Good delivery. Took a punt and ordered some Vans trainers, arrived quickly with the option to return, great item much cheaper than from elsewhere., would recommend.
Bought two leather jackets with star logos on for size...when they arrived they looked like they had been painted on by a 5 year old.smudged cheap rubbish.said they had been reduced from nearly £500 to £80.they are not worth £20 even.I'd be embarrassed to wear the jacket. How they could send them out in that state is beyond me.emailed them no response so now having to go through PayPal as I'm not paying to return this rubbish.
Secret sales, in my opinion, is a great way to shop for many reasons. From my experience
(a) great price reductions
(b) reminder emails so I never miss the designers I really want
(c) good returns; quick and easy... Simply tick the box for whichever reason and send back and refund administered very promptly
(d) an ever increasing range of brands to suit a wider and more diverse clientele.
I would highly recommend this site to all my friends and family.

I love this site. It's so easy to use, has lots of fabulous brands, great prices and is a must for most of my Christmas presents - all without having to leave home. Delivery is prompt and if you have to return an item (rarely!), it too is hassle free.

So you sometimes have to wait a little bit for delivery but all good things are worth waiting for. Used this company more than a dozen times recently. Really high quality products at good prices and new things coming in all the time. Communication, packaging and delivery are all great. Customer service has been excellent on the rare occasions that I've had to contact them. Would thoroughly recommend.

Been using this site for almost a couple of years now and never had any problems whatsoever - superb experience! Can't believe my luck today - last year bought a watch from you for our son which he wore on his wedding day, and then had it stolen whilst he was on his honeymoon! You are selling the same watch today and I am able to replace it for him at the same price! How fantastic is that! Thank you so much! What a great company!

I buy very frequently from Secret Sales, they always have a great selection of stuff with new items coming on line all the time and, unlike some other similar sites, they have things in the size I actually need rather than very tiny or very large! Delivery is always within the advertised timescales, sometimes earlier, and whenever I have had to return something they keep me informed of progress and refund my money, no quibbles, promptly and efficiently. I think overall Secret Sales is excellent and has allowed me to make many purchases at fantastic discounts and on some very high-end brands. Really recommended!

If you see something you like, grab it! There are limited quantities on many items so don't delay.

Great daily newsletter that's clear, easy to navigate and I defy you to find something you don't want to purchase at a discount price. Be quick with the hot items though as they disappear very fast! Customer services always polite and very professional. Highly recommended!

I now have 6 or 7 orders with them? None of them shows any move even the due date has been over for some cases.
No one answers phone call.
No email feedback about any case.

While the items they sell may look fantastic & you think you're getting a bargain, the delivery is terrible. EXTREMELY slow to deliver and often the wrong item has been sent. Returns are at your expense unless it's faulty / wrong but you then need to send them proof of postage costs. Refunds take even longer - they say 28 days which is terrible when they can process your money almost instantly when you buy. Don't recommend to your friends unless you really don't like them much!

They do live up to the second part of the name quite well. I've bought a lot of designer items at good prices since I discovered them a couple months ago, I also never returned any item.
They may not always have your size, but stay on the lookout.

They held onto my money for 8 weeks both times, then sent me fake items! This website is a scam, they also did not refund my postage costs for returning the items! Disgraceful company - needs to be shut down ASAP!

A great shop for luxury products. My advise is to invest in the free shipping for 12 months for only £30 on your first visit, because if you're like me and want good quality but love a bargain you'll return to this shop time and time again.
Customer service is first class, with local rate call charges and a service team who want to help, even at this busy time of year they don't put you on hold and play Christmas tunes. Lol... Thanks Liz

Fantastic site that regularly stocks quality products at great prices. For the small inconvenience of having to wait until stock is finally dispatched, you receive wonderful products that you would struggle to find on the high street even, especially at such great prices. Unlike a well-known high street retailer that stocks discounted goods, I have been using this site for over 4 years now without faulty goods being part of the deal! My 'go-to' site for nearly everything for everyone, with an easy & convenient returns service. The incentive of free delivery & earning vouchers along the way is a real bonus.

This is by far the worst company I've bought from. Customer service is crap! I returned an item and customer service said they can't track it at their warehouse. So I have to wait for 14 days before they could track if it's received or not! You are warned

Polite, conscientious and speedy customer service.
Secret sales have consistently provided high quality good and services to me. On the two occasions out of around perhaps 30 purchases where there has been a problem they have resolved it immediately with minimum fuss ensuring I feel a valued customer. I cannot fault them in the slightest. I have b=never even had to chase them up, they have done all the leg work to ensure I remain happy. Brilliant!

As an international student, this website is the only one I shop online, I even check this website everyday. This is really a fabulous website, it is worth to commend to everyone, especially for girls. It includes all kinds of commodities, most famous brands and could save lots money for customers. However, the delivery time always take too long and some accessories do not offer the original box, which is a little disappointed. Anyway, these are not big problems, it is still my personal favorite website.

I have been using SecretSales for last over 3 years on pretty regular basis. I have been shopping almost everything for myself and my home. It must share that website offers famous brands, quality products, very attractive and discounted prices and timely delivery. Customer services team is really helping and efficient. Refund and returning procedure is simple and quick. Safer Payment through Paypal. My wife, who never followed my footstep in whatsoever I do, has switched her favourite online retailer and has been shopping through SecretSales.

I ordered 3 michael kors bags from secret sales 2 days ago. After paying for them I decided to check other reviews and thought I may have made a mistake as majority were bad. I learned everything I could about real vs fake and expected a long delivery... well I picked my bags up for the drop off point today and can say 100% they are real and I am over the moon with the quality of the goods and speed of delivery. I have purchased from secretsales before and received a great bargain for a present.
I just want to thank Andrea in customer services, as i had problems (through my own fault) purchasing boots today. I rang and must say the girl is an asset to the team, she patiently and politely, talked me through purchasing and also provided a tutorial
Of using a computer. The mistake i had made whilst trying to place my order was resolved with great patience and understanding very professionally.

I check the deals on their website everyday and always find something very attractive with very tempting price. It just could go with everyone. Wide range of brands, from economic to luxury. Loyalty program, earning e-voucher with points of your purchase. Even when I bought something I don't want, just return it and they will give me refund in a few days.

I have never been disappointed with the quality of the products on offer on this site or the discounts available. The delivery timetables are always honest and reliable. This secret sales team keep the experience fresh and the daily updates keep the turnover of products high. The outlet can hide some great bargains you may have missed but the top labels and designers come back around on the main sale pages. Frequent purchases over a season or two means you can build an impressive designer wardrobe at a fraction of the cost it would have cost in store. Thanks SS.

This site has amazing collection and at very decent prices. Delivery information emails are superb. Although sometimes the delivery can take ages but other than that no complaints.
