Secret Sales

I've used Secretsales.com quite a few times mostly for clothing from top brands at great value. On every occasion the goods have been of the highest quality and the service excellent. Yes you sometimes have to wait a while for dispatch but you wouldn't get such a great price if you didn't and secretsales are very good at keeping you informed of exactly where your goods are in the delivery process. I once had occasion to cancel an order and I wondered how this would be received. The answer was superbly. There were no quibbles or hassle just done and confirmed very quickly.

Rarely do websites live up to the hype. Well this one does. I've always been really impressed with the quality of items on sale - clothes, homewares, stuff for the garden but mainly fashion from the likes of D&G and Dior through to Penguin and Ralph Lauren. Always a significant discount from other sales sites and stores. Sometimes delivery is a tad slow - but they warn you of this. But when you're getting up to 80% off the recommended retail price, Im not bothered if I have to wait a week or two.

Ordered and paid for my partners Xmas gift back in November.

Now two days before Xmas I receive an email stating "We're really sorry but we've been forced to cancel your order. Unfortunately our supplier hasn't been able to deliver the items to us to our warehouse which means we've been forced to cancel your order. Please be assured that we will refund you immediately but it may take up to 5 days for the money to be processed by your bank.

So not only are they selling products which they can't get hold of but they then keep your money until after Xmas?!?

Customer services are a joke and state "oh where sorry about that, not sure why you wasn't told sooner".

After spending a small fortune with this company this Xmas I won't be using them again!

Avoid using these clowns and go to the retailers.

It is a nightmare using this company, 1st u pay to return each individual. Item u buy so returns cost alot! 3.50 per item, then you have to chase to get a refund as it takes ages, if u didn't chase youd never get your money back. I ordered 4 items, spent £14 to return them. And then hours of messaging to try n see where my refunds are. This is all not worth it. Stuff is rubbish and looks far better than it is. Don't waste your time and money using secret sales

I ordered a blouse from secret sales but it was such bad quality that I returned it with their printed label but I still had to pay postage. That was over two months ago and still no refund. My advice is do not buy from Secret Sales

I telephoned customer service, Secretsales today as had introduced a friend last night who thought the site was brilliant. Unfortunately, due to network problems, I was unable to send the referral through the proper channels. Phoned up today, Monday afternoon, and spoke to an extremely helpful lady called Vanessa. I explained the situation to her and without hesitation, was happy to offer not just me but my friend the £20 each voucher for referring a friend. Isnt it great to know that you can still get this wonderful service in today's depressing world. Thank you Secretsales.

I have used Secret Sales for a couple of years now and am never disappointed - they have great brands and new brands that are worth trying out - and the discounts are always genuine. I have bought womens' and mens' wear and household goods and have always been pleased. You may sometimes have to wait a couple of weeks for delivery (such is the nature of pop up sales) but it is worth it. Ordering is easy and I like to use the Paypal option so its also secure. I've recommended them to lots of friends, too.

I hate shopping around for deals in discount outlets so I'm so happy discovered Secret Sales, It's stress free bargain hunting at it best because the bargains come to you! I live in a very rural area in Ireland so have to travel quite a distance to shop, and living in Ireland also means we don't have some of the labels available on Secret Sales over here. I have found their customer service team very helpful and haven't had to wait too long for a reply from them. They also have a good loyalty points scheme.

My orders have arrived packaged very carefully and in perfect condition, I cannot recommend Secret Sales enough. Couldn't ask for more.

My partner bought me a Michael Kors handbag for Christmas last year. It arrived after Christmas, despite ordering over 1 month prior to Christmas. I dont use my bags that often, perhaps once or twice a week maximum, and the handle of this bag is in tatters. Makes me think its not authentic as another Michael Kors bag I have is older, used more and in far better condition. I wouldn't recommend using this company at all. They gave me a small voucher as a gesture of goodwill' due to the delayed delivery. I bought some underwear as its all the voucher covered and I wasnt willing to add my own cash to boost the value, and it fell apart after 1 wear. Ridiculous, better quality at Primark.

