Good delivery. Took a punt and ordered some Vans trainers, arrived quickly with the option to return, great item much cheaper than from elsewhere., would recommend.
Bought two leather jackets with star logos on for size...when they arrived they looked like they had been painted on by a 5 year old.smudged cheap rubbish.said they had been reduced from nearly £500 to £80.they are not worth £20 even.I'd be embarrassed to wear the jacket. How they could send them out in that state is beyond me.emailed them no response so now having to go through PayPal as I'm not paying to return this rubbish.
Ordered a pair of Ted Baker shoes for my wife for a wedding. They arrived worn and damaged. Sent them back and re ordered as my wife loved them. Second pair arrived damaged at back with a stud missing. Will not use again.

Almost 3 weeks ago I purchased a luggage set from the brand "Georges Rech" and paid £133 for 3 luggage (mini, midi, large) with the order #*******. A week later I took mini and large to my holiday and when I arrived in Mauritius both luggage was broken and you could see the clothes dangling through the luggage. The quality of the luggage was extremely disappointing despite paying a premium price.
I contacted customer support 5 times and sent the pictures and the only answer I received was that they can't refund as the damage is caused by wear&tear. This excuse would make sense if the luggage broke after the 10th use but not after the first. Also the mini luggage was with me at all times and the handle broke just after couple of hours.
Not all the brands Secret Sales represent are of good quality. I am extremely disappointed and will do everything in my power to get my money back!

Terrible customer service, they kept hanging up on me when i tried to call regarding my order and fed me nonsense excuses. Held my money and never delivered when they stated. Also the courier company said they tried delivering twice to my work place where i MYSELF accept all incoming mail and deliveries and they never showed so their courier drivers are lying about attempting delivery.
In conclusion secretsales.com is a fancy site with a complete AMATEUR running it in the background. I own and run several websites and this secret sales site is a complete headache to deal with! They also hold your money until you receive goods which could take up to 2 months to deliver! AVOID USING THIS SITE!

I had a problem with an item that I had bought a few months before and had saved to give as a gift. When it was opened part of the gift was damaged.
I contacted customer service and Wendy couldn't have been more helpful. Everything was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

I have introduced many friends to secret sales all because you can actually trust this seller.
Everyday they upload new sales & brands for pretty much every item you can think of. Anything from clothes & shoes, home stuff and luxury beauty products.
I prefer secret sales to other websites because they have a wider range of expensive brands such as Chanel, Hermes, Prada etc.
Placing an order is also very simple, you can even log in using your facebook or paypal or amazon account this shows that website understands how today's consumers like user friendly website. If there are any issues with an order (e. G a mistake has been made) you can contact customer service team within seconds & respond quite fast.
Packages are always wrapped properly, never had any issues & been with secret sales for over a year now.

I am a loyaty customer which give free p&p early sales. They have started charging for p&p which ok they need to make cutbacks. They should notify customers of the changes befor hand. They have also reduced their points system with out notice. I think they are having financial trouble. I am no longer a member

Since i discovered secretsales.com, i have bought many brands that i didnt think i could afford. It has allowed me to buy a lot of things that i couldnt afford in the high street. I will never shop for brands anywhere else.

Do not order anything off these people. I ordered a Christmas present at the beginning of November (so you would think plenty of time) when nothing had arrived by the 19th December I tried calling the company and they weren't taking any calls so emailed them as the status on their web site only showed the item as being a confirmed order.
Next thing I receive a text message from Hermes saying the item was out for delivery, but it never arrived and the tracking number I was given didnt exist.
Finally SS gave me a refund having had my money for 6 weeks and I'm sure with never any intention of supplying the goods and when I complained offered me a £10 credit to use on their site! Why would I order anything else off them?
I asked them to review their offer and I've heard nothing since... surprise surprise

Secret Sales could show a few other companies how to do the job properly.
They have some great brands and pretty good prices, (quite often half price!)
BUT,... The mark of a TRULY good company is what they do, and how they treat the customer when things go wrong...
And this is where their customer service Excels with Superiority.

Bought a Versace 1969 bag looked good on inspection looking inside there was a label saying made in Turkey Versace is made only in Italy. There was a gold envelope inside the bag some sort of authenticity card which was stuck on by hand on the back it said with our compliments and above that the same was written in Turkish... Really how blatent is that. The dust bag was really cheap how does a company that advertises on TV and on line get away with this where is trading standards?

Am very disappointed with secretsales, I sent two items back for a refund since 10th of April and never got any refund back.
They are claiming not to have received my parcel even though have got proof of postage and the man I spoke with was not polite.

I've ordered from many companies and this is FAR the worst. The first time I ordered from them was OK, so then I placed I big order. HUGE mistake. One item was cancelled at the last minute, two were supposedly delivered (never got them), I received a pair of shoes of different sizes (!), another item of the wrong colour and a designer's dress that was of terrible quality and apparently counterfeit. Their customer service can't get worse. I emailed them and got no answer. I called them and they said they would investigate it and get back to me in a few hours. A few days later and no answer. I had to call them many times and literally scream on the phone so as to get a refund. NEVER NEVER AGAIN FROM THEM.

I bought my daughter a Tanzanite ring for her 18th birthday through Secret Sales. It's supposed RRP was £540. My daughter needed it resizing so she went to a jewellers. I suggested she have it valued for insurance purposes. The jeweller came back with £25. I complained to Secret Sales and they (in particular, Andrea) were dreadful... blaming everyone but themselves and in the end stopped even replying to my emails. Dreadful and shocking service.
It was truly embarrassing to me having given this ring to my daughter on a special occasion and it was worth no more than £25.
Stay clear as you don't know what you are really getting.

Ordered a pair of shoes £454 arrived next day and were completely wrong shoes to what I ordered rang up after being on hold fir half hour was asked to email pic they said send them back for refund I sent back same day and the nightmare began they kept saying they hadn't received them the post office said they were signed for after ringing fir four days being on hold every time for hours begging getting through kept getting told they were looking into it in the end I had to go sorting office get a printout of the signature email it to them and they finally refund me never ever again the fault was there's in beginning advertising wrong shoe

Brought Superdry items from this after delivery found them cheaper on Superdry own site cheaper (my own fault should of checked) one of the items was very small for the size I sent for so sent back and got charge for the privilege. Check other site before buying from this site.

A truly appalling service. I ordered a kitchen knife on December the 12th, it is now the 2nd of March and nobody can tell me where it is. On my last call I was promised someone would call back within 48 hours and I've heard nothing. I have unanswered emails and no evidence that they intend to deliver my product. They claim to have 'tried to deliver it', but they could've emailed me when on route (as promised, but this didn't happen), post it through the letterbox (it's a small product), leave it with a neighbour, leave a delivery note, leave it at the post office; none of this was done. When I phoned to complain, they treated it like it was my fault for not being home. I've waited for nearly 3 months, and when I call they have no idea where it is. They said they'd refund the delivery over the phone, but they won't commit to this in writing and I've not received a penny. A terrible company with a business model that doesn't work (unless you like wondering where your purchase is)
