I say "NOT EXACT - BUT PERFECT" because although the scent I ordered didn't match exactly, the scent that was created is beautiful and perfect for me and I love it! I won't give the name of the scent I wanted duplicated as I want to keep it all to myself!

My Mom has been using Jean Nate spray cologne for years. Revlon stopped making this a few years back so I have been ordering this "copycat" since then. At age 88, my Mom is happy.
The cologne they sent was not even reminiscent to what I ordered, it is useless. I requested refund and was rejected. I am now trying to get my money back through my credit card company.

I order an old favorite of mine. Love Fresh Lemon, that has been discontinued. They did a fantastic job. They even personalize my bottle! I smell fresh and clean and lemony!
We ordered their KL alternative last week. It arrived 4 days later. Pretty close match to KL. My wife is happy with the scent, and I am happy with the price

I am going to the UK in July to celebrate my Mothers 96th birthday, She was asking if I could find her the perfume she used to wear a long time ago? I search the internet but could not find it at least not in stock, but I found this company and I received the perfume the other day and as soon as I smelled it, it brought back fond memories. I have been searching for a perfume that was no longer in production. I saw the Scent Matchers sites several times and finaly decided to review it. I saw my perfume, but still was skeptical. I decided I missed my Ceasars Women perfume so I would give them a try. Words cannot express how happy I am. I placed and received my perfume and lotion. The price was right so I even ordered a second bottle. The Ceasars Women Scent Matchers is Awesome and I am back to being asked everday "Your perfume smells great" what is it? And I tell them about the site. I hope they will folliw my lead and order. The packaging is excellant and you would be proud to give as a gift. As yiu can see I could go on and on. This is a great company that Must be supported. Try them and you will never want to pay full price for a perfume, cologne or lotion again. Great job Scent Matchers!

I wish I had looked at the reviews ahead of time, but I am SORELY DISAPPOINTED! I paid almost $80 for a scent match of Ananya perfume (and matching lotion), and neither smelled like Ananya. The QUALITY of ingredients they use is SO POOR, and the scent would last for MAYBE 5 minutes, then it would disappear completely. I can't send it back of course because I have had it for more than 30 days; I kept it only because I wanted desperately to be wrong about the scent... but I was only fooling myself. My sister is also a die-hard fan of Ananya, and she even said she did not like the scent at all. It is going in the trash. DO NOT SPEND GOOD MONEY ON SCENTMATCHERS PRODUCTS--THEY ARE CHEAP AND POOR OF QUALITY.

Horrible! I ordered a scent by Catherine Denerve circa 1980's. Not EVEN close & was nauseating! I was told to send it back & I would get my $85.00 credited. I returned it and NEVER got any credit! This site is a SCAM! DO NOT, repeat DO NOT order FROM Scentmasters, read ALL of the reviews! BEWARE! They ARE SCAMMERS!

Business History
Shortly after Scentcrafters formed, Adam and Angela also started their life together as husband and wife. Literally a couple months after that, Angela found out she was pregnant with their first child. At that time Scentmatchers was also created. Needless to say, it was a busy period for the Schultz's!
Scentmatchers started after Scentcrafters' customers repeatedly asked if we could also provide a service to bring discontinued fragrances back to life. After enough people asked us this, we eventually woke up to the idea that, "Hey, we should give people what they want."
In 2013 we took the next step as a company and hired our first employees. We now have over 28 years of combined experience producing discontinued fragrances, and to date we have sold over 100,000 individual bottles of discontinued fragrances.
In 2014 we decided to increase our commitment to customer service and we hired our first full time Customer Service Manager, Pravin. We pride ourselves on providing quick and prompt customer service as repeat business becomes the cornerstone of our company.
In June of 2017 we increased the amount of perfume oil we used in fragrances by 50%, which we feel increases the quality of our product by it more potent and longer lasting.
In 2018 we created this new streamlined website on the Shopify platform that we are very excited about. We also added 2 more full time employees as the business continues to grow.
Despite some initial growing pains, we are now considered one of the foremost experts in creating discontinued perfume and cologne. We look forward to recreating your memories as you become part of our story.
