Good delivery. Took a punt and ordered some Vans trainers, arrived quickly with the option to return, great item much cheaper than from elsewhere., would recommend.
Bought two leather jackets with star logos on for size...when they arrived they looked like they had been painted on by a 5 year old.smudged cheap rubbish.said they had been reduced from nearly £500 to £80.they are not worth £20 even.I'd be embarrassed to wear the jacket. How they could send them out in that state is beyond me.emailed them no response so now having to go through PayPal as I'm not paying to return this rubbish.
I ordered many things especially trainers, 4 x at different times all out stock after I paid for them 3-4 weeks later ( order lying at processing stage for eeeks no communication I had to call myself, then a standard email bull $#*! saying customer purchased same time

Secret Sales site is a fabulous site to buy quality things. A lot of designer clothes for affordable prices. They are very reliable, trustworthy efficient in dealing with orders. There's no day I don't visit this site for a bargain.

Excellent brands at great prices, i have bought clothing from Christian Dior to Luke saving from 50 to 70% on purchases. The items are always as described although take a little longer than most sites for delivery, its worth the wait.

Ordered too items separately, and asked them if it would be possible to refund one of the delivery charges, which they did. Would 100 percent recommend. Always Give fantastic service and have used many times.

There's always a frisson of excitement when opening my daily Secretsales email. What lovely goods will there be to tempt me today? I've been using this site for quite some time now and have been delighted with the designer goods on offer at markedly reduced prices, whether it be bags, jewellery or clothes. The Secretsales website makes the shopping experience easy, from purchase right through to delivery and if you have to return something, that's straight forward too. From order to delivery everything was perfect. All my orders arrived before Christmas as promised and when I ordered 2 of the same item it was sorted immediately with no waiting for my refund! Thanks secret sales!

I was a regular BrandAlley site user, then a review website recommended by a reviewer site and I haven't looked back since! An immense variety of reasonably to extremely well discounted clothing items, and have also managed to buy kitchenware, jewelry and even storage solutions for an absolute bargain. Just to put into perspective the gulf in class - the last item I ordered on BrandAlley still hasn't arrived despite me putting the order in over 6 weeks ago; in the interim I've received items ordered over 3 weeks from SecretSales that have all been successfully delivered. Vindication by example if ever there was one. And this is before we've even begun talking about the excellent loyalty points scheme, £30 for an entire years worth of delivery and items that can literally only be found on the website, it's not difficult to see why this is my favourite store in the world (not just online).

Love shopping on secretsales.com! There is a huge variety of brands and products on this site which are always priced at such great value. When thinking about birthday, wedding, christmas presents etc I'll always check here first. Delivery always arrives within the date it advertises and it is easy to return items you don't like or suit. I'm always telling friends about secret sales and often find myself emailing links to share great deals with them too.

Well at 7 am each day i check the Secret Sales website!
Surely that's enough to tell you what great deals this site offers. I'm now a loyal customer and don't pay for postage which is a huge bonus and also save up my points to get money off vouchers, I've sent shoes back and been credited to my bank two days later i really can't say enough good things about Secret Sales.

I discovered secret sales last year and was blown away by their sales on designer goods! I began buying items and was amazed with the quality, I am now a frequent shopper at secret sales always on the hunt for bargain and it never fails to surprise me with the variety. The loyalty scheme is really good too you earn points every time you buy which then add up to money which you can knock off your next purchase. I got an email from secret sales at the start of the year saying they have noticed in my account that I am a loyal customer and offered me free delivery till the end of April. I tell all my friends about secret sales and I'm always checking new sales everyday.

Just wanted to thank you at Customer Services for the excellent job you did solving the return of my faulty kettle. The process was dealt with really efficiently and competently. In all the time I've been buying from Secret Sales - some 3 years or so, I've only ever had to return this item which is great in itself. ~What however is reassuring is that when I did have an issue there was no quibbling, and in fact the return was very straight forward. I love secretsales! They offer both designer brands and high street brands at seriously discounted prices. I find it particularly good for shoes and handbags, jewelry and accessories in general. It's also a great place to pick up presents, although you need to be organised as the delivery isn't as quick as your average online store.

I have shopped with Secret Sales for a few years now and have been continually impressed with not only their service and diverse stock list, but also the fact they have managed to keep up such a high standard of service whilst growing in size.
To be able to offer the sorts of products, at the prices they can, but also keep such a loyal customer base is incredible.
I have purchased everything from Secret Sales, from clothes, to glasses right through to Christmas gifts and have never been disappointed. The one time I needed to send something back (due to me choosing the wrong colour may I add) they were superb, no quibbles or questions, just got right on with me getting what I wanted.
I would recommend this site, and have done so, to just about everyone. I visit pretty much daily to see what's on sale... always worth a look. Although it does usually turn to buy!
