First shipment never arrived. Then after contacting it took a few days for it to be approved, printed, and shipped. After 2 months, it was nothing short of full disappointment. I've ordered from other sites with much better quality before.

It was very easy to work with RushOrderTees. I was always able to talk quickly with someone in person when I called. The product they created was really great! The colors and photo resolution were excellent. They arrived exactly on schedule. I haven't given the tees to my nephew and family yet. It looks like the sizes are on the generous side, but that should be totally fine. Better a little big than too small. The fabric quality is also excellent. I ordered 2 t-shirts with graphics. One came out very well. Another had a graphic and text that were supposed to be predominantly red, but were orange. After getting 2 more shirts thar were still orange, I put up a negative review here
Heather from customer support contacted me and had to make multiple calls to reach me but persisted. She personally oversaw another attempt at the shirt on a short sleeved shirt. When that looked good, she had the long-sleeved shirt that I originally ordered printed. What was really cool was that she sent the short-sleeved shirt on with no charge. The design, in the end, turned out beautifully. I gave 4 stars; if I'd been reviewing Heather, it would be 5 stars.
Overall, I would order from RushOrderTees again and would recommend them to someone else.

This is my fourth time ordering and we've always been happy. Got a call today that the order I placed a few days ago could not be fulfilled due to the item being out of stock. I called and the representative said all the similar items were out as well. I had to do some research on the site to try to find a replacement so decided to use the chat feature. Ended up being helped by Luke in Sales who confirmed the item was in stock, that our design could be placed on there no problem, and that it would arrive still on the original delivery date. Crossing my fingers and praying that is all true and it arrives on time! Appreciate the willingness to swap items and rush shipping at no additional cost to us! Great business.

The person I spoke with answered my questions and gave me piece of mind I would see what the design will look like before printing. This print is important as it's a gift for my daughter. I worked for months on getting it just right and have no clue how it will appear printed or if I set everything up correctly.

We designed an "est. 2023" t-shirt for our new wrestling club. We raised almost $400 for our program, the t-shirts look great and came very quickly. We had a few shirts missing, and they responded immediately and are fixing it today! I will definitely suggest rushordertees.com to other organizations at our school and use them again myself!

I paid to have my order delivered to my house by a certain date. It did not arrive. The company refunded the extra shipping cost in less than 24 hours. Wow. They made a difficult situation more bearable. Thank you.
When having difficulty placing an order online, I began a chat with Joshua F. He was concise in communicating, and efficient in correcting the issue. I was able to see a mock up of my order immediately. From there, I could quickly and easily place my order. I love that in a world where you can't just place one screen printing order (usually a minimum order of 12, etc. is required), this company will accommodate a single order. Joshua's quick work made my experience super easy. Also, as an addendum, I followed up with a phone call, and Jessica, who answered the phone was also efficient, helpful and cheerful! Will happily use this company again as the need arises.
