My story reads like the rest of these people's experiences. Ordered a part for my discontinued mower over the phone April 25th, said it would be here by May 5th, call on May 4th to verify it's coming, find out they sent it to the wrong address and tell me I have to cancel and re order for it to go to the correct address and that it's on backorder now and won't be here til May 25th. It's now May 10th and I still don't have my refund so I call back 5 minutes ago and they tell me that they can cancel my first order and it will take another 1-3 for the "cancellation dept" to cancel it and then 3-5 for my refund. This is the same convo I had a week ago with someone else. I told her to cancel both and now after reading these reviews, I shouldn't hold my breath on seeing both of the refunds... Which means I will contact my attorney and attorney general's office and put fraud dispute on my card. How the hell do these people get away with this?

Crap customer service

I ordered parts and within an hour called to cancel it. I was told it was cancelled. The next day I got an email that one of the parts shipped. Called again, was told I would be emailed a return label in 24 hours, WAS NOT TOLD IT WOULD COST 10 DOLLARS TO RETURN. Never received a return label. 2 days later the other part was delivered, never had a shipping notification and again I was told all of this was cancelled. Called AGAIN and told I would get another return label. I havent received labels or a refund. My order was $35 and it will cost me $20 to return both products because they cant do their jobs.
Also it is an out of usa calling center. Very hard to hear and understand (I have a hearing disability). On hold forever and at end of call offered multiple "free no consultation" this or that which took up more of my time. This is ridiculous Im expected to pay for their mistake. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

Worst service

THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE ORDERED FROM. I ORDER THE PART AND GAVE MY ADDRESS. GOT AN E=MAIL THAT IT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AND WAS IN THE MAIL BOX. (JUST A SMALL KNOB FOR WASHER). IT HAD NOT COME IN THREE DAYS, WENT TO POST OFFICE AND IT WAS SENT TO AN OLD ADDRESS BACK 14 YRS AGO. CALL THEM TALKED WITH A PERSON THAT I COULD HARDLY UNDERSTAND. FINALLY GOT TO SOMEONE AN AFTER 30 MINUTES WAS TOLD THE COMPUTERS WERE DOWN AND THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. SEVERAL DAYS LATER STILL NO REPLY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I CHECK OUT AMAZON THEY HAD THE PART, MUCH CHEAPER AND WILL BE HERE IN ONE DAY.

Awful customer service

Cannot speak to normal person
Calked/chat to cancel no cancellation conformation sent parts still shipped very late
Promised return label did not receive label
Keep calling every day and no label
The worst customer service ever had to deal with

This IS NOT Sears, some company in India operates it now and they are HORRIBLE! They canceled a part I ordered for my washing machine twice and didn't let me know via email, phone or text. Then, they tried to charge me twice for the part I already paid for. AVOID these guys at all costs.

Do not under any circumstances order parts from these clowns. They're CS reps are unknowledgeable and unhelpful. I had to call for a credit for parts I returned and was lied to about then completing the refund. I had to call back and Isabella who was not only unhelpful, but she gave me a run around when I requested my refund NOW! Do not order parts because there is no doubt in my mind that SEARs Parts will follow SEARS into bankruptcy!

CROOKS

Ordered a part. They sent me the incorrect part twice (over a period of 3 weeks). After the 2nd time and 2nd call (about 20 to 30 minutes on hold each time) they realized that their website is incorrect. The part on their website for $60 is really $100. They are saying the part for $60 that theyve sent me incorrectly twice is an older version. The part listed for $60 on the website that they are now trying to charge me $100 for is the newest version and is exactly what I need. They wanted me to pay another $100 on top of the $60 I've already paid. They said they would refund the $60 to me when they receive the two incorrect parts back. I told them I felt like they were trying to hustle me and would like to speak to a manager. I was then informed that the manager is on another call and would return my call in 1 to 2 hrs. Who are these people? And how do they have a successful business having customer service like this! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!

TOTAL CLUSTER F

Ordered before from SearsParts and never had a problem... until now.
Ordered 3 HVAC parts - its hot outside. Website said they were all in-stock.
1 week later parts still showed in-stock but I had no update AT ALL and called Customer Service.
They said all 3 parts were on backorder. They would create a ticket and I should get updated status within 1-3 business days.
I submitted an order cancel using the link from the FAQs page.
1week and 1 day later I got an email saying the parts were on backorder with unknown availability.
No isht sherlocke.
Website STILL showed parts in-stock and I submitted another order cancellation.
Call center seems to be outsourced to - I'm guessing - India.
I'm guessing the parts will show up one day and I will try to return 1 of them - the other 2 are now marked "Cannot be returned"

We ordered parts for our stove, price was great, order was cancelled within moments of ordering. Received an email stating they needed more info to verify payment source. Didn't respond to the original email because order taker stated payment was successful. Parts did not arrive 7 days later, called again, customer service stated they would refund original payment of $260, and we would reorder, she couldn't tell why the order was cancelled but processed the refund and reordered. Again received a notice of cancellation within moments, called immediately this time, order taker couldn't tell what was happening so she said she'd cancel the order, verify all info, and reprocess. While she was still on the phone the order cancelled requiring more info for the credit card. I checked online and called my credit card company all the charges were going through, no blocks, no holds, no issues. This time I called the number on the email looking to verify info, they asked for random info, no one needs to know to place a retail order, security type questions that could open a person up to identity theft. So please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I'll post pics if I can and look at their logo. There are legit Sears parts stores out there. This is not one!

