If you tell the truth about a product from Sam's Club and they don't like it, it is immediately removed from their site. Can't believe their reviews.
They have sorry service. The products are fine but the service is horrible and the think it's ok. If you don't have to buy from them, don't.
The case of water that I bought should not taste like faucet water it is nasty and not great will not buy arrowhead water or water from store VOSS water is the best
CANNOT GET TIRES ROTATED/BALANCED, REPLACED IF ONE GOES BAD BECAUSE THE TIRE SERVICE IS CLOSED. WHY? THIS SERVICE IS PAIDED FOR AND WILL COST EXTRA FOR OTHERS TO DO IT.
I have been a customer of Sam's Club for over 13 years. While I was always satisfied with the experience of shopping in store, unfortunately, I made the mistake of attempting to make an online purchase. I have so far spent about 6 hours with online chats and dealing with customer support people who are obviously overseas and not in the U.S. After spending 5 hours on these idiotic chat sequences and not getting the situation resolved, I went to the local store and spoke to the Member's Manager. She was extremely helpful. She notified me that there was an unknown person who had got onto my account with a name very close to mine. This tells me that my account was hacked. I had her remove that name from my account. Because someone had hacked my account, I changed my email address. It took 3 days to get the email address entered! Apparently the computers don't work on weekends. I tried to get the email and online ID changed and it took almost 3 hours and the only thing I could accomplish was to change the email address. I wanted to change my online ID but was kicked off the online chat bc the person i spoke to had too many chats going on at the same time and it timed me out. Long story short, I have over 7 hours invested and have finally got it straightened out. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO DO ONLINE SHOPPING, GO TO AMAZON - SAM'S CLUB'S SYSTEM IS HORRIBLE! I WILL NEVER BUY ONLINE AT SAM'S. If you like their meats or dairy products, go to the store, but if you want online jewelry purchases, go elsewhere!
Other people on here whine and cry about minimal stuff, if people weren't so lazy and incompetent you would have a better experience :)
Am a plus member, one of my benefits is 20% off eye glasses. My local and only Sam's Club in Connecticut does not have an optical department. So I called Sam's club customer service, please see the attachment of my call log showing the number I called and that I was on the phone for one hour and forty eight minutes.
My reason for calling was to see how I can take advantage of this benefit that comes with the $100 membership fee. I was hoping that it would of been a quick and easy fix. For example maybe given the option to go to my local Walmart and given the 20 % discount there. Instead I was told to go to Medford, NY. This is thre next closest Sam's club that has optical, I told thre customer service representative that would be a three hour drive one way. He then put me on hold, he came back after 15 minutes that was my only option. I asked to speak to a supervisor, without exaggeration it took over an hour for someone to get back on the phone with me. The phone call started in my home, I was able to dress and load my children into my car, drive 20 minutes to Walmart, do some Christmas shopping, load my children back in thre car and as soon as I got in the car a person came back on the line. I explained everything again to the second person and mentioned that I was in hold for over an hour and just looking to receive the benefits I pay for. After he put me on hold again, he came back to tell me the same thing. Except this time he offered to downgrade my membership since I wasn't happy that I can't receive all my benefits. I kept it for now, but if this is how Sam's club treats their plus members who are just looking to receive the benefits that they were sold on I will definitely return my membership the day before it renews since its 100% guaranteed.
I also attached my membership card. I hope to hear from someone who can explain to me why I have to make a six hour drive to get a 20% benefit discount. The two other clubs that were in Connecticut had optical, but they were closed. Can I suggest that If you're going to sell plus membership and sell people on optical and tires service benefits for plus members, that the only club in that state actually has those departments.
The bulk is fantastic! I can buy a lot for a deal and be set for a while. I'm definitely good with this.
Since they hiring customers service outside usa they never resolve any inquiries
Worst store and terrible customer service

Answer: Call the local store speak to Store Manager who will identify the problem
Answer: IN the store - no problem, it was correct answer. If you are not, try to chat. You can wait a little - not too long, however, you will get help from an associate.
