I wish I could give a Zero! On 9/3 /23 I ordered a dog bed for my dog who has a leg injury, it's now the 13th and still NO package but my other 2 orders were delivered, I got an email at 8am yesterday saying attempting delivery and not able to deliver which I a LIE! They Only just shipped out today and only charged my card this morning! I have tried canceling it and was told I couldn't as it was longer than 30minutes, I sat on hold for over 20 minutes yesterday for no management to pick up to resolve this! Bottom line is they never filled the order and only caught this after I've caused a stir, this is NOT the first incident like this! I Will NOT be renewing my membership! Worst shopping ever!
I no longer shop at Sam's Club. I got tired of having to wait in line to leave the store while someone checks through my cart to make sure I haven't stolen anything. That is really, really offensive.
My first day as a memeber in Sams club store in Miramar Florida. This is unacceptable I asked for a product that was in display and Brought the product to the cashier to ask if they have it in the back, manager Diego said no we don't have it you should come next week, I was in shock they took the product and put it back in display again I asked why you put it back if you don have the product there was a lady on the line telling well Diego the manager should give you half price inmediately he asked if they have more and bring the product, she told me to shut up because he thought I was screaming and I wasn't! Finally out of the sudden he brought me the product regular price! My question here what's happening in this country!
Lot of junk on the web-site. Additionally, if you're not concious of the going prices for a lot of products, you will pay more at Sam's. I joined just to buy the boca burgers. Being a vegan, the prices were good and the saving I'd get from the boca burgers would pay for my membership. As I renewed for a 2nd year, they stopped carring the boca burgers. I will not renew for a 3rd years. And unless you need 50 rolls of toilet paper, or a gallon of ketchup, it's not really worth the $45 a years.
I've been a customer in Sam's club in Elmsford NY for more than 20 years.
Lately it becomes just awful. I haven't be able to buy eggs, butter, frozen salmon and etc.
The single worst online company for customer service returns ever! I shipped back a marble table that they cleared for return and pickup for the return over a month ago. The table has been received weeks ago. I have been calling the 800 number every single day spending hours a day trying to get my refund put back to my credit card for 550.00 to no avail you are calling the Philippines speaking to incompetent people who hang up on you or apologize for not being able to execute the refund. Most recently they claim the refund was put back on my card but it wasn't and I had the chase bank speak to them with me to confirm no credit was put back for over 2 years by sams club. They refuse to do a Manual override for the refund, keeping the product and my money. I have spent hours and hours a day trying to get one single competent supervisor on the call to fix this issue. They took my money and the product! I never ever got refunded. I have recorded conversations, receipts, emails to verify every single word of this note! Order *******230 marble table owed 546.40. Over a month now no resolution despite my credit card company telling them there has been no credit, fraud department confirming it as well, online bank statements confirming no credit issued. Return was approved by a supervisor as it was a replacement item and cleared for return without ever refunding me! Just sucks.
I'm canceling my membership, this store has nothing but problems.

I'm always being told the WHOLE pizzas are SOLD OUT, But how is that possible is they're still selling pizza slices!
And I've caught them in a lie before and after I spoke with cooperate and the supervisor then the pizzas magically appeared at the store.

I placed an order to be delivered to me on Monday (4/10/2023) between 2-4pm. My order never showed up. I contacted Sam's Club through the chat service where they were of no help. They had offered an $8 gift card when the delivery was initially late as compensation. 30 minutes prior to my store closing I contacted them again, they promised a delivery TODAY (4/11/2023) along with another $10 gift card for compensation. They have failed to deliver the gift card and have yet to deliver my order. Every time I get on chat to talk to someone they refuse to actually assist and disconnect without notice because they don't want to help. There's no way to avoid this or file a complaint about it. I went to cancel my order and there is no option to and was ineligible for a return. I can't return something I never even got! Apparently, they can't get a driver to deliver the order. I paid Sam's to deliver, not a 3rd party, so that is an issue for them to figure out to get my delivery to me on time. Each agent has refused to cancel and refund my order. I want a full refund and at this point. Our family has been a member for over 30 years and this is how Sam's treats their long-term members. Oh, and I've tried calling my local Sam's Club over and over and over - nobody ever picks up the phone! Absolute worst service! How does Walmart have better customer service and they're the same company?!
Cash option registers I'm so tired I've only one register being open that can take cash I don't understand why your self checkouts can't take cash just like Walmart since you're associated with Walmart if Costco ever comes to Amarillo I will join them and cancel my membership with you
I rented an Enterprise vehicle via Sam's Club. It was a prepaid rental scheduled to begin on February 4,2020 and end on February 11,2020.
When I picked up the car on February 4 I mentioned that I might return it one day early. Enterprise staff said " No problem - we only charge you for the days you have the car." When I returned the car on February 10, I mentioned that I was bringing it back one day early. Enterprise staff said " No problem - we only charge you for the days you have the car."
When I did not see a credit on my card, I called Enterprise. They told me that I needed to call Sam's Club because the rental had been made through them. When I called Sam's Club ( and after waiting perhaps 15 minutes on hold) I was told that neither Sam's Cub nor Enterprise were going to give me the credit that I should have received. They said that it had something to do with the rental having been prepaid but THAT'S UTTER NONSENSE.
LESSON - DON'T DEAL WITH SAM'S CLUB car rental.
Answer: Sams club has no customer service. Costco is the way to go
