Back in August I had purchased member's Mark beef and cheddar sausage as I was eating one found a foreign piece of object in it returned it and said I want to know what this is had to call the main office got to claim number and I said I do not want it to be swept underneath the carpet since then nothing had been done finally got in touch with somebody again at the beginning of December and they said they would have somebody call me within 7 to 10 days 3 weeks later still no call then I'm got back with the claims department and told them and then I did get a call just to listen to a guy making accusations about the foreign object because now there's no proof someone had discarded it I'm very displeased about how it was handled and next time if it happens again to me or anyone else instead of returning the product return it to an attorney and let them handle the case
Placed order for gift card through samsclub.com. Company cancelled order with out notifying and after being on hold for over an hour they claim they can't get ahold of the department that cancelled. I was informed that I would hear from someone in 72 hours after complaining and have the call escalated was told they would call back in 24 hours. Over 24 hours later and still no call back after another hour on hold they claim they can't fix it but still have a hold on my CC. The worst service possible will be canceling my membership they savings is not worth it.
I placed a pick-up order so that I did not have to go into the store during COVID since the store does not REQUIRE masks(Port Charlotte, FL). Ate some of my #JackLinks Jerky that I bought and did not feel good. Next morning husband is eating it and begins to pull out large pieces covered in MOLD! Expires Nov 2021. I called the store to get a refund, I was put on hold 4 different times for a total of 20Min 38Sec. My last attempt to speak to someone ended that I MUST go into their store to get a refund. I explained my desire to not be in the store and why, and asked if I could send them pictures of the product and they could just credit me. They said they could not help me. No Returns if you are not in the store. Order# *******475. Terrible customer service! However - #JackLinks is the best! They resolved my issue since Sam's Club would not. I was able to place a free order on their site to replace the product. I was able to do this safely from my home. I LOVE #JackLinks!
Someone hacked into my debit card and spent over $1600 online at Sam's Club. I have disputed these charges with the bank but they cannot credit them back until Sam's Club releases the charges. I called Sam's Club online numerous times. At first no one would speak to me because I do not have a membership with them. After calling back numerous times I was told there is nothing they can do but that I should have the bank call them. When I asked for a number they refused to give me one and said the bank should no who to call. Makes no sense, they cannot help me but I should have the bank call them. This company displays the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Do not shop there! I will be filing a complaint with Kathryn McLay, CEO! DO NOT SHOP AT SAM'S CLUB! They provide the worst customer service ever!
Wish before I renewed my membership. Service has been going down for a while.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FRAGILE FROM SAM'S CLUB AND ASK THEM TO DELIVER IT! The people who pack are morons! I ordered bathroom tissue and it came with the box stuffed tight with crumpled paper. Great packing and the box was not crushed - BUT IT WAS BATHROOM TISSUE! I also ordered two 100 disc spools of Verbatim DVD+R DVDs that we placed in a separate box. NOT wrapped. NO PACKING at all! Just two 100 disc DVD spools in an empty box. Gee, what a surprise! The box arrived totally crushed by UPS! Both spools broken and the DVDs scattered all over the box. Some broken, most scratched and unusable! SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS!
Bought set of tires at Clearwater Fl, SamsClub and set up 1st available install appt 2 weeks out. Arrived at tire center and stood there while the only associate spent 20 minutes with single customer. I was then told my appt was cancelled b/c it was 20 minutes after appt time and they couldn't fit me in. It was 4pm and they closed at 7pm.
Havent had any problems so far except for it com8ng FEDEX. Where I live the fedex guy wont carry my orders to door no matter the size or weight. I have cancer and with the shunt in my brain I am not supposed to lift anything over 5lbs. But I have had to recently due to lack of help from FEDEX
True, like Walmart, they seem to enjoy moving what your looking for to another location, but over all if look for sale items online before you go, you can put up with a little inconvenience.
