Secret Sales

I use Secret Sales a lot, probably too much! I have never had a problem with anything, Orders arrive when it says it will, it is very good value for money, and unlike other discount designer websites, they stuff actually arrives in good condition, not damaged in transit.
I have only had to return an item once, because I misjudged its size, and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was.
Overall very happy with SS!

Further to my angry review last December about the lack of delivery in time for Christmas as promised, the pearl jewellery i ordered did arrive in time for New Year! The quality of the pearls is excellent and Im very pleased with my purchases now they have arrived.

I also received a very apologetic email from SecretSales customer service, along with a £10 gift voucher. This was a very nice gesture; so they are forgiven!

Secret Sales are a fabulous website to find all your designer products, from clothes, shoes, Jewellery, to house hold goods, all at affordable prices.
I would definitely recommend Secret Sales, to family and friends, whom I'm sure will purchase in an instant!

As reviewed previously they don't respond to emails, you can't get through by phone Tracked return confirmed as received weeks ago. Return due to wrong goods in the shoe boxes. Essentially I am paying for their error to return. Complete waste of time.

I have been (secretly) shopping for a while on your site and look forward to my updates on your new stock.
There is everything from high street stores to well known brands to hidden gems.
I normally shop online and I rate your customer service as one of the best... prompt responses, helpful with advice and hassle free returns.
I also love the fact that I am rewarded for my loyalty! I would love to share my pleasant shopping experience with my friends' & family but then my "secret would be out"!

Secret Sales are a site I use regularly for not only myself but for the home and rest of the family. They have given me a three months free delivery which I have used consecutively over this period, such a lovely thank you for my trust in them. I have always had wonderful service and have never had cause to complain unlike some other shopping sites.

Brand names for great prices. I'm a regular secret sales buyer and love being able to earn loyalty points to save on money off vouchers. It's easy to return or exchange an item if needed. Customer services was an issue for a time but that seems to rectified now. Keep the secret sales coming! Love it :))

I've been using secret sales for years now and love the products and prices, my mom and sister are also addicted to the site. Only downside is delivery can take a while but you know this when you place your order as they give u a despatch date, but it's worth the wait. I've only recently experienced a problem with delivery (down to the courier not secret sales) and I've placed a lot of orders but the customer service team resolved the issue quickly and issued refund straight away. Also love the loyalty vouchers you receive :)

Got my true religion jean today and it came in a different length from advertised online and I called in and spoke to advisor Ethan who was so nice and helped resolved the issue immediately without any hassle

This site overs you everything you need from a pin to an anchor. It is brilliant for gifts and treats. There is something for everyone regardless of age, class or budget. You can also find some of the most unusual products that make you or that special someone feel unique. Just be warned! Once you've tried it you are hooked.

I love the ever-changing sales, the variety of products you can get hold of and the prices they're offered at. I have bought things I would never have found elsewhere or sometimes not known even existed - and find it a great place to shop both for me but also friends and family and I used it a lot in the lead up to Christmas. If there have ever been any issues they have been simple to sort out and the loyalty scheme keeps me coming back!

To have a look at this website has become my everyday thing now, you can always find something that impressed you, very good price. I have made several different purchases, there are free shipping and you can check all the way where they are. Although I need to wait a longer time to get the item I want, but it worth to do so. This is my favourite sales site by far. I have been using it for well over a year and have enjoyed many genuine bargains over that time. Items delivered as advertised and always well worth the wait, I can't recommend highly enough!

Having used Secretsales.com for a couple of years I am totally satisfied with them from excellent easy ordering of goods through to actually receiving them, all expertly packaged and delivered to your door.

I am addicted to this site, fantastic for designer bargains, customer service very helpfully, loyalty scheme, you get points when you purchase, so you always get something back to spend another time. I did most of my Christmas shopping on here, I love secret sales and would recommend to everyone... but leave me some designer bargains.

I've been using SecretSales for a couple of years now and have had some great bargains. When I have had queries it's been easy to speak to a real person which is also a big plus to me.

A few people have mentioned the delivery times, but note that each sale will have it's own delivery time-frame, and is clearly stated when things will not ship from the supplier until after the sale event has finished.

I've had all sorts from clothes to luggage and continue to review the daily sales alert email for new deals. If you find yourself using the site a lot, have a look at the unlimited delivery option.

I purchased items that never arrived and so after making enquiries have found out that the items will not be arriving. They assured me of a full refund via email correspondence, I have been waiting for this full refund for over a month now and they just do not respond to any emails! Absolutely appalling customer service, they just don't respond and they still haven't given my money back. The most annoying thing is there is no phone number to contact!

Very very poor and they use one of the poorest delivery com in the logistics field! Placed the order everything going well with my order until we hit the delivery faze …. Unfortunately secret sales use one of the lowest standard delivery operators in England wales Scotland and beyond! I was told my order would be delivered by evri on Saturday to which it was unfortunately though it was one item from the full 6 said to be on that PO when checked into if other items would follow this was the let down it's saying complete and delivered I got one top out of 4 I ordered and no jeans and no halterheck trousers suit either I feel very let down I will be contacting again Tom to request a refund not letting this slide at all I won't use them again I feel extremely let down by secret sales even went as far as recommended them to which I've given the folks my update and to now not use them absolute shambles wouldn't order again even if the stuff was free!

Designer goods at a discounted price from the comfort of your home, what else could one ask for! I've been using Secretsales for over a year now and have used them for buying designer goods like Fendi and Michael Kors and endless fragrances and other beauty products and bed linen at brilliant prices. Ordering is easy and always delivered in the stipulated time. I've recommended Secretsales to many and will continue to do so!

All my orders fit me nicely. I didn't think the whole size guide ritual thing would actually bring me great, accurate sizes. I thought at some point I still would encounter errors, but none of that happened.

The Secretsales website is brilliant, it's like one of the top department stores but online where you can buy the latest brand name products at great discounted prices but without all the crowds. The website is so easy to use and the payment system is quick and simple, and once you've placed your order you are kept up to date on its progress and delivery is prompt and within the estimated dates given. They also have a regular email newsletter that keeps you updated on the latest sales and a good loyalty rewards scheme where you earn points on everything you buy. Also, whenever I've needed to speak to their customer services team they've always been great. Needless to say I'm a regular customer and have been for several years now. The only thing I would get them to change would be their returns service and offer the Collect+ service or something similar instead of having to use the normal postal service.