The website is easy to use. The size guide and product description are helpful. However the last order I made went badly wrong and took 2 months to resolve. The customer service advisers were not proactive and I had to phone daily to try and sort things out wasting hours of my time

I love shopping on Secretsales, there is always a bargain and I have found the service to always be of the highest standard, emails to keep you updated on your purchase, right through to despatch time/dates. All purchases are packaged well.

Branded products for prices you can only dream of... love it! Keeps you well updated on when your product has been dispatched and when it will get to you... it takes a while so if you want a next day delivery this is not the site for you... However, I find it well worth the wait!

I have shopped with Secretsales for over a year now and have bought some fantastic items. If on the odd occasion I have changed my mind about an order they quickly refund, no problem. I also think they open your eyes to new brands and items that you wouldn't find elsewhere which is great.

Good products, selection changes all the time - good prices and service and no quibbles if occasionally need to return an item. Occasionally an order gets cancelled - presumably because the manufcaturer may not have come through but regardless of this rare occurence, I would recommend Secret Sales to anyone.

Always been a pleasure buying through secret sales. The other day my order timed out which meant me having to re process it. When doing so I lost the discount 20% which was a promotion. After finalising the order I realised, when recieving an email to state (I still have the 20% option) available, but the order had already been paid for.

I sent a kind request into the customer service team and had a prompt reply from Wendy, who honoured this 20% without giving any excuses, that for me was a nice touch. Thanks again Wendy

Fantastic shopping experience. I have even stopped going to Bicester shopping centre. Returns are hassle free and refunds are immediate. Top class customer support.

Items are excellent brands and prices are unbeatable. What else can I ask for?

For popular items, make sure that you wake up at 7AM UK time, or by the time you try, they may be gone.

I found the website easy to navigate and to purchase using paypal.
After my purchase I had a query regarding the size of the product I had purchased, I was replied within 24 hours that they would find this information out for me. Only a few hours later I had my answer. Good, polite customer service always goes a long way. Now looking forward to my product arriving.

I Cannot get enough of this website! I have bought bags and other items and everything is always top quality. The staff respond to emails very quickly and are always happy to help. I'm addition they make me feel like a valued customer which is one of the main reasons I continue to shop on the website!

After 25 days, I just received a refund email from PayPal, saying you have received a refund!

Called the SS customer service and got cut off 3 times probably due to problem with their cheap customer service equipment! And the very rude agent said he apologises, but clearly he did not mean it, and they said your order is cancelled because we can not procure the item you purchased!

I am sure it is illegal to sell something that you don't have!?

(If this is legal, then i can sell iphone for 100 pounds and put the money in a bank account and get return on the money, and refund every 25 days, and get more money coming! With actually not selling anything!)

And then they sent me an evoucher of 5 quids which is ridiculous, as I had used a 20% voucher before which i can not use again!

I do not recommend this website to anyone, BrandAlley is more trusted and faster.

Brought a coat and they didn't send it no explanation why and then they tried to take my postage I had to email them several times eventually I got all my money back won't be buying from here again.

I love Secret Sales. Its a great sales website with fab high end quality items. There is plenty of choice for everyone. There's so many great bargains and I've bought some really special gifts for loved ones. The customer service is really good, helpful and efficient. I love the loyalty scheme and I always feel valued as a customer.

Secret Sales is a pleasure to shop with with an ease of purchase and a great array of excellent goods at very good prices. Any minor problems I have had have always been immediately dealt with to my total satisfaction

Submitted an order with number of items back in March and generally you never get all in one go they always come at different time. One item never arrived and under there sight it says delivery in progress. Given it has been sometime I reached out to them to see what had happened only to find out not only I am not getting this item but also I am charged for it where they are not taking any responsibility for not delivering.
