Good delivery. Took a punt and ordered some Vans trainers, arrived quickly with the option to return, great item much cheaper than from elsewhere., would recommend.
Bought two leather jackets with star logos on for size...when they arrived they looked like they had been painted on by a 5 year old.smudged cheap rubbish.said they had been reduced from nearly £500 to £80.they are not worth £20 even.I'd be embarrassed to wear the jacket. How they could send them out in that state is beyond me.emailed them no response so now having to go through PayPal as I'm not paying to return this rubbish.
I ordered a jacket via secret sales at the beginning of February with an estimated dispatch of 7th march. This date passed and I'd heard nothing so I emailed their customer service team who told me there was a delay and gave me a new date. I chased this more than 5 times - each time requesting an update and that my postage and packaging cost be refunded. I received vague replied and no acknowledgment of the P&P refund. I chased this again recently to be told, 14 weeks after I placed my order, that they were unable to fulfill the order and had given me an online credit to cover the cost. As I will never order from them again I have asked for the money to be refunded to my card instead.
Wouldn't recommend Secret Sales at all, especially when other website e. G brandalley have had the same item available since and I've never had an issue with them.

Real gem of a site. Visit to find great brands at great prices. As soon as you make your first purchase you'll find yourself visiting the site every day to look at the new and exclusive deals. Recommend this site.

OMG the best website ever for brands as long as you get in their early! Early birds always get the worm as they say and it's so worth the wait when the parcel arrives through the door:-) can't stop shopping!

Excellent range of sales. I buy most of my cosmetics, clothes, jewellery, shoes, homewares and some toys from secret sales. Their range is from budget to top designer. The customer services is excellent and the descriptions and images are very accurate. The delivery is with my favourite company and the item always arrives when expected. You get accurate e-mail updates of the progress of your order. I rarely go shopping since discovering secret sales!

Utter rip off customer service is none existant they are email handlers at best, I returned my stuff ages ago still no refund and the nuggets on email are still searching to lean how to open the inbox, luckily it is school holidays and the kids will be off so us poor customers might get some answers as the kiddys can show the parents how to use the computer.

Ordered a bag from here, the same quality as the official site it would of came from, very happy only thing I will say is I ordered a black bag that was ment to be red inside but came black inside, loved it so kept it. Trustworthy site.

I love shopping on secret sales, amazing value on wonderful items! The only downside is that it does take a while for items to be delivered but I guess there has got to be a downside to huge reductions!

I love shopping onlione especially at secret sales as it is secure and safe, the most thing i like about it is I can get all the branded items at a low price which is worth it and saves me money. A fantastic business offering only the best items and unbelievable prices. And to top it off the customer service is first class. The whole business setup from advertising, to purchasing to tracking orders and finally delivering the item(s) is absolutely flawless. Great work!

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. If I ran my business the way they run their business, I wouldn't have a business! They used to offer yearly delivery for £30 a year, but they cancelled it without notice. I had about 9 months to run to the end of term but they refused to refund me for the lost months. When you want to return an item it used to be that they emailed you a returns label free. Now, without notice again, they've stopped doing that. You now have to pay £3.95 for one, plus the cost (another £3.95) to return the item. So it's costing almost £8 to return an item. On top of that I've asked them to send me only 1 email a day instead of the 3 or 4 that I receive. Makes no difference, still receive 3-4 emails every day. That's it - I'm done with them!

I absoutely love SecretSales and it never fails to disappoint. Items are always sent out on time and are always as described. They have amazing brands to choose from at really good discounts so a deal is always to be had. I check it everyday!

I am not someone who can afford a £1,000 designer handbag or pair of shoes, but it's fun to look at them. I really can't recommend Secret Sales more highly (just wish I could win the lottery so I could get a Louis Vuitton bag for a lot less at Secret Sales than I could in Paris!)

Secret Sales have a worst delivery system. I have been waiting for my order for more than a month and still no clue when I am going to receive it. It has happened to me twice once I had cancel my order after waiting for a month.

Pros:

- Great savings on luxury items
- Efficient and reliable (and constantly updates you on your order status)
Cons:
- Delivery time
Also, sizes are limited, so you need to be quick otherwise your choices/options/sizes will be limited. Overall though, it's probably the best website for luxury sale items that I've used.

The SecretSales site brings your great products at great prices! Should you get there in time. The only issue I will ever have is the time in which i have to wait for my items, but nevermind all worth the wait in the end!

I am appalled at the lack of customer service I have received from Secret Sales. Multiple attempts at emailing and I have made 3 difficult (due to communication issues) phone calls to the helpline. Despite requesting confirmation in writing on the current situation I have yet to receive a reply.
I have ordered and paid for the item, recieved confirmation of the order but not received the item. Even tried to have the item resent, but have had no communication from the team. Something which should be a simple online purchase has been impossible!

Be aware - don't buy from them. Terrible Customer Care and low quality products. The worse customer service I've ever experienced. I received broken items and it took 2 weeks and several hours on the phone (and on hold) to be told that I had to pay to post the items back to them.
I'll never buy from them again and recommend you not to buy from them either.
