I have used Spark by Liz since 2003. For some reason they have discontinued this scent. Every perfume site I have visited to try ordering is "out" & I resigned myself to finding a new "favorite" scent. My sister happened upon ScentMatchers and told me about it. I was desperate and went on site, ordered (it is sooooo easy) and within a short time my mailbox was blessed with my 3.4 oz bottle as well as a second bottle on the way! I LOVE IT! I have been amazed at the responses of the people at ScentMatchers. Every inquiry has been answered almost immediately! This site and it's products are AMAZING! I have ordered Dazzling Gold, a discontinued perfume from Estée Lauder, three times from ScentMatchers. The first two times the fragrance was absolutely wonderful. My last order was just not right. I immediately contacted the company and explained my problem. Their response was impressive. I was given the option of having my money refunded, including the shipping, or having them make a new batch. (No return of the product was needed.) I chose to have them redo the order, and this time it was perfect. Very few companies are that accommodating. I was so impressed!
When I saw that this site made reproductions of Lola Goth Reminiscent, I was so excited that I immediately went to buy a bottle. The purchasing and shipping process was a breeze! However, the perfume itself, while beautifully packaged, smelled nothing like the original. Other reviews described their reproductions as potent and "cheap" and I would have to agree. I e-mailed customer service and politely asked for a refund, and they were able to refund me in whole quickly and efficiently. While I was disappointed that the perfume had not met my expectations, they provided me with wonderful customer service (I talked to a woman named Susan, very pleasant!) and it would have been a wonderful experience had they been able to match this perfume. I'm not too upset though because it's certainly a hard scent to replicate, and I knew this was essentially a gamble. Overall, great service but unfortunately they couldn't provide me with what i was looking for!
Will be my third order from these wonderful people I love attention! That's exactly what they gave me a wonderful perfume from my memories and actually someone that I emailed and emailed back right away that alone made me feel special so I thank them for giving me so much! Order from them if just for the attention but order from them because of their promise and product!
It's been years since my last bottle of Earth ran out, but ScentMatchers has brought it back. When my adult daughter came for a visit, she recognized it right away. It's expensive--but since I haven't worn any scent since Earth disappeared, I figure I can indulge myself!
I am so happy to have found this service. My favorite fragrance was discontined about eight years ago. I was, for a time, able to purchase the fragrance through discounters but the product has been less and less available (Ebay was my last resort). Scentmatchers has reproduced my fragrance perfectly. I love that I can purchase the scented body lotion which I use the most. The presentation is elegant. I am recommending this service to every one I know who longs for that favorite discontinued fragrance.

I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to have Fendi Classic back in my life. Like an old friend who's been away for way too long. I had named my bottle "Awesome Sauce" and got it in the mail yesterday, ripped open the package and proceeded to spray a small dab on my wrist. It smells just like I remember. And believe me, I lived in this stuff, I remember how this smells. I kept smelling my wrist in disbelief that I found this scent again. I am so happy!

I feel obliged to write a positive review of this website. When I wrote to them that I doubted that an order I had placed would meet my expectations they instantly replied politely and voided the charge to my credit card.
I like other people wondered how they matched it up so quickly, like they already had it made on standby! So disappointed when received! Paid top dollar for a cologne! Suppose it won't do any good to ask for a refund!
My mom, sisters & I used to wear a perfume that was mainly sold in Marshall Fields. Years had gone by, & we searched & searched to try & find who might carry it. It was with some trepidation that I placed my first order with Scentmatchers, could they really recreate my favorite scent?
The short answer is YES! The ordering process was simple, the product arrived quickly and was everything I had hoped for!
My purchase is not at all similar to the Lauren scent. I have migraines and always wore Lauren because it didn't cause my migraines. I wore it for 30 years. First spray of scentmasters caused a migraine and I had to take off clothes I sprayed it on. Too sweet and flowery smelling. Very disappointed in it and it smells like smells like rubbing alcohol mixed with cheap perfume. Presentation nice is the only compliment. Not at all what I expected and not worth price.
For years my boyfriend has spoken about is love for RL Chaps, which went off the market 20 years ago. It was what he wore in his 20's. I ordered it for his birthday. He sprayed it on his arm and a grin like the Grinch on Christmas morning came on his face, then his daughter (26 years old) ran over and smelled him and she smiled and said "Wow I was 5 years old again for a minute, that's the smell of my Dad". Smells are so connected to memories. While I was not there for his 20's it was nice to get to witness them have a little flashback. Thanks!
I have looked everywhere for a match of Gucci Envy. I even paid $150 for a bottle on Ebay. I bought a copy scent on Ebay a couple of years ago and it smelled like old lady Jean Nate. This has the deeper scent that the original has once you've worn it for a little while. I'm so excited I found you! I just received it and I've already gotten a million complements. Will definitely buy again!
I'm thrilled with perfume they created for just ME... I sent tiny sample of body cream that smelled terrific and they reproduced it. My husband loves the perfume and the lotion they created. I couldn't be happier because I've been wearing the same scent since the 60's and I NEEDED A CHANGE. Purrrrr-fect!
My mom has been talking about this perfume since I was a kid. It was her favorite smell and was so sad that she could never find it again. Years ago I bought her one from eBay that was old and had lost most of its smell. This knocked it out of the park. She is so happy to have her favorite smell back.
We ordered 2 different scents. They were good about taking it back or refunding the money, but it wasn't anything like the perfume it was supposed to be. The Tommy Bahama for men wasn't even a men's scent... We sent a sample and they remade it. We now put it on the dog. The sprayer on BOTH was broken within 5 sprays. Don't waste your money... just find a new scent and hope it doesn't get discontinued.

Shortly after Scentcrafters formed, Adam and Angela also started their life together as husband and wife. Literally a couple months after that, Angela found out she was pregnant with their first child. At that time Scentmatchers was also created. Needless to say, it was a busy period for the Schultz's!
Scentmatchers started after Scentcrafters' customers repeatedly asked if we could also provide a service to bring discontinued fragrances back to life. After enough people asked us this, we eventually woke up to the idea that, "Hey, we should give people what they want."
In 2013 we took the next step as a company and hired our first employees. We now have over 28 years of combined experience producing discontinued fragrances, and to date we have sold over 100,000 individual bottles of discontinued fragrances.
In 2014 we decided to increase our commitment to customer service and we hired our first full time Customer Service Manager, Pravin. We pride ourselves on providing quick and prompt customer service as repeat business becomes the cornerstone of our company.
In June of 2017 we increased the amount of perfume oil we used in fragrances by 50%, which we feel increases the quality of our product by it more potent and longer lasting.
In 2018 we created this new streamlined website on the Shopify platform that we are very excited about. We also added 2 more full time employees as the business continues to grow.
Despite some initial growing pains, we are now considered one of the foremost experts in creating discontinued perfume and cologne. We look forward to recreating your memories as you become part of our story.
