I ordered an oven door replacement. They had the best price by far (almost $200 less than direct from manufacturer) and low shipping costs. It arrived less than 48 hours after I ordered it!

They want your money, even if item is not instock, then they just play game and asking you to wait for it. Website wasn't updated and part is not available by manufacture. Stay away!

Very pleased
July 20, 2021

We contacted Sears Partsdirect the agent was very professional, guided us through and advised the part to get as we had SE5 code error on our Samsung electric stove The delivery came in days! The part installed in 20 minutes! AND PROBLEM FIXED! STOVE WORKS GREAT! We are happy with everything.

Lying sales person

I needed a specific part for the icemaker in my refrigerator. The salesperson told me that the part I needed was included with the solenoid, after I sent him pictures of the specific thing I needed. He insisted the part I needed was exactly that pictured. It was not. I returned part of the order but part is not returnable. So, I paid about $13 for shipping and about $7 for the part I cannot return. In addition I have to take the return to a UPS place about 10 miles from my home. The picture shows the white box I needed and the second picture with all the blue shows the part I got. This is my proof of purchase.

I ordered a refrigerator defrost times about 3 months ago it's still in back order, the estimate the website gives you it's absolute bs. Costumer support doesn't make it any better either, I don't want to be mean but it's so hard and FRUSTRATING to understand their costumer support and you'll be going in circles trying to make this dude that lives across the globe that you just want a update on your part. And these people have the AUDACITY to tell me that my part is going to take about another month to be here and offer me a free in-home consultation for home improvement. No wonder this company went bankrupt.
ABSOLUTE. GARBAGE.

Agents namely Isabella and supervisors namely Cohen lied to me about expedited shipping for a washer part I needed ASAP started this ordeal with sears on 3/1/2022 it is now 3/12/2022 and I still do not have my part or shipping conformation and a family of 4 without a washing machine I warn all do not order through searspartsdirect under any circumstances you will be severely let down at all levels and I am going to try to get to the highest level possible with this matter

I ordered a part for my freezer, said in stock, 2 days later still not shipped, but when I call they NOW say it's back-ordered WTF? There are plenty of reasons that others say to NOT order from here... I ignored that and regret it now... So now after waiting for the part to ship and FINALLY calling to inquire, since they NEVER told me it was back-ordered, I've still got a freezer that's broken and no part to fix it...

UPDATE: They still sent me the part and then wanted me to pay for the initial shipping costs as well as the return shipping... ARE YOU REALLY SERIOUS? I had used PayPal to make the payment on the purchase, and FINALLY was able to get the FULL refund for something that was cancelled BEFORE it was back in stock and shipped out (they disputed it)... THANK YOU PayPal, forget you Sears PartsDirect!

I took a picture of my fridge model number and went online to sears parts direct to order a new door bin. I noticed that there was two door bins in the drawings and I ordered the upper large 1 gallon bin. When the first order arrived it was the lower smaller bins of which I did not need. I kept them with the idea i could have made a mistake and sooner or later the cheap design would break anyway. So now I took special note of the fridge model number and carefully noted the part number for the large 1 gallon bin. It was in stock when I ordered but minutes later I got a email saying out of stock and back ordered. I waited the two weeks and still no part. At the one month time frame I called after several attempts and explained to them to ether refund my money or ship the part. They responded the order would be shipped in three days and they could not cancel the order now. But I could request a return after receiving the parts. To end this long story I received the parts friday after thanksgiving. These parts dont even fit my fridge small door bin or large door bin. I am in the process of executing a return but its not easy. I am going to have to drive 20 miles to a ups center to return them. As I was getting ready to affix a new shipping label on the box I noticed a return label already on the box where someone had previously sent the parts back. I can not recommend anyone purchasing from sears parts direct! I am back to the starting point after a month of waiting for incorrect parts. Shame on Sears parts direct for not checking to see if they were shipping the right part or not.

Great Site - Poor Service

The site is easy to navigate and it's so simple to use with all the parts diagrams and current information about why some parts aren't available or substitute parts. They did a fantastic job with all the technical aspects.

Delivery is sketchy and expensive, but unless you have a local appliance parts store, you're stuck with it. The smaller the part (screws, clips, plastic pieces), the more expensive. Kind of crazy. The larger replacement parts that are cosmetic (grates, panels, etc.) are reasonably priced.

The most unfortunate aspect is Customer No Service. They are mostly pleasant, but if you didn't get a part or it came damaged, it can take up to 2-months of constant calls to Customer No Service to get it all sorted out. My biggest recommendation is that if Customer No-Service has to reorder the part, demand that they send you an email confirming the re-order with the shipping address. It will save you weeks of waiting. I was told twice that my re-order was placed only to call a week later and find out the order was never processed.

I've ordered cosmetic replacement parts and mechanical parts. One cosmetic part arrived broken (thus the re-order nightmare). All other parts looked great, fit perfect, and worked (mechanically) flawlessly.

