I love Seat Geek! It is my #1 Go To source for football tickets. I plan to use them throughout the season.
Very convenient but fees are high for the convenience. Like that you can see the perspective of the arena so you know where you are sitting
Love the fact that I can see where I will sit and the prices for that area
Good job with the app
Always recommend it to people
Easy to order and use tickets. Would definitely use SeatGeek again. Great experience overall. Highly recommend.
Hi, I recall it being advertised that SeatGeek added no additional sales fees. I see thats no longer true and that policy shift should get communicated robustly.
Order was received fast and free
Great service, quality products
Great price and super fast free shipping!
Good Afternoon,
I ordered tickets on Thursday November 9th for yesterday, Sunday 11/13. On 11/10 I was kindly notified by a customer service representative (David) that there was a technical error with my tickets. I was then offered a generous choice of a refund (+20%) or upgraded tickets. I chose the upgraded tickets. There was another issue, which resulted in me not getting those tickets, but a different set of tickets. At the end of the day, i did not receive my tickets until 3 hours before my event, despite purchasing multiple days in advance.
That being said, David, my customer service representative was very kind, attentive and accommodating throughout the process. We traded ~30 emails over the course of the weekend trying to get the situation sorted out, and I truly appreciate all of the effort he put in to remedy the situation. He did a great job "crisis managing" and turning what could have been a negative experience into as positive an experience as he could.
While I am frustrated with the situation that occurred, I do really appreciate the level of customer service and care that was shown to me through the process, which turned a negative situation into a positive one. I hope to continue utilizing Seatgeek for my ticket purchases in the future (though I hope the next time I do, it is less eventful!) And at the end of the day, my fiance and I truly enjoyed the event and the upgraded tickets (which played really well for me given it was a birthday gift for her!)
Seat geek
Is great! Easy to navigate and I can always find tickets when I need them. I cannot remember what I did before using seat geek.
I ordered Game 6 World Series tickets and received an email that my request had been accepted. My credit card was charged. I then received a phone call from a FanXchange employee who verbally confirmed my order details and reported to me that the tickets would be emailed to me shortly. I travelled to Los Angeles, informed my father, a lifelong Dodgers fan who has never been to a Dodgers World Series game, and was excited for the game. On the day of the game, I received an email from FanXchange that the tickets were no longer available and that my order was cancelled. I contacted the company and they reported that the order was NOT confirmed and thus in their rights to cancel it. Essentially, this company advertises seats at high prices with high fees, collects money from far more buyers than seats available, and then sends out cancel notices on the day of the event to fans that are no longer able to get tickets to the event they have prepared for.
Customer service was amazing! Every email and every question I had was answered. The concerns I had were put at ease! I will be forever greatful with the experience and how everything worked out smoothly. Highly recommended!
Loved the seats. Price wasn't so high. Surprised by the additional fees though. I recommend using app just keep in mind the fees.
The tickets listed on the SeatGeek app were cross listed from from Ticketnetwork. The tickets were supposed to electronically transfer once the order was confirmed. I did not receive any notification and after three days (the morning of the event) I finally called and inquired about the status of the transfer. They were quick to take my money for World Series tickets, but extremely slow to complete the transfer. I would highly recommend SeatGeek, but be careful when you see cross listed tickets.
She went the extra mile for me, making feel like I'm a customer not just a number. I thought after the incident I wouldn't shop at SeatGeek but she made me think twice. I'm glad she was on the other side of the phone with me.
Bought Luke Bryan tickets on the app and the process was so easy. The fees are included in the ticket price so there are no surprises. SeatGeek has definitely become my go to for events
Bought tickets to a sold out game, and was at the arena. Once we made it through security, the tickets disappeared from the app. Called customer service and was told that the seller pulled the tickets (even after I purchased them and my card was pending charged). I asked if there was anything that cust service could do - the rep said "no" and didn't offer an apology. We were literally stranded at the arena with no tickets to a sold out event. Luckily we found others after 30 mins of being stressed, but was not a great experience. Stubhub in my past experience would have given some sort of remedy. This is not the way you run a business, and especially not the way you run customer service.
Hi Devin, thanks for reaching out to leave this review of your experience. Sorry about the cancellation, but I can definitely shed some light on what’s going on.
Many orders go briefly into a pending state after they've been submitted to a seller. That way sellers can check their inventory to make sure they can fulfill the order. If for some reason they can’t, it’s cancelled and the pending charge is voided. This doesn’t happen very often. And when it does, it’s usually because a crazy amount of people are trying to buy tickets to the same event, especially right around the start time of the event. Your best bet is usually to get right back on SeatGeek and try again for some tickets.
Hopefully this helps, but please let me know if you’ve got any other questions.

We have been able to see several concerts now that I didn't think we would be able to. Prices are great and it is so easy!
It may be unrelated, but within 30 minutes of buying my tickets, three attempts were made to use the same credit card. I did not make those attempts. I had not used that cc in over a month prior to the SeatGeek purchase.
Answer: Shana is correct, Seat Geek takes no responsibility for tickets and have no customer service and will not return calls if things do not work out Stub Hub is much better
Answer: Hi Beth, Welcome to SeatGeek! In order to maintain our marketplace we do have fees, but we'll always show you a thorough price breakdown of your order before you can checkout. Plus, we've got options so you can actually search for tickets and see the fees included in the price from the get-go. Simply use the filter "Prices with fees" when searching for listings. You can read more about that here: https://support.seatgeek.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036685293 I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions-- Best wishes, SeatGeek CX Team

David — thank you for providing insight to your experience with one of our vendors. We sincerely apologize that that was the experience you had — we never wish for anything comparable to this to happen with any order placed through our site. I do see a member of our team has emailed you to discuss this with you as of yesterday. We absolutely will be addressing this with FanXchange, as this experience is not acceptable for our customers.
Please feel free to continue speaking with our team via email should you like to discuss this further.
