I ordered a scent from this company and when I received it, it just wasnt what I was expecting so they were happy to try again, and again it didnt meet my expectations, so they tried again, sadly the last did not either I sent an email about the 3rd scent not being right for me, without hesitation I received an email with a refund of my money, tho I had planned on emailing them before they gave the refund to tell them to just keep the money because tho the scent didnt work for me, they absolutely did, super great people, easy to contact, great customer service, I hope to do business with them in the future, you just dont find company's like this anymore!

Im sure many are as skeptical as I was in ordering a cologne no longer in production. Ive been a fan of Lauren Silver for a decade(since 2005). When I heard they were discontinuing this product a couple years back, I bought a couple year supply. After searching for a new scent, I still kept wanting my old Silver back. I found this site and only committed to a bottle. This week, I received my bottle, and wanted to wear it to see its longevity. All I can say is wow. Not only is it identical in scent, it wears a lot longer than the original. I dont know what they use to add to the scents daily longevity. If youre new and leery about this purchase, I say give them a try. If they duplicate most scents like they did Silver you wont be disappointed. Of course I want to get my hands on more, so I checked into the repeat customer option. And oh wow, what a discount you get on repeat orders. Im a customer for life. Plan for a little but of time, because they make a custom bottle and working just for you. But its well worth it. Very nicely packaged and stored in a nice dark bag until you receive it until you can store it where you like. This was my first ever replica purchase of anything. If your experience was anything like mine, youll be glad you purchased. Lastly, finding the originals are not only hard, but get costly as you can imagine. I now can buy my favorite fragrance actually a litle cheaper than what I used to get it, when it was out and in abundance. Nice job here. Very impressed. Cost, product and service, a very nice experience.

I try to support small businesses. Was very excited this company would replicate mine. Ordered first part of July. End of July no shipment! Called during hours they stated ( no one called back. AND NO ONE ever answered the phone!). Finally got someone named Susan by email. She said it came back to them. AND if I wanted it remailed they would. Duh... already paid! The shipment arrived a few days later BUT during that time i received "3" emails from Susan saying my package must be lost. Do i want a refund or if I still want it will take 15 days to make! When I emailed Susan I had received the package she said great let us know if we can assist any further. Good grief! I do not bieve there is a Customer Service Manger named Susan... They need to communicate better with each other...
Now on the perfume. I was extremely excited. Should of known. The smell is extremely close, good? Well after 2 hours no more smell. And this is using in conjunction with the lotion. I will continue to use till gone. Shouldn't take too long if I have to keep applying... will NOT order from them again. Maybe you will have better luck. The only reason I gave it two stars is because it really is very close to my perfume!

I ordered $90 worth of "Five Star Go Red Perfume" and it smells nothing like the real one. Smells horrible like a VERY STRONG old lady perfume who's also a street walker. I'm just saying its really really really bad. I just received it today so I want to return it hopefully ill get my money back and not SCAMED. Doesn't smell a thing like it not even close. Before I ordered I read reviews like u are right now. And I seen a lot of bad reviews but there were a few good ones so I was like ok I'll try it. LISTEN IF U ARE READING THIS TO TRY TO MAKE UP YOUR MIND IF U SHOLD TRY SCENTMATCHERS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I received your recreation of "Original Tova" in the mail today and I have to congratulate you on a job well done! I am so excited to have my favorite scent back! It smells EXACTLY like the original; whoever your "mixologist" is, he or she should be commended!

I started wearing Tova perfume back in the early '90's. At that time, Tova Borgnine - who was the "creator" of the fragrance - sold it via mail order from her Beverly Hills offices. Later, she began presenting her products on QVC. Around 2005, Tova sold her name and the copy rights to her fragrances to QVC. She closed her corporate offices and QVC began to manufacture the perfume. At that time, the fragrance changed dramatically. Anyone who had previously worn it could tell there was a difference; all the low notes were gone and there was a distinct alcohol like smell. Despite Tova going on QVC and swearing that the formula hadn't changed, product reviews on the QVC website claimed otherwise.

I am so happy to have favorite fragrance back! And you can be certain that not only will I be purchasing from you again, but I will tell others about your company. I will also see if I can let the current disappointed reviewers on the QVC website know about your company and the option to purchase a Tova recreation that is just like the original. QVC jealously guards its review pages and they certainly wont want a customer advertising another company on their site but I will try to let the ladies know in some way.

Scentmatchers is a HUGE SCAM! The good ratings are probably them writing false stories!

They do not do matches - they will send you a bottle of liquid that smells like baby powder - (which gave me a huge allergic reaction!). They don't even call it perfume on the postage package - they call it a decorative bottle (because it is not parfume). When you try and get your money back - you won't! They are smart and now how to scam all of us!

On their website you can put in a scent and see if they have a match. It doesn't matter what you put in - they will have the match (even if you leave it blank). I put in "poopy pants" just for the heck of it - and it said that they had a match!

Don't order from them! It is a huge scam! It took me a while before I figured it all out and realized that I had been scammed for the first time ever. Now I will never order somewhere without checking the website out first (on a place like this). People don't lie - and they won't go through all the trouble to write a bad review if it didn't happen to them - so beware!

I was so pissed when I lost my money - and didn't have my Mom's present either!

I ordered a match of New West by Aramis. The scent is not a match. The best I can say is it is vaguely reminiscent of New West, but more masculine. In all fairness New west is borderline to begin with- the original probably could have been marketed as a unisex fragrance, but the match missed the mark and was decidedly manly. I have a bottle of the original discontinued frangrance and side by side they are not even close.

More than just missing the mark on this one scent, there is a noticeable difference in concentration. The scent matchers frangrance is much more dilute than the original- I put one spray of each on opposite wrists- and within an hour the imitation was barely noticeable- you really had to get your face down low and sniff deeply, where the original was noticeable from 12" distance.

The great news is that they do accept returns if you do not like the match. I am about to start the return process now- so if it goes smoothly, which I hope it will, I've gotta stick with an OK rating. If you're up a creek without your favorite discountinued I-cant-live-without-it-scent, I would recommend giving them a shot.

The personalized bottle is a nice touch, I gave it is a gift, to another lover of this discontinued scent and she was really touched by such a personalized thoughtful gift. Had I picked one of the scents they do get right, it would have been a perfect gift.
