They auto renewed my membership that i didnt request to have auto renewed. I call to get the money reimbursed and they make you call the 1800# and none of them speak english. They have given me the run around. I have called 7 times and they give me a ref# each time. Each time i call back i give them the reference # and they say its no good. They told me it would be back in my account before the end of business day. This has been going on for 13 days and still no refund. I will never shop at sams again. I have called the Cookeville Store 3 times this morning and no one answers. The is awful service.
We recently went to Sam's to purchase laminate flooring for our entire home. We thought we'd have to load every box onto a cart, then purchase it and carry it out and unload it in our trailer. But, when we explained what we were doing, several employees readily directed us to snap a picture of the URL and take it to the register to let them know how many boxes we were buying. Meanwhile, other employees picked up a pallet of flooring boxes to the dock area and met us there. Finally, when the forklift couldn't drive the pallet directly into our trailer, two employees, Marco and Sidney, stopped what they were doing and helped us load all 76 boxes into our trailer. We were so grateful, and they were so kind! This was at the Albuquerque Coors location.

I recently bought fresh shrimp, and it was marked incorrectly. Overpaid for underweight, presented the issue to a manager, and was told if you don't like it go shop somewhere else.
Sam's club is losing my business, I know its there company, but everything is being changed over to member mark products, it was my lt was my last straw when they started switching lay wavy chips over to there brand, There tomato sauce is not the same as Hunts, there shrimp scampi not the same as Sea Pak, toilet paper and paper towels is one thing, but taking away lays wavy chips, Sea Pak scampi's, etc. I just canceled a nice order, when I Cant get the items I enjoy and like it's time for me to move on, I will go somewhere else, yes they have a right to sell what they think is going to benefit them, I get it, but its my right if i choose to accept it, and The chips was the final straw for me. At age 72 I'm still young and able to voice my opinion. Thanks for reading
Sam's Club has really poor customer service. It's outsource customer service. Did not refund my cancel order. They kept hanging up on me. They told me my refund would take 5 to 7 business on April 15th, however, I call back on May 2th They told me they was experiencing error. Call back on May 6th my refund wasn't process until I call back on May 2th. They hung up on me several times. Sam' s club doesn't respect their members enough to have an all American customer service staff to help. It was a horrible experience. I'm still waiting on my refund.
Sam's club member mark socks are the worst socks I've ever purchased before in my life I recommend no one buys them I've bought packs and time after ti'm after time I wear them once wash them and holes form
Odered for the 1st time. Delivery tracker said 7min checked again a few min later and my order was returned for no reason! Im sitting here waiting on them. No one ever answers the phone at the tri county store. Had to call the 800 number to have them call the store. Wait on hold for 20min then transferred to the tri county store for them to say they don't know why my order was returned... Wow smh. Worst first experience very disappointed Sam's do better...
I have had the worst experience dealing with Sam's club.com please do not purchase anything from there not only have I received merchandise that has been damaged it's taken months and months and months to receive anything they have no communication amongst one another I have probly called them over 40 times no 1 knows what's going on they use 3rd party delivery they have no idea what's going on I have damaged furniture that basically they say that I have to keep or I have to take back all of my furniture because they cannot replace 1 part. Never again. Wasted my time and money. If I wanted damaged furniture I would have both second hand.
Frequently out of basics like sugar and eggs,both of which are readily available at sister store Walmart for LESS. Last visit, Sam's was out of three of four often purchased items. I returned the 8 items to the shelves,left, went to Walmart where I was able to purchase ALL of my needed items for LESS. Bread that I previously paid nearly $5 at Sam's was $1 and better quality.
