I was overcharged $60.00 on a 140.00 drug that I could of purchased at ( get this) Walmart which is not a discount store for $80.00
Made an appointment to install new tires, and it was terrible. First day I went in I waited over an hour before they told me that my lug nuts were too old, and I needed to bring in some new ones for them to install with the tires. Weird that they didn't sell them, but whatever. I asked for a receipt because I paid for the tires, but the man told me that the receipt would be there when I returned the following day. I returned with the lug nuts, and the man told me that I needed to replace the lug nuts myself before they would touch it. I returned to my car and replaced them all myself in the parking lot. I returned and they had me waiting another hour before telling me that the bolts now needed to be replaced before they would touch the vehicle. I asked for my money back for the installation, and to just pay for the tires, but they would only give me back half the price for installation. I asked for a receipt again, and the man told me that they throw out all of the receipts at the end of the day. I went to customer service, and waited another 20 minutes there until They told me that they couldn't print out a receipt. So finally I attempted to leave the Sam's Club on Dale mabry and they wouldn't let me leave because I didn't have a receipt for the tires. The lady at the door spoke with the people at the tire department and finally I was able to leave and have my tires and stalled somewhere else. I'll never go to this Sam's Club again
First have been a Sams Club member since 2005. That being said I will not renew my membership the end of this month and take my business to Costco instead! Reason being... had purchased close to $2000 of patio furniture this past week from Ypsilanti Store #6667 only for it to go on sale for $150 less 2 days later. We called the store and talked with an emoloyee Heather who stated we could bring in the receipt to have them issue a credit. However, when we brought the receipt in for the credit the bonehead Manager would not honor the price adjustment but very rudely offered if we brought all the furniture back to the store he would then make the adjustment! REALLY! Nice customer service you DON'T provide! It took 3 SUV's to load it all up with absolutely NO help from their store! Truly not any way to treat any customer... Can only hope Corporate Sams Club in the future does a much better job in placing more professional/desirable/personable people in their Management positions! Till then will head to Costco and take a much needed HARD PASS from Sams Club!
Hello my name is Angela Harris and I have had A Sam's Club membership with Two families using it since 2006 I just found out after paying off my Sam's credit card # ending 5413 was closed because I was TWO DAYS late NOT 30 DAYS making my payment two months in a year and I am Very upset and Will post and comment on as many media platforms as I can. Because I have spoken with customer service and explained that I am fighting Cancer and struggling to make sure that I NOT MORE THAN A COUPLE DAYS LATE. But when you have to wait on your check it's out of my control but still only a few days and have been told EVERYTIME YOUR FINE MS. HARRIS.
I will No Longer Use Sam's Club I will use BJ's I just opened a business but Sam's club No longer wants my money, because THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. And will definitely loose.
I am going to tell as many people as I can YOU DO NOT WANT A SAM'S CREDIT CARD BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. And your customer service is Rude and unempathetic.

The guy who greeted us this afternoon went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He even commented on my shirt was the same one that he owns.
Several items were purchased fraudulently on my bank card, as well as my husband's. I made Sam's Club aware of this on Thursday July 28, before the actual item was sent to an address out of state, not on my account, that we had never used. Alert? Apparently not. My 4 Chats and calls to Sam's Club were all in vain. I was told 4 different times between Thursday, and the following Tuesday (August 2nd) that they would each 'escalate' the complaint and the 'fraud' department (doesn't exist apparently-they must actually be the FRAUD department because they allow and protect FRAUD). Short story, the items were DELIVERED days after Sam's was notified by me that they were fraudulent-and still preparing for shipment. Duh. Both of our bank accounts had to be shut down and reissued (taking days), and Sam's Club wouldn't issue refunds because THE ITEMS HAD BEEN DELIVERED. Wow. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. Especially since our account information would have been leaked FROM Sam's Club. No other fraudulent charges occurred. Bottom line, Sam's Club shipping sucks, there is no customer service, and they enable mail and bank fraud. Have fun!
I tried to buy a dryer online at sams club. What a horrible experience. The app kept giving me a cant deliver in your area message even though we are right by a sams club and used multiple addresses that we have had deliveries from them to those addresses so we chatted with customer support. They tried to fix it and couldn't so told us to call the Walmart support and go to sams through them(corporate support). They told us the issue is parcel doesn't deliver in our area because of COVID. Since i know deliveries are happening every day in my area and I deal with freight plus this was a dryer not a parcel I knew this wasn't correct but the person also said they had product at store. I didn't believe this was true but thought maybe they were in the back of the club so I hung up and called the store. They said they do not stock them and they are online only. I called customer service back and they tried and this person (3rd) tried but could get it ordered either and said they would open a ticket with tech support and I would hear back in 48-72 hrs. 6 days later NOTHING. No call no email. Ridiculous! Yes I bought a dryer somewhere else. The first and last person i talked to tried but couldn't resolve my issue. The other just wanted to get us off the phone. They had no clue. With that said about 2hrs wasted of my time and much frustration.
I love shopping at Sam's club. It's my kind of place. Great prices, great merchandise, easy returns.
