I called Jonathan Sullivan today and he explained everything to me. I was with another Home warranty company and told them I wanted out of their warranty -- Seventy days later I finally got out of contract. Today is my first day so we shall see. I always try to think possible!

Service center incompetent.
Contract worth less than the email it came with.
Have canceled and waiting for refund. Let's see how long that takes.

Does not guarantee repair. They prorate appliance and have limits on repairs. I have a 4 year old washer that they will only allow $150 for repair or toward purchase of new washer

I had a competitor's home warrantee. SHW is so much easier to use with better service. From sales to service, I give SWH an A+

I switched from American Home Shield, and I am not looking back. I highly recommend this Home Warranty company to anyone looking for great customer service, as well as outstanding overall service.

Made a call about a leak I am having coming in from my roof. They were professional and friendly. Have kept me updated thru emails to let me know they are working on getting me a contact person. This is very helpful.

Despite the fact that unknowingly my policy didn't cover the repair, they accepted my claim to be filed. I was pleasantly surprised they agreed to cover the claim in full, without even deducting the standard call out charge! Not experienced this in any insurance I bought for the last 20 years! Good Job SHW!

It started out bad when you could not find anyone to work on it. But after you told me to call someone he was out the next day and fixed it.

I was happy with the call, there was the right combination of review, questions and added discounts as the call progressed. I wasn't keep on the call for hours on end but was given the opportunity to find more discounts so I am pleased in the end.

Not only have I saved money with their yearly plans, but I was extremely amazed to see that items like my refrigerator, sump pumps and AC units were covered and not listed as add ons. I called several companies to research home warranties. I had spoken to two of them before Select, and had one more to call. After talking to Richard #5056, I knew this was the company for me. He explained everything very clearly and just working with him made my decision to choose Select. I just hope the service is as stellar as the sales experience was.

It is very easy to sign up and renew and they'll switch your policy to a new home which is very nice and convenient.
