The first perfume I received I wasn't happy with. But I contacted scentmatchers and they are going to send me a new scent of my choice free of charge.
Fedex 2 day shipping. It has been over a week and they have not even emailed me to say it has even been shipped out yet. I emailed customer service with no response.
It was suppose to be sent 2 day express. However the app (that I'm made to download) says it hasn't even left yet. I'm excited to receive it, so I'd like it soon. Not sure what's taking so long.
Very easy way to order, it's fast, easy to select, not complicated, everything works doesn't make you go in circles. I hope the product is as good as the order and checkout process
I ordered Instinct by Avon and their first try wasn't that accurate. When I sent them a sample from what I had left they redid the entire order and it was great. Amazing customer service.

My bottle of Woodhue arrived and was well packed-when I tried it I couldn't believe how great it was-smelled just like the original or maybe even better! I will certainly be a repeat customer
Hello... while I realize that this fragrance has been discontinued for MANY YEARS, the fragrance I received smells really GOOD. However, it does not meet my expectations. I know that it is probably VERY HARD to duplicate a fragrance that "old". Please don't misunderstand, I will KEEP the cologne because the fragrance smells very good. But, I wore HYPNOTIQUE for many years & I remember the fragrance just like I purchased it yesterday!

Scentmatchers is a joke. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They might be able to recreate old scents but dont have the knowledge, experience, and products to make any of the new scents. You have to wait about 3 weeks to get it then since its horrible they keep trying to make it which every time they try you are waiting 3 weeks or more. I just recieved my order and it went right in the trash. Im telling you DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. They have good reviews on there website because they control whats on it. But if it was legit reveiws this company would be rated 2 out of 5 overall and thats me being nice.
My wife has been wanting "Christian Audigier by Christian Audigier for women" ever since they stopped producing it. She was extremely happy when we found "ScentMatchers", who actually promote the product in their listing of fragrances. When we received the product it was actually a cologne for men. Not even near the sent of Christian Audigier.
We emailed the company to find out what had happened. Maybe we're had received the wrong order.

To make a long story short;
If you like to play Russian Roulette with Perfumes, I'd say go ahead order from ScentMakers. If you really want a good perfume i suggest you go to a store/order at a reliable store online and spend the $80 on an actual perfume you like.
I ordered Sun, Moon, Stars and it's exactly what I wanted. The scent lasts throughout the day. Received many compliments. Just ordered a second bottle.
My boyfriend presented me perfums from thi ssite. The scent is amazing. I am so grateful to my sweetie.
I have asked Scent matchers to duplicate the original Drakkar (before Drakkar Noir). This Drakkar was very popular in the 70s and 80s and was discontinued in the early 90s. Scent matchers worked on reproducing the scent and sent me the product. The result was not matching at all, however, it had a hint of the original Drakkar. I sent them an email stating that I would be willing to work with them and send them a sample until we get it right. I am glad to say that Scent matchers worked with me until they got the scent very similar to Drakkar original, they even sent me a replacement for free to replace the product that I was not happy about. I am so pleased with the level of the prompt customer service, the professionalism and the outstanding skills and service, I have received. First class team and product and honorable people. I am their customer for life and I also ordered fragrance oil and perfume of the original Drakkar. Cannot wait to try it on.
Ordered fragrance, with no response from company until after I reached out to them. Still, no shipment. I am ready to order again, if I get any service.

I was very happy to find out a discontinued fragrance that was my signature scent in my teens & 20's was again available. I've ordered several bottles & have been very happy with it.
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Found this company and had very high hopes after reading all the comments on their Facebook page, didn't see any negative reviews so I though waht the heck, I'll try them out. Bought 2 bottles of what was supposed to be Whitewater Rush, not even close. Contacted Scentmatchers and they wanted me to send them a sample of the original so they could try again, it's on their list of scents they've already matched? Told them I couldn't send any in and they asked what they should do to make it smell more like the original. Really? I'm not the expert, you guys are supposed to be! Left a comment on their Facebook page and guess what? They deleted it and blocked me. Got me. Now I know why there were no negative comments before. I can't believe that Facebook lets companies do this and I can't believe that this company would do that. Terrible customer service all the way around. If you're reading this review, go look at their Facebook page and see if you can find any negative comments at all, they delete all of them. Very shady company, will never deal with these guys again.
Scammers. That says it all. Steer far away from this business. Ordered ICI by Cody and does not smell anything like what a woman would wear. My wife of 31 years was very excited to receive this as a 30th anniversary gift, as Cody does not make their perfume anymore. SHAME ON YOU FOR LYING. I HOPE YOU BURN IN A DEVILS HE((. You discust me in a way I cannot profess here and if I could meet you in person I challenge you to a DUEL. NOT JOKING. YOU are foul and a LIAR. This gives a new meaning to the term TOILET WATER... smell the same. SHAME on you.
I really couldn't remember the original scent but the product I bought was very weak and I use a lot. It also seem to leave an oily residue. I do not think I will order again.

Shortly after Scentcrafters formed, Adam and Angela also started their life together as husband and wife. Literally a couple months after that, Angela found out she was pregnant with their first child. At that time Scentmatchers was also created. Needless to say, it was a busy period for the Schultz's!
Scentmatchers started after Scentcrafters' customers repeatedly asked if we could also provide a service to bring discontinued fragrances back to life. After enough people asked us this, we eventually woke up to the idea that, "Hey, we should give people what they want."
In 2013 we took the next step as a company and hired our first employees. We now have over 28 years of combined experience producing discontinued fragrances, and to date we have sold over 100,000 individual bottles of discontinued fragrances.
In 2014 we decided to increase our commitment to customer service and we hired our first full time Customer Service Manager, Pravin. We pride ourselves on providing quick and prompt customer service as repeat business becomes the cornerstone of our company.
