We pay extra money for a membership. No carts. Long lines. It is getting worst everyday. Last year with this membership

Poor customer service

It is inappropriate to say, oh my god under your breathe and get an attitude while on the phone with a member. That will not get my business.

You can almost always buy it cheaper at Walmart, and buy less, but I don't shop there anymore either.

Bad customer service
February 18, 2020

I ordered 1 month ago and cake for my Father in laws 75th birthday. The employee at the time was so nice helping me with the cake. This past Saturday I called the bakery in Augusta, Ga first thing in the morning to see if my cake happened to be ready. The lasldy on the phone was very rude. She was short and snippy and told me it would be ready at 12. I was fine with that. At 1 pm we showed up and they couldn't locate my cake. AMANDA started yelling at me saying I called this morning and said to move it to Sunday. I explained that no I didn't, that I called asking if I could pick it up early. She proceeded to tell at me saying that is not what I said. I explained that the party was that night a 6pm. She was extremely unprofessional. I was asking her when my cake would be ready and she started throwing a tantrum saying she can't work in this condition with me talking to her.I then spoke with the bakery manager and she made excuses like she told her employees not to take orders 1 month in advance and a lady is coming to make my cake. This was by far the worst experience I have had. People have said you get the customer service at Costco. I guess we will go there now. Shame on you Sam's!

I went to Sam's Club in Denton, Texas off University on Saturday Sept 16th@ 7:10AM to pickup a curbside order. This lady name (HORTENSIA
Or HONORATAS) forgive me the name might be misspelled. At any rate her attitude was TERRIBLE. She was shoving the items in my trunk. I'm looking like what is your problem then she said that I needed to get some items and help put them in my car. If she would have asked me politely I would have gladly assisted but she demanded. So I'm already surprised because it's 7:10AM in the morning a beautiful day and this is her attitude. The pure rudeness, negative vibe, negative energy, I was shocked.
So I ask her are you not having a good day? She just looked at me and walked off. So I said it again to make sure she heard me, she turned to me looked at me and walked off.
I walked to the door where they bring the items out and asked for a supervisor or someone over the curbside delivery orders. Needless to say there was not one available at that time. I did call and leave a message for someone in that department to call me. I personally believe that customer service is key and if you are working for a company - you are representing that company and the lady I had to deal with needs to go through some type of customer service training. Or better yet if she does not like her job go find something else to do.

Watered meat

You can't even brown the meat because of all the water that cooks out going to shop elsewhere dump water 3 time from chicken and pork
