The earth by gap scent was a unisex fragrance back in the day well they discontinued it but kept the rest of the line. Well I ordered from scent matchers and it is better than i expected. I will definitely reorder and recommend to my friends. Even the liquid texture looks the same.

I ran across ScentMatchers in December, a few weeks before Christmas, my husband had always worn Calvin since the 1980's, it has now been discontinued and he is on his last bottle that we found when we were on a cruise. I figured I would try it. OMG, he got it as one of his Christmas stocking stuffers and he went nuts, he wanted to know where I got it, it smells just like the original. I have yet to receive product. I did however, receive the bill and paid it today. I still would like to get my cologne. If I have not heard from you I will contact American Express and ask them to credit my account. Please let me know status.
Was somewhat skeptical when I ordered from them, especially when the two bottle order came with one of the bottles broken. However, the staff was just terrific. They replaced the broken bottle with no questions asked and the second bottle was delivered within a week. I corresponded with them several times and they were very professional and pleasant.
Though I can't recall the scent from some 30 years ago, when my wife put it on, it certainly brought back some fond memories. Just a beautiful scent. Couldn't be more happy with their product and service.
Ordering the " smell alike " parfum for my wife was easy. The fragrance I wanted to match was already on their list and the personalized label is a nice touch. I just hope it smells similar to the original.
My scent was a complete disappointment. I immediately tried to contact them (4 Times) always being polite and respectful. I have never heard from them. They took my money and gave me a sent I cannot wear.
I received the perfume today and it's PERFECT! It smells just as I remember it. My mom is going to love it! My first order from ScentMatchers was for a fragrance I loved when I was young adult. The fragrance I received was exactly as I remember it! I will happily reorder it for as long as it is available. Their customer service was also top notch. I received frequent status updates, even with it shipping in a short time after my order was received. This company was given a difficult request which was to replicate the fragrance No. 11 White Iris by Trish McEvoy. Although they weren't able to replicate, they no charges my order and didn't ask me to send bk because it would be an inconvenience to me, the customer. The packaging was beautiful and everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. I'll order from them again with a different requested fragrance.

I would do this again as a surprising gift for my loved ones. The company has great communication practices and kept me apprised on the status of my order. I have some of my original scent and wore it on one side of my body, scentMatchers on the other side. ScentMatchers lasted much longer. The original and the ScentMatchers smelled exactly the same. I didn't expect such service and quality. I'm glad I saved the tiniest bit of my discontinued favorite scent so I could do this little test. Now I won't hesitate to try another discontinued scent.
I found this site by accident, searching for a men's perfume by orvis, which it seemed was discontinued. I thought I would give it a try, my husband's birthday gift. I was so excited to have the chance to own again the discontinued french perfume Ondine. It was my mother's favorite scent. What I got smelled like men's cologne. The only response from the company was so sorry, we do our best. No refund, no exchange. If they don't know for sure if they've captured a scent, they shouldn't offer it.
I ordered and just received Honeysuckle & Jasmine by Jo Malone. The order took a little while but it was more than worth the wait! Fragrance is spot on and I was so delighted I just placed a second order. Very pleased and highly recommend - and the self-branding/label they offer is a nice bonus!
I got the cologne last night after I got home from work. I still have a tiny bit of the original left, and did a test with my 17 year old daughter, and was amazed at how very close the two are. What I had left was perfume, and bought the cologne. The scents are so very close to being identical. The undertones were exact, but the perfume from the original had a slight over tone but I do not know what the scent is that I smell first with it. I am beyond thrilled to have found ScentMatchers.

Shortly after Scentcrafters formed, Adam and Angela also started their life together as husband and wife. Literally a couple months after that, Angela found out she was pregnant with their first child. At that time Scentmatchers was also created. Needless to say, it was a busy period for the Schultz's!
Scentmatchers started after Scentcrafters' customers repeatedly asked if we could also provide a service to bring discontinued fragrances back to life. After enough people asked us this, we eventually woke up to the idea that, "Hey, we should give people what they want."
In 2013 we took the next step as a company and hired our first employees. We now have over 28 years of combined experience producing discontinued fragrances, and to date we have sold over 100,000 individual bottles of discontinued fragrances.
In 2014 we decided to increase our commitment to customer service and we hired our first full time Customer Service Manager, Pravin. We pride ourselves on providing quick and prompt customer service as repeat business becomes the cornerstone of our company.
In June of 2017 we increased the amount of perfume oil we used in fragrances by 50%, which we feel increases the quality of our product by it more potent and longer lasting.
In 2018 we created this new streamlined website on the Shopify platform that we are very excited about. We also added 2 more full time employees as the business continues to grow.
