Secret Sales is my favourite website to stock up on my favourite perfumes and beauty products.
I have also bought a number of designer handbags including Prada and Michael Kors.
Every time I had a fantastic experience and items were as described on the website.

Utter rip off customer service is none existant they are email handlers at best, I returned my stuff ages ago still no refund and the nuggets on email are still searching to lean how to open the inbox, luckily it is school holidays and the kids will be off so us poor customers might get some answers as the kiddys can show the parents how to use the computer.

Ordered a bag from here, the same quality as the official site it would of came from, very happy only thing I will say is I ordered a black bag that was ment to be red inside but came black inside, loved it so kept it. Trustworthy site.

I love shopping on secret sales, amazing value on wonderful items! The only downside is that it does take a while for items to be delivered but I guess there has got to be a downside to huge reductions!

I love shopping onlione especially at secret sales as it is secure and safe, the most thing i like about it is I can get all the branded items at a low price which is worth it and saves me money. Also i like the fact that it delivers directly to my door without the purchase being damaged or anything

A fantastic business offering only the best items and unbelievable prices. And to top it off the customer service is first class. The whole business setup from advertising, to purchasing to tracking orders and finally delivering the item(s) is absolutely flawless. Great work!

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. If I ran my business the way they run their business, I wouldn't have a business! They used to offer yearly delivery for £30 a year, but they cancelled it without notice. I had about 9 months to run to the end of term but they refused to refund me for the lost months. When you want to return an item it used to be that they emailed you a returns label free. Now, without notice again, they've stopped doing that. You now have to pay £3.95 for one, plus the cost (another £3.95) to return the item. So it's costing almost £8 to return an item. On top of that I've asked them to send me only 1 email a day instead of the 3 or 4 that I receive. Makes no difference, still receive 3-4 emails every day. That's it - I'm done with them!

I absoutely love SecretSales and it never fails to disappoint. Items are always sent out on time and are always as described. They have amazing brands to choose from at really good discounts so a deal is always to be had. I check it everyday!

I am not someone who can afford a £1,000 designer handbag or pair of shoes, but it's fun to look at them. I really can't recommend Secret Sales more highly (just wish I could win the lottery so I could get a Louis Vuitton bag for a lot less at Secret Sales than I could in Paris!)

At last a company that not only has excellent products, good tracking and delivery system but Secretsales also has an extremely professional and friendly customer service department who do and say exactly what they say they are going to do.
A company to be recognised and recommended to all.

I can't fault the service I have received from Secretsales. From the ease of navigating the site to the order arriving, it all faultless. Lots of great brand and great prices its almost difficult to stay away!

Secret Sales have a worst delivery system. I have been waiting for my order for more than a month and still no clue when I am going to receive it. It has happened to me twice once I had cancel my order after waiting for a month.

Pros:
- Variety of products which changes daily
- Great savings on luxury items
- Efficient and reliable (and constantly updates you on your order status)

Cons:
- Delivery time

Also, sizes are limited, so you need to be quick otherwise your choices/options/sizes will be limited. Overall though, it's probably the best website for luxury sale items that I've used.

This is a great company offering fab deals on designer products. Delivered direct to your door. The packaging is excellent so never any fear of damage. The sales team - especially Saajed & Omera are really lovely to deal with. Assuring you of any queries being dealt with immediately & they are! Great site.

The SecretSales site brings your great products at great prices! Should you get there in time. The only issue I will ever have is the time in which i have to wait for my items, but nevermind all worth the wait in the end!

I am appalled at the lack of customer service I have received from Secret Sales. Multiple attempts at emailing and I have made 3 difficult (due to communication issues) phone calls to the helpline. Despite requesting confirmation in writing on the current situation I have yet to receive a reply.
I have ordered and paid for the item, recieved confirmation of the order but not received the item. Even tried to have the item resent, but have had no communication from the team. Something which should be a simple online purchase has been impossible!

Be aware - don't buy from them. Terrible Customer Care and low quality products. The worse customer service I've ever experienced. I received broken items and it took 2 weeks and several hours on the phone (and on hold) to be told that I had to pay to post the items back to them.
I'll never buy from them again and recommend you not to buy from them either.

Ordered a pair of Ted Baker shoes for my wife for a wedding. They arrived worn and damaged. Sent them back and re ordered as my wife loved them. Second pair arrived damaged at back with a stud missing. Will not use again.

Almost 3 weeks ago I purchased a luggage set from the brand "Georges Rech" and paid £133 for 3 luggage (mini, midi, large) with the order #*******. A week later I took mini and large to my holiday and when I arrived in Mauritius both luggage was broken and you could see the clothes dangling through the luggage. The quality of the luggage was extremely disappointing despite paying a premium price.
I contacted customer support 5 times and sent the pictures and the only answer I received was that they can't refund as the damage is caused by wear&tear. This excuse would make sense if the luggage broke after the 10th use but not after the first. Also the mini luggage was with me at all times and the handle broke just after couple of hours.
Not all the brands Secret Sales represent are of good quality. I am extremely disappointed and will do everything in my power to get my money back!

I always managed to find something to buy on secretsales, been recommeding it to friends who also came to love it. One of the best shooping destinations for those who dont have time to go to shops, great prices and prompt replied from customer service. All in all AA+++
