Have used Secretsales for a while and always return because of the quality of brands available at such a good price. Of course, there are occasions where it doesn't quite work out, but overall the service is excellent and I am a regular customer. Because of this I have been given Loyalty Plus status which means I get free delivery and other benefits, which add to the appeal.

Great website especially for gifts; anniversary, birthday etc... or even just for the sake of buying something for yourself to make you feel better when you're under the weather and at an affordable price. I always get what I'm looking for even better all the time I would say. The return service is perfect no problem at all, but the shipping time is slightly longer than expected sometimes apart from that this is my favourite website not to mention the E-VOUCHERS that I find helpful allows you to get a little present for a dearest one.

I currently have two orders "lost" in the delivery system. It is probably the fault of the courier (Hermes) but I have been unable to get the matter resolved by SecretSales. One order has been missing 12 days and I have sent 5 emails about the problem. They go unanswered or it takes a week to get back to me. Even then they just say they'll look into it but never do anything. The next call I make will be to get a refund from my credit card provider. It seems to be the only way to get this resolved.

**Update** I now have 3 orders lost in the delivery system. They called and refunded one (writing bad reviews spurs them into damage limitation) but it's now reappeared in the delivery system. I was assured that the other 2 (lost) orders would be here within 24 hours but that was over 3 days ago. It would appear they ring you and say nice things but they never follow up and fix anything. Never again.

You can tell the measure of a company or individual when they deal with a problem, complaint or similar issue. After receiving a damaged item, this dissatisfied customer was met with professionalism, politeness and a satisfactory solution. Well done Alex... you have supplied excellence and acquired brand loyalty.

For an online discount shopping experience secretsales.com is one of the best, great selection of merchandise at good prices, their customer service are really helpful should you need to use them and they also have a very good loyalty program. A great site with genuine designer discounts and good service. The really good bargains sell out quick which can be frustrating.

Have been a regular customer of Secret Sales for a number of years now, and love the wide variety of brands and items on offer, always at fantastic prices! Have tried a number of similar websites, but have found Secret Sales to be the best in terms of variety, reliability, and customer service. My local Hermes delivery team deserve a mention too. Items are always delivered on time, and with a cheery smile. I ordered a Stella McCartney mobile phone case for my daughter just a few days ago, and this was delivered yesterday. I was unable to return goods outside of the 14 day return policy as I was out of the country during this time period. I understand this is policy but felt that after using the site regularly over a long period they would afford some flexibility on one occasion. No such thing. Bad show on customer service. This - and the 13 minute wait to get my call answered. They no longer have my custom.

I have shopped a couple of times now with secret sales and have had no issues with them. The sizing guide is brilliant, despatch always tells you when to expect the delivery which can sometimes take a bit longer due to the sale and when it ends. Nothing has ever been late, the quality of all the goods is wow. They have always arrived on time. I am quite happy to continue with secretsales.

I've ordered a number of designer Balenciaga bags from secretsales and ive not been disappointed. Love this site. The order process is easy and by collecting loyalty points on your purchases you can put these towards future purchases.
Returns process is super easy too.

Excellent experience. Customer services have been extremely helpful as Hermes who deliver their parcels have been refusing to deliver to a rural location. Secretsales have said they will change the delivery company if I would prefer it. Had one item that arrived broken and they refunded me immediately, I've had a good experience with this company.

Good quality items and genuinely low prices.

Problem I had was not being able to return earrings which turned out to be far too big but you could not tell that from the picture. To be fair SecretSales do state that they will not take back earrings for pierced ears.

E-mailing does not get results like phoning if you do have to contact someone. Return labels are available to pre-purchase and Click and Collect can be used. If you were to have a faulty item you can be sent a return label.

Taking into account that on-line shopping does have it's difficulties as you cannot see and judge item as you would if it were in front of you, the quality of SecretSales items is really good. The prices are great too.

I have used Secretsales on a number of occasions. The great thing about this online company is that there are also real people you can contact in the event you have an enquiry.

They tend to have a good number of brands on sale: the only down fall is that if you don't act quick, all can be gone before you get yours.

That said, every good thing has a draw back.

I love shopping with secret sales. They offer a great selection of products of my favourite brands and designers. The sales are very frequent and the products are pretty much current collections and the discounts are amazing. There has been many time when I found products on secret sales that I previously bought in the shop for way more money so I really appreciate the possibility to shop my favourite brands at discounted rates. Absolutely great service and fantastic choice constantly updated on their website. Highly recommended.

I have ordered lots of stuff from Secret Sales. The quality is always very good, the selection of goods on offer is varied and desirable. I have only ever sent shoes back because they were too narrow but I loved them and was willing them to fit me. Service is great and you never need to worry about anything, Staff are always available to help you.

I discovered secretsales.com a few months ago. I can only now say that I am hooked! I am now able to pick up some fabulous label brands with such great discounts. Goods almost always arrive before the estimated time. Returning unsuitable goods to the shop is easy too. No questions asked. Refunds are made in a timely manner. Did I mention the customer service? Very communicative and honest. My queries have always been dealt with the same day or the day after at the latest. All and all shopping at Secret Sales has been a pleasure.
