I have been using this same day delivery service from SAM's Club since March 2022... You order food online and they get delivered within hours. I ordered groceries and they were suppose to be delivered between 10-12 noon today. The app says delivered but my son told me here hasn't received them. I called the store and Pharmacy told me to call back. I call back and Tire/ Battery dept answered and i ask to be transferred to groceries. He told he to call back, I explained the situation and he hung up. I called again and ask to speak with a supervision. (Store Madison Sams Club, Madison MS, Manager JUSTIN) I while i am explaining the man kept repeating what i was telling him like it was a joke. I told him my groceries are delivered on the same day and he said they don't have that service. And i told him, "well it seems like you don't know all the services SAMS Club provide. He then started shouting and said he is the one helping me and I need to calm down or else he is going to hang up. Then he was like we can start over but if you keep disrespecting me i will hang up. I guess telling him the services provide is a disrespect. I don't tolerate how he was talking to me. As a customer for years they lack training and customer service skills. I would not recommend my friends or family to shop t this store.
I purchased a shark Ion vacuum for my son for Christmas. It stopped working in May. I contacted Samsclub and asked them if I could exchange it for a new one. The lady on the phone was so rude. I then called the extended warranty place that I purchased when I bought the vacuum, they told me to contact Shark which I did. They were very nice, sent me a return label and a list of what I needed to send with the vacuum. I went online to print out my receipt and it had been zeroed out and said returned. I have been fighting with Samsclub for 2 months and finally received my money. When it comes to returns and Customer service Samsclub it the worse. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY MEMBERSHIP.
Always great prices, service, delivery. 100% of the time, in my experience. I've never had an issue, but my mother got the wrong brand of something, it was fixed the next day!
I received and item damaged I call and sent pictures the lady told me to keep the item my money would be refunded so why today is the 16 and I still haven't received my money so I call and they told me they was waiting on the item after they told me to keep the item now they saying they're sending someone to pick the item up and it will be another 5 - 7 business days before I receive my money I'll never order nothing from them again this the second time this have happened but never again
I would NOT recommend this service for the following reasons:
1. There are hidden charges associated with orders. A 5% service charge is automatically added to the cost of the order based on the initial projected cost of the order. Another 5% is also added as a tip. In addition to these charges, there is an "upcharge" added to each item ordered, which means that you're paying more than the regular online price established by the vendor, e.g., Sam's Club.
2. There is no receipt provided at the time of delivery to reconcile the charged items with those actually delivered. In my particular case, items were charged, but not delivered.
3. After discovering the discrepancies associated with my order and delivery, I reported the problem online; however, at the time of this review, which is a day later, I have received no correction to the charge and no response from Instacart.
As a result of the aforementioned issues, I will NOT be utilizing Instacart again. It's discouraging that Sam's Club has trusted and partnered with this deceptive service.
I have been trying to get a refund for a canceled order for a month now. I have called several times and always get an operator from another Country. I have yet to speak to an American. They always say the same thing. We are going to process it and wait 5 to7 business days. I have been waiting 5 to 7 business days for a month now. I am now filing a complaint with the BBB. And I won't stop until they give me my money. I will NEVER shop Sam'sClub.com again.
Had a de-magntized gift card and it was a headache from he'll however 3 hrs later finally got it figured out and I was able to get gas and go home. Thank you again Jonny at Sam's club in draper
I went to the Sam's Club on East Woodmen Rd, Colorado Springs, CO *******. I wanted to purchase a black Jacket for my child and the Jacket was hang very high, I ask the Women that wore a Green vest and her name tag said (Israel) she has curly long hair and is dark medium skin tone to help me. I ask if there's more black Jackets and Israel, said I can't reach it, and there's no way of me scanning to see if there is. Later, I will go back and have my little nephew that is a climber go back to climb and get it for me, since she made me feel that she did not want to help me. DUE TO YOUR NON HELP YOU LOST YOUR STORE SALE. Management needs to be aware that you are NO help to their store nor care to make sales by assisting customers! Just so you know I did my share of working in retail at my young age and we were train to assist every customer of every race, because all customers are #1 priority. Your lack of training is an embarrasment to the sale of Sams Club!
I bought a PlayStation 5 from Sam's club and their membership expecting to get my console for my birthday but when I called to check on the delivery date 5 days after I ordered it found out that Sam's club canceled my order for no reason checked my bank and the bank had approved and set aside the funds to purchase the PlayStation 5 Sam's club told me to go in and reorder but come to find out that they're out of stock and it was complete waste of time and their call center is filled with a bunch of idiots that aren't really good at speaking English
I wanted to call and just answer a DAM QUESTION. I WANTED TO KNOW IF THEY HAD ANY SPECIALS ON CELL PHONES. KNOW ONE NEVER PICKS UP THE HAS BEEN GOING FOR MONTHS.
