Good delivery. Took a punt and ordered some Vans trainers, arrived quickly with the option to return, great item much cheaper than from elsewhere., would recommend.
Bought two leather jackets with star logos on for size...when they arrived they looked like they had been painted on by a 5 year old.smudged cheap rubbish.said they had been reduced from nearly £500 to £80.they are not worth £20 even.I'd be embarrassed to wear the jacket. How they could send them out in that state is beyond me.emailed them no response so now having to go through PayPal as I'm not paying to return this rubbish.
I have been using secret for a while and there service are always top notch. The minute i placed an order i will get update till the order have been despatch and if am not happy with any thing i buy from secretsales a quick refund will be issue. Will continue to shop with secretsales for many many more years.

I really like shopping on Secretsales. I almost visit the website of Secretasles every day. Usually, I can find some surprises. Secretsales not only provides nice products but also provides satisfactory prices. Not long ago, I met some problems with my order. I emailed to Secretsales and the Service Team replied to me in a very short period time. They were willing to help me solve the problems and I was really satisfied with their services.

I have ordered many things from secretsales - from little bits for my children to a cartier bag for my sister for Christmas last year and everything I have received I have been extremely happy with. Ordered my daughter some trainers they arrived and were too small so looked at returns policy and I had to pay I also don't have a printer so went onto live chat to get a response of well that's not our problem I said well I'll just chick £32 away then she then replied okay! Absolutely ridiculous having to pay to return something I've never had to before so I've literally had to throw them away as you can't even exchange them won't be shopping on there again!

I heard about secretsales and was initially sceptical that the huge discounts were really available across such a variety of brands and goods. However I quickly discovered that they were and actually I have been introduced to a number of great brands that I wasn't so familiar with too which is an added bonus. The website is a piece of cake to navigate, the communication from the firm is excellent and the loyalty program both generous and worthwhile. Every aspect of the experience for me so far has been first class.

This is THE best site for discount designer goods. I have saved hundreds of pounds using secretsales.com. The email you get first thing in the morning gives you plenty of time to see what's on offer so you have the best opportunity to grab a bargain. The delivery is timely and you're informed of the where abouts of your delivery all the way. I did nearly all of my Christmas shopping on here and I just love it and fully recommend secretsales.com! Ive been using secret sales for about 11 months now and was told by my boss about it. As everyone else is, i was dubious as to wether this was a genuine site selling real goods as it is hard to come by now adays but now 11 months on and literally loads of purchases later i can honestly say it is a great company selling great products. I have even had scenarios when i have needed to speak to customer services and they are fantastic at responding and i havent had a negative experience with them to date. Im shocked at some of these reviews on this site and really believe me when i tell u the company is really good. Hopefully this helps anyone who is considering using the website... happy purchasing.

I now mainly shop on line due to secret sales, have bought everything from Valentino sunglasses to hotel sheets. All of my purchases have been of high quality, and to have them bought straight to my door is even better! Would highly recommend.

Do NOT use this on line retailer. Merchandise is not as described and returning items was made virtually impossible. The only way to make returns is if you pay postage and claim it back. I am still waiting on a free returns label which was put in 2nd class post and has not arrived after 2 weeks. Customer services refused to give me their name so I have contacted trading standards. DO NOT USE THEM.

I have not used this site before and was a little cautious as to how it would be, good or not so good. However it was excellent. Helpful staff over payment, excellent slippers, well packed and have no problem in using it again.

Very positive experience today with SecretSales.
Placed an order fpr a number of items, only to notice an hour later that I had an email offering 20% further off all orders.
Unable to amend an order on the website, I emailed their customer care dept. Within 15minutes, they had replied, with the discount code applied and an instruction to refund to my credit card.
Superb experience, and a very happy customer. Kudos to SecretSales and particularly Wendy in their customer care department.

On my first order. I received the wrong item! I should have read the other reviews. Many customer have received the wrong item and later give secretsales five star because they were refund. After sending the item back...
To me, this is an acceptable... would never buy from them again.

I bought a pair of Red Valentino ankle boots and they were listed as 63% off £560, so £210. But after I had purchased them I checked the Valentino website and the same boots were actually £320, so i was getting closer to 30% off, a big difference. I queried it with the customer services and their response was this is what our buyers said it is worth, so clearly their buyers didn't look at the official Red Valentino website. Or it's not an authentic Red Valentino boot and their suppliers lied.
They lie about their pricing to make it seem like you are getting a really good deal. I've launched a complaint with the Advertising Standards Authority because it's clearly misleading advertising and I have the screen shots to prove it.

Secretsales had a promotion on for London fashion week with a special discount code for a 30% discount. I clicked on the banner and added 3 items to my basket however when I applied the discount code it said it was invalid. I phoned a member of their customer service team and asked her to check each of the items individually to see if the code was valid for them. She told me that the promo code was applicable and that after I placed the order I should screenshot the items to their customer service email in order for the discount to be credited. I did so and got a different customer service rep who was now telling me that the items were not part of the collection and that I had made an error. I tried to explain to them that I was misinformed by a member of their team however they were extremely dismissive and unhelpful, did not even review the recorded telephone call or agree to cancel the order and refund my money. Terrible terrible terrible. Will never use secret sales again
