Secret Sales

1) I bought a watch from secret sales and a dial stopped functioning. The watch that I OWNED which I sent back for repair was disposed of after being deemed unrepairable without my knowledge. A clear BREACH OF CONSUMER RIGHTS. That was my property and secret sales had no right to dispose of it without consent.

2) Secondly, customer services are dishonest. I spoke to a staff member coincidentally 2 days in a row by the name of Dwayne. He didn't realise the previous conversation and assured me on both days that the refund had been authorised on the day of calling on the two different days- a direct contradiction- and the money would be in my bank account within 5 days. After numerous phone calls and complaints in the end I received a cheque not a bank transfer BUT for a reduced amount and not the £253 as promised + return postage.

3) They have given me £20 vouchers as compensation. The vouchers expire in 2 months! This 'compensation' ties me into the company with the short expiry date forcing me to buy something from them quickly. This is a con for further sales and not true compensation.

If you do anything today, read this review! The list of fundamental problems you will have to deal with from secret sales. I'm still awaiting responses to the above and will update you readers if there is any resolution. This is an ongoing chase since 14/3/17.

Grab a real bargain from your desk, lap, bed, wherever every day. Love this site and its genuine great deals. On it almost every day - good turn over of stock, great customer service. Love it.

I used to buy clothes from Amazon until I discovered these guys, the prices you get are always a catch so basically, you get better quality brand clothes for the same money you'd pay elsewhere.

Brought a few products from the website due to seemingly good price. Didn't received the good on the estimated day, decided to wait for a week - got the good but missing the essential product. Asked the customer service, told it would be sent soon and they are sent as two part parcel. A couple of weeks later, still not received the good. Call again and got this rude guy who accused me of not calling earlier (which I had) and say I can't do much now. Told him I was advised that it would be sent later before then he causally say oh yes, it would be send later then. Ask him to check the order for me and he and 2 seconds later, he said again, yes it would be sent later. Waited for another week, no sign of good, so called customer service again. I have to rotate through around 4-5 persons on the same day to finally find someone who would check my order status for me (which is now more than a month late) with another accusation from customer service who in a very annoyed and angry tone said - 'I can see you have called several time and that is really not need to do this' At this point I have lost my will and can only reply - I called again as I still haven't got the answer for my missing parcel and no one is willing to check my initial order for me which is supposed to come as two part. FINALLY, a check to my initial order revealed that the other part of the parcel has been delivered on the same day but TO A WRONG ADDRESS! So all the way they are LYING about the second part would be sent soon! Horrible customer service!

Their Salesare fantastic, as is their customer service and the ease of their ordering process etc.,... love it am on it every day... much to my bank managers fear lol

I really would be careful when ordering from this company and would definitely not use again based on my recent experience.

In June I ordered what I thought would be a full set of Cobra AMP Irons for a very good price of £99 especially good as the advertised RRP on SecretSales stated £450 big saving for what is a good set of clubs.

Delivery was reasonable and my delivery arrived within 3 weeks however rather than the full set of Cobra Irons that I expected I received one club a 4 iron, I assumed there must have been a mistake so called there customer service to tell them what had happened, the response was that the one club is all that I should have received. (anyone who plays golf and reads this will appreciate that a single iron is the equivalent of ordering shoes and getting just one, completely useless).

I have since gone through a month long battle, they have consistently accepted no responsibilities and maintained that what was delivered was correct and finally as compensation offered either a 25% discount which would result in paying £75 for a 4 iron or credit to use on future purchases. Anyone that does read this would probably feel that someone who has been treated like this would not be keen to purchase anything else via said company so credits really would not be an acceptable settlement.

Still there is unfortunately no conclusion to this so once again I advise anyone who is considering buying something from SecretSales to be careful and expect problems and a likely con.

If it seems too good to be true it probably is! Fake - originate from China/Japan - dodgy advertising techniques - take money don't return it - STOP giving these people business

I paid 300 pounds for a watch and they sent me a wrong item. I waited more than 1 month and they could not solve the problem. Return was not free. Stupid company ever

I was refused a refund of over £100. Because there was a sticker stuck to the show box. Nothing wrong with the product. I will never use this company again

Secret Sales is great! Very unusual and great quality products. If you buy the postage package of £30 for a year everything is so worth the money, discounts are great!

I have tried on 9 occasions now to order a mattress but their website cannot process my order.

Great designer label bargains and a great service from secretsales.com. It is worth buying the one-off annual delivery so you get free deliveries as you will buy again and again

As said before I never recieved my parcel and was asked to wait for 28 working days but it has been way over 28 working days they refuse to reply to my emails and are unable to give me any information about the "investigation" that they have done. They do not tell me when I will be getting my money back and the woman on the phone on customer seevice was horribly rude and did not seem to care.

WORST SITE EVER!

I bought four items from this company. Three arrived really quickly and were great. One did not. Emailed the company. Quick and friendly response and I got a refund for the missing item.

Love this website. They offer a wide range of products and are all of great quality, at very good prices. Being a larger person I also appreciate the range of sizes available with the great clothes.

I have been waiting in excess of 8 weeks for goods purchased, yet were sent back due to 'multiple failed attempts' although never was a delivery attempted.

Dean at customer services has been very patient and able. However that is the only member of the team who should be in customer services.

It has been escalated 3 times in the last 3 weeks alone and a manager has failed to contact me.

Still no goods and still not refund.

This is the second time that this has happened and secretsales remain silent.

Awful awful experience with an awfully unprofessional and disappointing service provider.

They have now eliminated any chance that I will ever use them again.

Save yourself the stress and anxiety, as well as your money. AVOID

No acknowledgement of the fact that this complaint is being investigated by secretsales. No acknowledgment of the time periods and thr fact that I have neither items or a refund. Again AVOID

The complaint has been lodged with the courier. The complaint about your appauling customer service and continual ignoring of the issues I have had with secretsales and their customer services representatives.

Customers are able to read these reviews and see the pattern of disregard your customers are treated with.

Had to return a faulty handbag I had bought. Returns procedure was straight forward and hassle free and money credited to my account in a matter of days... brilliant!

I ordered 2 items that were related. They had the size and color I wanted and it was a simple step to buy and to pay with PayPal. The items arrived in a relatively short time, highly recommend.