I ordered a water pump for a dishwasher that the site claimed was in stock. I paid through paypal. About a week after the order was placed, I was notified that the part was now on backorder. I was able to get a used pump on ebay so I tried to cancel the order. There is no process on the site to cancel an order and ask for refund. Instead you either call or chat. You wait on the line for a very long time and are told that the systems are down and they need to elevate the request to get it done. Same thing happens when on chat. It has been 3 weeks and I m told every time that they can't even look up mu order information what I give them my order number. Here is a part of my latest t on 06/28/21, "we are really sorry. As our website is under major update, all our applications are down from past 2 weeks. As a result, we are unable to open member profile or order details and will be back online within 48 hrs. There is a outage in our main server. Due to that there is too much delay on downtime. The technician team is continuously working on it. Let me escalate the issue on highest priority and make sure you receive an update at the earliest. May I have your email address? Mark, I have escalated the request to our team. Our team will check the details offline and they will help you with the complete refund, you will receive the email regarding the same shortly.
This is not the 1960's. I have been told this 3 times now and have heard nothing in 3 weeks.

I placed an order that said it was delivered and has not been delivered! There is NO option to speak to anyone at all and when I click on tracking info it just says there was an error! Never again!

We logged in to order one part and, based on the support agent's repeated confirmation we could return any part that we didn't need - we went ahead and ordered a 2nd part that we might need to fix our gas stove. Reading their return policy, it says "You may return an unused and uninstalled part in its original packaging. "

Order was on 23 Dec 2019 for a Samsung NX58H5600SS; we ordered an igniter and control board.

Horrible company! I literally just placed this order over the phone only to find out they ordered the wrong part! And they will not let me cancel the order! WTF? They said I have to wait until it is shipped here, call them to get some refund authorization number, and send it back myself! HOW FRUSTRATING! WHAT AN AWFUL COMPANY! STAY AWAY!

Liars!

I should have read all the reviews prior to ordering anything from these LIARS!
Ordered a hard to find part that was listed as IN STOCK and to be shipped 12/01/2020 with delivery in 3-5 days.
When five days had passed I contacted them on December 06 and was told it was "back-ordered, but would be shipped THAT DAY and I would have it in 3-5 more days.
On December 11th I contacted them again. They said it was already sent and I would have it in 3 days. On December 14 I contacted them and was told it was processed for shipping and would be shipped that day and I should have it in five days.
Today it is now back-ordered and they do not know when it will be shipped.
Meanwhile they have my money and I have nothing except lies!

Ten weeks ago I paid for my less than 2 year old fridge to be fixed. Parts were back ordered and now it's twn weeks my family has not had a fridge, My family has spent thousands, The bad mistake of purchasing a Kenmore fridfge whas cost me so much money, time and stress! TEN WEEKS! ALL SUMMER! No cold food or drinks from my kitchen, all had to be bought daily!

I ordered parts for my Kenmore gas range. I used chat box because the phone numbers on the web site do not lead anywhere but cycle round and round. The web site is useless. I received incorrect parts from my order. I called and got no where so I called the order parts number and got a very nice woman who spoke American English. She proceeded to order me the correct parts once again, blaming the shipping department for sending the incorrect parts, and affirming that I had provided the correct information to receive the correct parts. I ordered burner caps but not the sizes that arrived, although I did provide the correct model # of my range.
A few days later the same incorrect parts arrived. I am now unable to get into my account and the site will not send me a link to change my password. Pages come up that indicate that the web site has problems or that I erred in entering my information. I requested a retun label 3 days consecutively and each time I was informed that I would get one in 24 hours. The last time I called was 2 days ago. I have not received any email communication from this company. Beware this site. I also received no invoice or receipt with one my first order. It appears to be a SCAM! Do not waste your time or your money.

Web page said in stock for $100 worth of water heater parts. However it was not only out of stock but it was back ordered with no date of availability YET they still charged me for the product + tax + shipping!

Avoid at all costs, they do not have your part!

Wish I had come here first but I assumed that Sears was still a legit place to buy parts. They are not. Not even a little bit. My story is the same as a lot of others here. I needed a part for my dishwasher. It was a little hard to find in stock, at a good price, with quick shipping. But Sears said they had it in stock, for $10 cheaper than anyone else, and it would ship the same day for delivery in two days. I jumped on it. That was a Monday. Delivery Wednesday, right. Well the next day I checked, it now said order incomplete. Okay... Same thing Wednesday. I chatted with a customer service rep. He assured me it was being shipped from the manufacturer and they would send me an email with tracking info. Thursday no word, no change. Friday no word, except now, sometimes, it shows my parts as backordered. Saturday morning I chatted with them to cancel my order and filled out their online cancelation form. I have that chat saved. It has now been 5 days and no refund yet. I did order the part somewhere else, have already received it, and installed it. So 100% do not trust any "in stock" notice on Sears, do not believe any shipping estimate, and do expect them to lie to you. Good luck. Buy anywhere else.

A FRAUD COMPANY

BUYER BEWARE - NEVER BUY PARTS FROM SEARS PARTS DIRECT - FRAUD BUSINESS - NOT OWNED BY SEARS ANYMORE
Ordered a range cooktop on January 8,2023. The website showed that the part is in stock, and delivery will be made on January 12,2023. The part never arrived. Called Sears several times and each time I was told that the part will be shipped out tomorrow through priority. Part was never shipped.
Finally called SEARS on January 17, to cancel the order and refund to the original payment method.
I was told that the order will be cancelled and money refunded within 3-days.
Order is still live and no refund provided.
Through research, I found that SEARS Parts Direct is now owned by an Indian Investor and is involved in fraud practices.
