Good delivery. Took a punt and ordered some Vans trainers, arrived quickly with the option to return, great item much cheaper than from elsewhere., would recommend.
Bought two leather jackets with star logos on for size...when they arrived they looked like they had been painted on by a 5 year old.smudged cheap rubbish.said they had been reduced from nearly £500 to £80.they are not worth £20 even.I'd be embarrassed to wear the jacket. How they could send them out in that state is beyond me.emailed them no response so now having to go through PayPal as I'm not paying to return this rubbish.

I suggest no one buys a Hova Board from SS as the one I have is a fake, when it turns on it has a strong accented Chinese voice say 'connecting broo truth ', the starting switch fell apart and we could not turn it off. When contacting secret sales they asked me to return it to a home address ( saying this was the supplier) this address was a flat in a residential area... They have at last agreed to pick the item up, however be warned if you have bought one for you child as a Christmas present, it could possibly be a fake like this one, I beg you to open it and check!

I returned some shoes to them on 3rd June. By the 21st June I hadn't heard anything and they told me they had actioned the refund and to allow a further 14 days for it to show on my account. I contacted them today to query the refund as it still isn't showing and they are now saying they haven't received the item and I'm not getting a refund! Furious!

I have ordered several items from this company and the quality of the items are appalling. A handbag I had the lining broke within weeks. Several items of clothing have been returned because of the quality. Especially when they quote a price cross it through and put a lower price. I ordered a coat which the before price was quoted as £425 but it was £110 it was not even worth the lower price. I would get better quality at Primark. Also the way they send the items out are shocking it comes all screwd up. Never again

Who or which online site can challenge secretsales? None cus they deal with quality products i shop everyday on secretsales cus i dont regret buying them products. Kpa kpa kpa movement is wat am talking about. Looking smart, gorgeous, cute, stunning n adorable is every womans dream so shop online on secretsales n make dat kpa kpa kpa movement. I bought few items and they didn't delivery. After 2 months they said that they didn't do delivery to Ireland anymore. But in the website was saying that they do the delivery to Ireland.
After all the bad customer support they did the refund in many parts. After 3 months aí still with the money to receive back. Definitely one of the worst company.

I have been shopping on Secretsale for a three years and as a consumer I have always been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the goods, amazing prices and the service. I rarely have to return an item but when I do need to they are quick on the phone and in returning the funds to my account, and above and beyond helpful to the point I no longer shop in high street. As a reward I get to be a priority customer which mean I don't have to pay for P&P and I get my pick of the designer goods in a early sales!

Amazing Sales and Amazing customer Service!.
Secret Sales is one of the most addictive shopping websites around!.
They have great designer sales and good with the season as well.
And some of the sales on the website is still full price at normal retailers its Brilliant. But what makes me keep wanting to come back is their customer service... They treat their customers really well. And they really go that extra mile for the customer. I have never had any problems with any of their staff. They infact have all been really friendly and helpful... and if you have any problems they solve it withing few hours which is great.

I think SecretSales is one of the best places to buy well known deisgenr labels at an affordable price. I have meanwhile a Loyalty Plus member status so I do not the delivery so I shop regularily with Secretsales. It is a very easy and convenience way to shop. The website is very well structured and the payment is also very safe.

I have used secret sales twice.
The first time, no problems.
The second was on 18th February I ordered a 'designer' jumper and a ring.
The jumper arrived 10 days later and was awful, poor quality. I decided to wait for the ring in case I wanted to send both back.
Ring didn't arrive so I contacted and explained, was told I was too late to return jumper.
Ring never arrived and after numerous emails on the 25th March I received advice that Hermes was returning the ring to secret sales, damaged in transit.
But, the ring was still available if I wanted to reorder it. Jeez.

To buy from this site the transaction went smoothly unfortunately the item was not suitable I returned the item and had to pay £8.95 to return and today is the 3rd September I have not had my money refunded and no one has responded back to my emails so I have now taken the issue up with PayPal

I purchased a prada handbag for over £1300 on April 1st. It should have been despatched before April 7 but today is May 2nd and the item still hasn't been despatched. Secretsales blame a change in warehouse but they haven't even acknowledged their lack of communication or updated my account details which still say item will be despatched by April 7th. I also have another order that should have been despatched before April 11th - again zero communication on this and even after sending a comprehensive letter of complaint to customer services they fail to acknowledge these major issues they currently have. I strongly suggest you think twice before buying anything from secretsales and if anyone from secretsales is reading this... take note that offering a dissatisfied customer a nominal voucher as a peace offering isn't an acceptable solution. Any customer with an ounce of sense won't buy from you again, so offering them a voucher is utterly pointless.

Absoloutely brilliant! When ever i need to buy a present for someone theres always something on there thats what i need! Always plenty of choice and wide range aswell as the best discounts going on major brands. If i had more money to spend id order alot more! Thats probly the only problem i always want more than what i can afford.

Bought a dress for £35 which was APPARENTLY worth £149 according to Secret Sales. I stupidly believed this and ordered it thinking I was getting a great deal. Looks like I should have done my research beforehand because when I received the dress and saw/felt how cheap the material was, I looked up other items made by the same company and saw their dresses retail at an average of about £15! It looks like it belongs on a market stall! I have no idea why Secret Sales claim it's worth £145 - It's not even anywhere close! Their customer service is also shockingly bad. I asked their Twitter account why I was suddenly being told my order would take a month just to be dispatched, even though it says on their website deliveries take 5-10 working days, and all I got was a cocky unapologetic response. They didn't even bother replying to me about the fact the cheap dress is being falsely advertised at an extortionate RRP. Will never use them again. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

First of all; the boots that I received have clearly been used by someone else before and sold to me as "NEW"!
Returned them straight away on the same day with post PAID BY ME (tracked and signed for). I can see that the boots were received on the following day.
TWO WEEKS later still waiting for a refund!
ALL my emails were ignored and there is no phone number to speak to a person!
THIEVES!
You MUST give me my money back!

Prepaid thirty pounds postage for goods. Clothing very hit and miss for sizing and after sending six requests for pre paid label as I had PAID FOR IT, I have been asked AGAIN for the order number etc. I reported this to them it was totally ignored! How to resolve this? Shop at Achicha!

The package arrived opened and one item is missing. After painfully long conversations with the Customer Service, the rest of the parcel arrived after two weeks. Because the garment arrived much later than when I expected to wear it, I asked for a free return BUT THEY DIDN'T REPLIED. Again, I will contact my bank for this disservice on their behalf. They are a ridicolous and totally unprofessional company!