Really really bad
September 15, 2023

I placed an online order. I got a messaging saying "If you do not get an order confirmation email within an hour please place the order again"

An hour passed, no email.

I placed another online order. Got the same message. An hour later, no email.

So now I click on "Chat" and place an order via chat message. The service rep assures me that the order went through.
The next day, no email confirmation. So I called the helpline. I get an agent who says I have no order on record. So I place an order with him. In the end, he told me there was an issue with their system and he couldn't submit my order. So I just canceled the whole order. Then I decided to check my credit card statement and I saw 4 charges from SearsPartsDirect. So I had to get my credit card company to drop those charges.

Sears was the cheapest, but couldn't actually fill my order. So I went to Genuine Parts Replacement and ordered online and received an order confirmation.

From the Google search, this site looked very promising, but turned out to be a total waste of my time. Even the promised owner's manual was not for the model in my search. Bait and switch!

Ordered an electric range heater with a promise to be delivered within 3-5 days. Immediately received an email notification "you order has been processed". After 5 days and no updates, called an 800 number. The call center is somewhere in India, the person was polite but not helpful because he cannot provide any updates. In 3 days called again. The next person said something about difficulty with shipping and promised to call back with updates. Next day received a phone call stating that the part has been shipped. It turns out, he just lied. In another 3 days after not getting any shipping reference number called again. The next person on the line confessed that he has no information at all. After another 5 days and another heated conversation, the person on the line confirmed that the part has not been shipped yet. Asked to cancel the order and getting a refund, received a promise that I will receive a full refund. In another five days checked online the order status. It still showed "in progress". Called again, asked about the progress. Received apologies because… the part has not been shipped yet. And, it was no information that the order has been cancelled. Requested an email with reference regarding the order cancellation. After another week received an email that my credit card will be refunded but not in full. Because the shipping cost is not refundable. How about the fact, that the part has never been shipped? I gave this company one star but it should be zero.

Her name is JESSICA did not even try to help at all she always transferring me to hearing aids department trying to sell me a device whenever i tell her I'm 30 years old I DO NOT need a device she hang up on my face

Worst experience ever. Ordered a part, using the part finder because I could not find the numbers on my old one. Spent over $50 each on 3 light bulbs, only to find out they sent me "generic" bulbs that I could have gotten for $4.99 each. Then, when I go to return them (without ever installing them), they tell me I can't. WORST ONLINE RETAILER EVER! DO NOT USE!

I ordered an electronic controller for my dishwasher from their website. After a few days delay in shipping I began to become concerned so I searched the web for reviews about the company. I found a slew of scathing reviews about how these guys are crooks, don't order from them, problem after problem, ect. I went back to the website and found that my part had shipped and figured I had gotten lucky, yeah! I even had a tracking number for UPS. So day after day I tracked my package as it slowly made its way across our great nation. When it arrived I found the part they sent be looked like it had been struck by lightning. There was large black burn mark across the board and one of the components was blown off. It was in worse shape than the one I was replacing.

I immediately hit their chat line. I figured I was going to get the run around. The service representative promised I would receive a new order in two days. After a day their website stated by order was going to take 1-3 days to process and another 5 or so days to ship. Here we go again. Then I got home the next night and the part was there! It looked like a new part. I installed it and now I have my dishwasher back.

I inquired to Sears if this was a real affiliate and they confirmed that in fact it was. I can't imagine what sort of quality controls they have in place, if any. Or, how I was initially sent an obviously destroyed piece of electronics. But, in the end, after great consternation, I got what I needed.

I ordered a Lawn Mower Blade and paid for expedited shipping so I could cut my yard over the upcoming weekend. I received an E-mail letting me know the product has been backordered and they would let me know when it would be delivered. Now the weekend is over. Still No Blade.

Called the Customer Service phone number listed on the E-mail they sent me, only to get a web of prompts and then disconnected. Not once, not twice, but three times. They do suggest you refer to their return policy, which states orders can be cancelled within one hour of being placed.

Of course, I placed the order and began waiting for a blade not an e-mail saying it was back ordered. If I return it, (after it arrives in the unknown future) I will then have to pay additional shipping to send it back.

Since I have not received it, and have been charged for the item I have not received, and cannot contact them for resolution, I am forced to spend MORE money elsewhere.

Good luck to those who take the chance on purchasing from this company!

I ordered an oven door replacement. They had the best price by far (almost $200 less than direct from manufacturer) and low shipping costs. It arrived less than 48 hours after I ordered it!
