I ordered a trampoline from samsclub.com on sept 4th and paid 99 for shipping. They told me it would be at my home on sept 26th. On sept 23 I received a call saying that because I live in a rural area (town of ******* people) I would not get it until oct 14th. After I cancelled the order on sept 23rd they still charged me over 100 dollars for shipping. I will never order from samsclub.com again!
I ordered via Sam's Club Online. My order NEVER came. I called customer service immediately after receiving the order delivered email. The order was reordered by them and expected to come the next day. That order NEVER came; although I began calling an hour into my delivery window. I spent the next THREE HOURS on the phone with several different inept employees who told me I could only be refunded with a gift card in 7-14 business days when my payment exited my account immediately... ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!
Went to Sam's today to get a group 51 battery for my John Deere tractor in South store did not have any but the north store had five why do they have five in our store in zero at South store is not an inventory control issue went to Walmart bought $20 Higher thanks for charging me my membership fee

In sugar land TX, they have a sign clearly says men and ladies perfumes for $35.98. I've seen this sign for long time now and everytime I stop by to smell the perfumes but don't buy because I was not ready so I just leave. Today I decided to buy for my sister and her husband as a Christmas gift. I tried to find the ones I liked underneath the samples buy all were there are completely different brands than the sample ones which is weird. I asked an employee he mentioned that more perfumes are in another section. When I went to get the ones I liked, I found completely different prices! I was very disappointed. I found a manager and told her that's misleading. All she said was "thanks for your concern".
I am very disappointed and unhappy with misleading me. I planned my budget accordingly. I expected her to say that she would give it to me with the given price because it's their mistake.
I joined Costco for 3 months but it was inconvenient because it was far. When I spoke the manager, he refunded the full amount of the membership not even a penny was deducted. This is the 100% customer satisfaction.
I have the message: Sorry, we are adding shipping costs to this order, because you have shipped to more than 20 addresses. SAM"S MEMBER + the $#*!, crap, bull$#*!, turd, $#*!!

What should have been a happy day turned into a traumatic experience. We paid $339.00 to have our patio furniture delivered to our patio. Instead the lone driver prepared to leave it in the street. My husband is severely disabled and we have an assigned disabled parking space with a wheelchair ramp in front of our home. We are in our mid 60's as well. None of this mattered to the wife of the owner of AA delivery service who blamed AIT who blamed Sams Club. They all played the blame game instead of the "let's fix" problem. I was screaming and crying and finally paid another $40.00 to the delivery man to drag the boxes to our patio. I was asked to sign for the shipping being forced to accept unopened, unpacked furniture. Both AA and AIT delivery companies should be ashamed for their unprofessional behavior communication and zero customer skills. We were left traumatized and will never order from Sams Club again. The only people that cared were our neighbors that came out to find out if we were ok since they heard me crying and yelling! $339.000? To leave our furniture in the street? Sams Club needs to find delivery companies that reflect the level of customer service and respect offered in their stores.

Service stinks and one of my favorite things that I always buy at Sam's Club, rotisserie chicken was not cooked properly. I waited for new chicken to be cooked, because whatever they had outside was pale and uncooked and I actually saw the "Cook" remove the chicken 5 minutes before the time to be fully cooked and put it out for sale.

Sam's Club, whether on line or in the store, is a great company. But you really need to know your prices before shopping! Just because you see a product you use in a super-mega-gigantic size... doesn't necessarily mean that it is a good deal! Break things down by the ounces or pounds, and see what you really are paying for at Sam's Club! JUST REMEMBER... BIGGER ISN'T ALWAYS BETTER. IT JUST MIGHT BE BIGGER... AND THAT'S IT! BUYER BEWARE... BRING YOUR SMARTS... AND YOUR CALCULATOR TO ENSURE YOU ARE GETTING A DEAL!
As I went to the club today to apply for a plus membership from the $45 membership and the Latina woman at do it yourself cashier told me I need to have a itin number to apply for plus membership. It took her about 7 minutes to even help me because she was listening to music on her cell phone and it was a few customers that we need it help. She was very sarcastic and rude after I told her I didn't want to give her my itin and she said it could not do it on the machine to pay she had to do it from a computer she had wit her. As I was walking to the door I asked a lady at a cashier machine if it was true we need it itin and she said no I ask to talk to manager and I was sent to another Latina young lady and I told about my problem she did my membership nicely this shopping was very bad I will not go back and make sure someone higher nows because that's is not fair or the laws. I will post it on my social and let the community now what Sam's club does to the customers they have to.
Bought 3 Christmas outfits- hope I can return them if they do not fit my girls. They had really cute Christmas outfits last year so hopefully well find something that we all like that fits everyone!
