I have never been disappointed with any of my Secretsales purchases. The discounts are phenomenal and allow me to treat family, friends and myself, of course, to things that ordinarily might be a little out of my price range.

Didn't realise I've been shopping with Secret Sales for 2+ yrs now. I've notice that they been trying to improve customer experience since and that makes me wanting to go and check what's up there on a daily basis.

Great site to find incredible deals that you won't find anywhere else, and it has maintained a certain amount of exclusivity which means that you won't end up looking like everyone else on the high street. Can't praise it enough. It's my go-to on pay day!

Secret sales tried to remove a review on trustpilot hence why trustpilot should not be trusted and hiding the truth!

" MISSING ITEMS!

Be prepared that you will have missing items! They send you a couple and don't send you the rest of your items!

You items show up missing and to reach out to secret sales is nearly impossible as their response time takes a very long time! So watch out for that when you order it's been over a week and update now almost 4 weeks and they have not turned up! And instead sent me a screenshot of the dispatch list which further proved that the rest of my 11 items "received" were NEVER shipped! Though they lied about it being shipped! Lazy and incompetent scam of a company

Because I'm missing items and I have reached out for help and they are dodging responsibility when I have provided evidence from the couriers who have proven my case.

I have now escalated this dispute with my payment providers (Clearpay) and my bank."

Very very poor and they use one of the poorest delivery com in the logistics field! Placed the order everything going well with my order until we hit the delivery faze …. Unfortunately secret sales use one of the lowest standard delivery operators in England wales Scotland and beyond! I was told my order would be delivered by evri on Saturday to which it was unfortunately though it was one item from the full 6 said to be on that PO when checked into if other items would follow this was the let down it's saying complete and delivered I got one top out of 4 I ordered and no jeans and no halterheck trousers suit either I feel very let down I will be contacting again Tom to request a refund not letting this slide at all I won't use them again I feel extremely let down by secret sales even went as far as recommended them to which I've given the folks my update and to now not use them absolute shambles wouldn't order again even if the stuff was free!

I've used Secretsales many times now having initially heard about the website from a friend. I now visit the site almost on a daily basis, such are the range of new product offers they have every day. The shopping experience with Secretsales is very good. The website is quick and simple, the ordering process is straightforward and the customer service provided is more than sufficient. Best of all are of course the offers available; you won't find better prices on such a huge range of product types in one place anywhere else on the internet!

I use Secretsales more than two years and very satisfied with the service. Several times had to make refunds, everything was quickly and without problems. Prices and terms of delivery there are more than attractive. Thank you. Pleasant to deal with professionals.

This is a great site which offers a wide variety of products at discounted rates usually between 40%-60%. I like the concept and the service, no hidden costs and when you shop often enough they offer a free delivery, which is great. You don't need to worry about loosing money on delivery costs anymore.

Ordered an iPad case which apparently cost £59 from I gadgetry they were selling them for £16 plus £4.95 p&p seemed like a great bargain what I received was a piece of junk I could have picked up at a market stall for about £2 no way had that ever cost £15 never mind £59 they claimed it was worth I emailed my complaint right away still waiting for them to get in touch I now have to pay recorded delivery to send this piece of junk back never again!

I have been using Secret Sales for years now and am extremely happy with the service. The variety of products they have is great and you can always find something, especially with the added incentives of discounts, loyalty vouchers etc.!:)
Will definitely continue using it!

I ordered 2 pairs of boots. One pair came and the quality was very poor, all lumpy inside and looked cheap. The other pair were totally the wrong item! Not impressed and wont be ordering from them again.

Now to go and package them up and try and get a refund...

I check secret sales once a week minimum! Otherwise I would be shopping everyday. It is the only website were I trust what they are selling, even when you can´t believe the price of the item!

Id definitely recommend secretsales for a great on line shopping experience that offers quality goods across a range of price brackets.

Secretsales offers designer clothes and items for the home at a fraction of the price. A fantastic site with such great savings. Items are always well packaged and should you need to contact the customer service team, they are always so helpful.

A fantastic site with excellent customer service. The range of items available at such good prices has enabled me to spread the cost of Birthdays and Christmas. Even better, it has encouraged me to 'step outside' the high street for fashion, which at 70 but not ready for crimplene, has been a huge bonus as well as confidence builder. The up front p&p for a year has been fantastic value.

I ordered boots for 90£ and they took the money then never dispatched the boots. After a long wait I emailed secret sales and they ignored me. Thank fully I had paid using PayPal, so I raised a refund request with them and PayPal got me my money back the same day. Without PayPal, I think I'd have lost my money entirely. Don't use SecretSales, it's not reliable or safe.

Have ordered various items from this company and not once have the items arrived on time. When contacted they give a new date and then surprise surprise no delivery, 'they hold your money for weeks on end and then take ages to return it, avoid at all costs

I've placed two orders for the same blazer, they tell you it will arrive, you wait almost 2 months and then they just tell you that you won't receive it. All they do is give you a £5 voucher and you still have to pay for delivery which is very expensive.
Worst experience with them! Don't recommend! Never order from them!

The service is very efficient. I was satisfied with my order arrived in excellent condition as expeceted. I shop on secretsale frequently for great designer things at a discounted price. Highly recommend to everyone who wants great items -different everyday.

I ordered many things especially trainers, 4 x at different times all out stock after I paid for them 3-4 weeks later ( order lying at processing stage for eeeks no communication I had to call myself, then a standard email bull $#*! saying customer purchased same time

Beware of the so called bargain prices on this site! I bought a Swarovski gift set, it came in a plastic jiffy bag! I bought some suncream, i was back fom holiday before it was even dispatched ( long after the given dispatch date) I ordered 2 pairs of givenchy shoes for half the price of anywhere else, they kept £600 of my money for 6 weeks and then emailed to say sorry we can't get them after all! They sent me a £5 discount voucher as compensation! Needles to say i won't be using it. Think twice, if something seems too good to be true it usually is!

Fantastic site that offers brilliant customer service should (though I doubt it) a problem arise. Stocks something for everyone, for most occasions from womenswear to homeware. Delivery always occurs within the date range given, if not before and the most important thing is that they reward royalty. Love this site.

I absolutely love Secret Sales! Every day at 7am I get excited to see what bargains can be snapped up. This site is so easy to use and even better that you can build up loyalty points!

I saved a fortune last Christmas, getting most of my presents from here. My family were over the moon at the designer items they received, but only I knew the bargain price I paid for them :)
