I purchased a Kid Kraft playset online with Sam's Club for my grandchildren. After ordering it I sent the information to her, she measured her backyard and told me it will not fit, it is to large. I've been trying to cancel the order now for over a week after reaching out to them the very next day to let them know that I had to cancel. At this time, 8 days later, I continue to hear we can't contact the vendor to cancel the shipment. I've made 4 phone calls, they ask for 72 hrs. Each time you talk to them and still resolution. I will NEVER buy from them again, especially something this large since they have no customer service, this should have been complete when I made the first phone call.
First time at the Pinellas Park, Fl. Sams club and it will be my last. Don't usually have problems at any thing Walmart but the gas station attendant really pissed me off. Apparently most of their gas station islands are one way. Since when is this a thing? This 4 foot nothing gas nazi decided she would jump my $#*! about pulling in the wrong way. No arrows on the ground. No signage. Nothing! I thought she was joking when she said it was one way. She then said she would give me a warning. Like she was a cop! And if it happened again, they would call the police. THE POLICE! I don't think they are going to do anything for going the wrong way on private property without any signage or arrows Ms. Gas nazi but you can give it a try. I called the store to complain. Found out very quickly, The managers are idiots too.
I purchased glasses from Sam's Club back in May and just received a bill stating my Ins wouldn't pay for my progressive lens.
My insurance said Sam's quoted me and charged me for tier 1 but put in tier 3 lenses which are much more expensive. And now they're trying to charge me the difference.
My insurance company told me that they received 10 calls already just today about this issue. They said Sam's Club‘s third-party billing had a problem and they are trying to make all of the customers pay for their mistake!
I went to Sam's club in myrtle Beach today and I went to the customer service desk and a very sweet lady by the name Barbara made my visit the best visit I ever had. I went to see if she can find a receipt for a fridge me and my sister bought last year she could not find it but as soon as I thanked her and walked away she didn't give up looking for it. She finally found it and went looking for me throughout the store so she can give it to me. She deserves a permotion and a raise. Thank you Barbara for making my experience one o can remember.
This store is a joke. Shirt didn't have a tag so they refused to get a customer service rep to get one. Made me go back then took a very large order behind me and refused to give me my spot back in line. Only polite to the African American crowd. Any other race else gets treated like a 2nd rate citizen. Not my first experience of this type there. Never going back to this racist store.
It is very Frustrating to have a business membership for 8 years paying $100 annually and now they want more money for a plus membership to be able to get in early before my business opens.
Also had a tax exempt status for entire membership and i have been told that they just decided to delete everyones form so they would have to send an updated one. Is really what we should have to put up with these days.
Ever since they discontinued the Hunts gallon cans of ketchup I had to get the plastic "members Mark" gallon. We have a cafe and refill our bottles. Within 1 week of using this product the bottles spit ketchup out when opening them. I have never had an issue before the change of brands.
I've been trying for 2 months to get a yard storage building like the one on display. Service desk is no help. When i asked to speak to a manager, the desk person said we have lots of managers, I said can i speak to one they said that they were all busy. I think this is my LAST year of being a member, they never seem to have what is on display and never know when they'll get anymore, Somethings would be a good deal if they had them. Could hardly understand the guy helping me, they lost my first appointment, didn't have my phone number, but said they'd call me, call had bad reception, couldn't send me a confirmation email, I'm sure the people scheduling are out of the country, what should have taken a few minutes took 15

Milw, Wi. I had a exam and bought frame lenses, had to return three time only to be charge even more and there's nothing they could do.
I went to America's Best paid $250 got 2 pair of glasses plus all the bells and whistles with trans, I can see so well it doesn't feel like im wearing glasses; Thank God. Still gotta pay the credit card bill for Sams club, it so sad the poor keeps getting poorer and we all know the rich keeps getting richer on the backs of the poor. God help us all.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. The return process is a nightmare! I ordered a Serta 4 inch mattress topper. I was shipped a 3 inch Members Mark mattress topper instead. I called and was given a return label to ship it back to Sams TV Returns. I called back and was given the right return label. It was shipped back by Fedex Ground. I keep receiving a notification that my return label is expiring, Fedex website says that they have no anticipated shipping date. It has been over almost two weeks since Fedex picked it up. So, here I sit with no mattress topper and no refund ($160.00) and no tracking information. You cannot make online returns at the stores. It has to be shipped back. When my membership expires I will not be re-newing. I hear a Costco is coming to town. Buy in store, do not order online!
The people works at there is rude and they ignore it you, I have to talk to the manager and he is the only one was available to take care us but the rest included the front door ladie, I was a big fan at this store but not more, this happens today 12/10/23 around 2.30 pm

I understand that there are dissatisfied customers, and there always will be. I must say that I am on the opposite side. I never had any issue with Sam's club so far, even though I read tons of bad reviews here. Their staff is average and I must admit that, "average" in the mood of what it really needs to be a salesman or store clerk. Never the fact, I understand that they were unstaffed as well, so it will take time to train the employees. I never had any issues with their products as well, either it was ordered online or was picked up from their store.
I ordered a griddle in May, scheduled for delivery June 9-13th, however Sams uses a third party named Ait, whom also uses another 4th party to contact you prior to delivering and I'm still waiting on call after contacting them by phone just to schedule a delivery. This is the first and last time I'll order any big ticket item from Sams club that requires shipping. It's definitely a learning curve, never again.
Not a huge fan of having to wait in long lines just to do the check out myself and then having to wait in another long line at the door for them to check if I checked out right. Not sure I'll do this much longer
Today I signed up for a New Plus membership with a $40 discount. I was not given the discount. When I realized it I called the local Sam's Club and they said there was nothing they could do. I called the 888 number on the back and they said the same thing. But they were very willing to take my money from the items I purchased. Zero starts in my eyes and I just spend 110 dollars extra on an order that I paid $224, So much for Big box savings club.
I had a difficult time trying to figure out how to join as a plus member, only to find out when I got to the shopping cart that I was still being charged for shipping. When I contacted customer service, I was advised that there are certain items online that fall under "free shipping," which were the items I chose. Stop scheming. This was a waste of my time.
I received a wholly broken wall clock y mail from SamsClub.com, impossible to use; all the numbers were broken, and the glass was cracked into pieces as well.
SamsClub.com REFUSED to refund/replace/accept a return because of some membership I don't have with them.
When I asked what the connection is between membership to me paying for a product and receiving a completely broken one which is impossible to use, they just kept repeating I'm not a member of their club, so there is nothing they can help me with.
If I have no membership, how is it that you still take my money, tho?
