Re advertised as 81%; 78%; 74% etc cheaper than RRP. It wasn't until the items arrived that I actually looked them up, as I was excited by the saving, only to discover that they were all much more expensive than the RRP and I could have got the same products much cheaper had I got them from the high street. Surely this sort of misselling should not be permitted.

Surely this sort of misselling should not be permitted.

Tip for consumers:
You have to pay to return products but why are they allowed to advertise discounts on the Retail Price when the retail price is cheaper than what they are claiming. This is totally misleading.

Bought two leather jackets with star logos on for size...when they arrived they looked like they had been painted on by a 5 year old.smudged cheap rubbish.said they had been reduced from nearly £500 to £80.they are not worth £20 even.I'd be embarrassed to wear the jacket.

How they could send them out in that state is beyond me.emailed them no response so now having to go through PayPal as I'm not paying to return this rubbish.

You can only make contact with this company via email, they promise a response within 24 hours... it doesn't happen. Order still showing as processing, no tracking and no response to my emails requesting information of my order's whereabouts. Anyone that doesn't receive refunds should not just leave a bad review on this site but take action, as I shall be doing. Pursue this company for acting fraudulently and do not simply accept that you have lost money. They need to understand that their company will be ultimately found out; their unscrupulous way of doing business will be uncovered.

When I first used Secretsales I thought it was great... however, when my products starting to arrive broken (if at all) and I tried to complain, customer services were rubbish. I ordered some things from their 'Mother's Day' gifts section and they have finally arrived (today), I believe Mother's Day is over! I have requested a returns label beginning of this month for previous order, and I am still awaiting. After 1 telephone call and 3 emails regarding returns label, I am now sending good back and including receipt for postage. Do not use this site, it really is rubbish. Rubbish goods, rubbish customer service and rubbish packaging!

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it, it's rubbish, better sites out there.

Please don't buy from this site, waiting for my refund since last year October. After numerous emails they can't even be bothered to reply. Unfortunately they don't even have a phone number you can call. Stay away, bad experience

Would give zero if i could - does not even deserve 1 star. They stole my money and never sent me my goods. I contacted them many times via email they never respond. I tried calling them and their customer representatives are mostly "unavailable". I managed to speak to 1 rep ONCE and she said that out of the 10 items in my order they could only fulfill 2. I said OK just send me my 2 products and refund the rest - she said that's been done for you now. Weeks later - still NOTHING from them. No products, no refunds, and no responses to emails or calls. This company should be reported to the authorities as they are clearly stealing customers hard earned money. Please do yourselves a favour and do not deal with this company. You'll just end up with unnecessary stress, wont receive your goods and wont receive your money back either. KEEP AWAY!

A couple of years ago I gave Secretsales a glowing review. This time I am writing to tell you that things are no where near so good with that company anymore. Customer care has gone downhill. They only give you voucher credit when you return an item and you'd have to argue for your money refund. What's more the vouchers are for a limited time only and if not used they become void. Royalty Rewards where withdrawn without notification and so no more free delivery for good customers. What's more they didn't honor mine which had a month or so to go before enacting their new rule. I have stopped shopping with them. It's a shame.

Tip for consumers:
I have two tips.
If you really want something get it quick as they go fast.
I use myhermes for returns, which is more economical.

Poor poor service where they take your money for weeks on end then either fulfil the order eventually or cancel the order! I just had a Christmas order cancelled that has been placed a month - this is 4 days before Christmas when I can do nothing to replace the items unless I take unpaid time off work. These items were kids presents. Unacceptable and will never use them again.

They have gone into administration (again). However it would seem that, as is quite a common practice with fraudsters, the people who have taken over are directly linked with the old company. Which doesn't bode well.

