Does Sam's Club think everyone is stupid?! I bought their brand of Bacon "Member's Mark", it said 16 oz... 1 lb. I took it out of the package, weighed the packaging, then zeroed out the scale and added the bacon... 15.15 oz.
Price keeps going up, but they are shorting us on product!
They should be fined for these tactics!
Went to return an item I purchased the line was so long, and the associate seem to be doing other things, then helping the customers. Also, looking like they were very tired of the whole situation. No response to customers in line to let them know that they were thinking about us Sam's Club should go to Costco and learn how to set up a return system with friendly people
I order form Sam`s club SHIPPED by Sam`s club, and when an empty box arrives, not completely empty, the packing slip says " All risk of loss with respect to goods sold hereunder shall pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier"! Sam`s club got my money tho and won`t refund it! $5 spoons.1 star was the lowest choice, would`ve involved the police if I thought it would have mattered! Membership cancelled, CC cancelled, losing my business won`t effect them, but it will effect me :)
Ive shopped at Sam's Club for decades. I've noticed for a long time now that their self checkout payment processing is slow and doesn't even work most of the time. I don't have a problem with self checkout but with the payment issues one person is never enough to fix the problem so you can try again. Long lines and ridiculous wait times are the result. This is so basic! Then their exit process with the scan guns is terrible too. Their big competitor executes all the above without issues. Why can't you Sam's Club?
The local Surprise phone number goes nowhere, don't bother calling. Also don't bother calling corporate bc they will just hang up on you and/or try and transfer you to the non working number. No one with plain English answers the phone. Also forget it if you bank with chase. Chase and their checkout systems don't correspond with each other and it consistently freezes my transactions after multiple failed attempts. Honestly, this place is the worst. I have to bring cash each time just to checkout. I will not renew my membership.
Sam's club online customer service have the worst customer service ever. They are not knowledgeable and have no idea what they are doing and that including the gift cards department. Every one of them is useless and lies more than the person before them. Trying to get my money back has been a nightmare and still didn't get it yet. They keep submitting a request to the wrong department or at least that's what they told me. I think Sam's club trained them to lie. Buying in store is a totally different story. In store they usually fixed the problem on the spot.
Notice the item measurements didn't match the display sign, notified the store manager about the item and that it should be a price reduction I was told there's nothing they could and she walked off. I've been a member for over 11 years and never endured such terrible customer service from the Dallas tx location on midway I will be canceling my membership and I would advise anyone not to shop there. Never authorized a renewal on membership took out of my account now it's been over two weeks waiting for a e gift card that was promised for my refund still nothing three calls and got nowhere. Would never recommend this club to anyone
I placed an order for Christmas Cards on 12/9/22. At the time of my order it appeared that my cards would be ready and shipped out within a few days. There is no progress on my order and it is a week later. I have contacted their photo department customer service (in Nicaragua) multiple times. They have no information, they are not able to communicate with the Photo vendor to determine the status of my order or where it will be shipping from. This has been a customer service nightmare with long wait times and no answers. Do yourself a favor and pick another store to order your photo cards from.
Absolutely disgusting! I just discovered that the almonds I bought at Sam's club have a blue piece of plastic in the sealed package. I'm returning it tomorrow, but I do not want to buy anything else from them ever again!
