it to you. We're trying to give our customers quality product but I guess that is a struggle or just not important to them
I ordered some custom softball uniforms for our men's league team. I was at first worried that we might get them after our first game considering it was only two weeks from the order date. I was surprised in the the uniforms (material, design, color, size, etc.) they better than I expected.
The only complaint I have is the notification/updates on the order. I wish they had something to track it's progress, that way you don't have to harass the Order Department however, they do respond quickly and give amazing customer service by answering any questions you have.
Will purchase from them again, if I need any more uniforms.

I had to add on to an order I previously placed. Owen responded promptly and adjusted my order in minutes! I also had to change my design and that was also done promptly. Very easy to work with the customer service reps!
Luke was very helpful with my T-shirt design today. He answered all of my questions, created links to see the final product as well as pricing. Professional, prompt, and friendly.

We ordered two shirts for our business at $30 each. (Didn't want to order a bunch then have them suck) In less than a month the designs had faded off and the shirts were falling apart. Contacted customer service and they said they would replace them. The order had a guaranteed shipping date. When it never arrived I contacted them again. They apologized. Finally our replacements arrived and they were even worse than the first. The chest art was centered when it should have been over the right side of the chest. The red in the shirt was orange in areas. I would highly recommend not buying from this company!

We had an issue with USPS and it was clear our shirts would not arrive on time for our event. RushOrderTees reprinted our shirts and overnighted them so that we would get them in time. And they looked great. Excellent customer service!

I've ordered before and the team at Rush Order Tees is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and so pleasant.
This order was time critical. I had them expedited. When my order came, I realized I ordered incorrect sizes.
I called Customer Service and described my dilemma. Well, they did the shirts again and RUSHED the shirts to me with expedited shipping at a reduced price. Doesn't get better than them.
I ordered a t-shirt for Mothers day using an original art design. I was expecting just an iron on type of design. But Rush Order Tees went above and beyond creating a quality tshirt with my design on the front. This tshirt is awesome! And my friend with wear and cherish this for years! Due to the multiple size and style garments I'd requested, the sizing of my design logo on each (size) garment presented some challenges. Not least of which due to my ignorance of how flexible the design process works. However, Tim and his team were incredibly patient and talked me through the process, offered ideas and recommendations until we arrived at a great solution...including font options which were unavailable anywhere else I'd tried.
Bottom line - The first rate customer support, regular communication both by phone / email and the overall collaboration on my project was indeed "Above & Beyond". I would highly recommend RushOrderTees to anyone for their needs and will most definitely be using them again for mine.
