Good delivery. Took a punt and ordered some Vans trainers, arrived quickly with the option to return, great item much cheaper than from elsewhere., would recommend.
Re advertised as 81%; 78%; 74% etc cheaper than RRP. It wasn't until the items arrived that I actually looked them up, as I was excited by the saving, only to discover that they were all much more expensive than the RRP and I could have got the same products much cheaper had I got them from the high street. Surely this sort of misselling should not be permitted.
This is my favorite site to for shopping. Very happy and sastisfied with their service. Having some problem with some purchases but then their custumer service was very helpful.

As a regular user of secretsales (much to my husbands dismay) I can't fault the company. The service and quality is always fantastic.
Designer goods on site but when delivered they are fake and returns are not free. Don't buy from this company. It's a fraud.
I shop regularly at Secret Sales and it offers the best value for money around. The customer service is very helpful too!

DO NOT ORDER FROM SECRET SALES! They'll take your money, they won't deliver your items and then they won't reply to your emails! Absolute Scam! Avoid these arseholes like the plague!

I bought a watch from secretsales, the watch was advertised as being an automatic and having a steel bracelet, but when I received the watch, I opened the box and the watch felt very light, so then I noticed that the bracelet was in fact plastic!? Then I noticed that on the crown of the watch there was a small piece of plastic stopping the crown going down to save the watch ticking while in storage so the battery doesn't go flat, then I thought, that should not be there when the watch was supposed to be an automatic!? So it wasn't an automatic but a quartz movement, meaning it had a battery, so there was 2 blatant lies in the advertising on secretsales!
I contacted secretsales by email and one of their call centre employees called Shev wrote back to me with the attitude of that he couldn't care less, meaning secretsales couldn't care less and took no responsibility for selling dodgy goods on their website, saying they never check the quality of the items they sell and that they don't have warehouses and everything "They sell" don't belong to them but they "sell " for other people, meaning even though they sell under their own brand of secretsales, the really exist!? In my opinion secretsales are a bunch of crooks to the way the treat their customers, or should I say, former customers! Beware!

Don’t buy watches from secretsales,as they lie about the quality and movement and have a hugely inflated RRP, absolutely scandalous!!
Beware and Avoid at all costs!! But to people that might have been duped,don’t be scared to complain even after I said that there staff treat their customers with contempt!!