This sites prices are absolutely wicked. However, you have to wait 6 weeks or more before you receive your purchase. I bought a pair of sunglasses from the site on or around the 1st of may but I am yet to receive them! I live around 5 miles away from the head office and warehouse based in London. They sent me an email saying that my item had been dispatched two weeks ago with a tracking number and up to now I havent seen them. I contacted the customer services to be told that they have received the glasses from the supplier but not the cases for the glasses?
Anyway great deals on designer merchandise but be prepared to wait a century for anything you purchase!

Disgusting customer service... 7 month can't pressed refund for broken item under the warranty. 100 emails and phone calls... but only one answer" to proceed refund you need to wait 14 days" and after silence.

I now have 6 or 7 orders with them? None of them shows any move even the due date has been over for some cases.
No one answers phone call.
No email feedback about any case.
Just read some emails below and will we lose money stupidly like that?
Any one should suit them?
Ridiculous and unbelievable.

They held onto my money for 8 weeks both times, then sent me fake items! This website is a scam, they also did not refund my postage costs for returning the items! Disgraceful company - needs to be shut down ASAP!

This is by far the worst company I've bought from. Customer service is crap! I returned an item and customer service said they can't track it at their warehouse. So I have to wait for 14 days before they could track if it's received or not! You are warned

While the items they sell may look fantastic & you think you're getting a bargain, the delivery is terrible. EXTREMELY slow to deliver and often the wrong item has been sent. Returns are at your expense unless it's faulty / wrong but you then need to send them proof of postage costs. Refunds take even longer - they say 28 days which is terrible when they can process your money almost instantly when you buy. Don't recommend to your friends unless you really don't like them much!

I have ordered various items on 3 different occasions and never received the items, had to request for a refund every time. Learnt my lesson. Never again, They keep your money for a few months, imagine doing that to 500 people, that adds up to several thousands of pounds per month generates interest for them.

As reviewed previously they don't respond to emails, you can't get through by phone Tracked return confirmed as received weeks ago. Return due to wrong goods in the shoe boxes. Essentially I am paying for their error to return. Complete waste of time.

I purchased items that never arrived and so after making enquiries have found out that the items will not be arriving. They assured me of a full refund via email correspondence, I have been waiting for this full refund for over a month now and they just do not respond to any emails! Absolutely appalling customer service, they just don't respond and they still haven't given my money back. The most annoying thing is there is no phone number to contact!

I have bought a few things from them over the years and whilst they took time to arrive, they were OK. However, my recent experience has been awful. I order some items c 6 weeks ago, their deadline for dispatch is now 2 weeks overdue and I cannot get a response from them as to when the items are likely to be delivered- other than a standard message that they will investigate and come back.

I also asked to cancel the order as it has not been dispatched and was overdue but again, received a response that they 'would investigate whether it is possible to cancel'.

Not sure how this particular incident will end but will never buy from them again.

Ordered some clothes which never arrived. Emailed to ask where they were, was sent an email as the business had been put into administration by the owners. They relaunched the business the next day with the same name, no refunds no goods. This business behaviour is an insight as to what kind of leadership this company has. Avoid if you don't want to get ripped off.

Everyone loves a bargain, so when 'Versace' scarves came on sale with A claim of saving £115 this seemed like a steal. Sadly not, the Versace 1969 scarves secret sales advertised have no affiliation with the Donatello Versace company. Another point to mention is that no one is available to speak to in customer services, it's simply an answer phone service. Beware of this company's claim to sell top designer brands.

While I've never had a bad experience with SecretSales I don't think a lot of their products are genuine. I've received a couple of products that we're very bad quality - now if the were true designer products they would be a lot better. Plus I've found that with non-designer things (Lights, Decorations, etc) You can go onto Google and get the exact same product for a lot cheaper.

Be prepared for it to take a good few months for things to arrive as well - you pay £5 for delivery you'd think it would come a lot quicker but clearly not.

They used to be a really good website a couple of years back but now don't expect much.

The items I ordered, Sandals and Dress, are of such poor quality. Unless you know exactly which brands the items are from, do not order, because they are not all high quality brands. And they are overpriced, non designer items from high street shops, are being sold at higher prices than buying directly from the retailer.
