Overall I am happy with the phone call I had with your company. Although, it took my calling back about six times to get someone to actually help me. I informed them that I never got my policy which I got today in an email. I also told him that when I purchase this policy I wanted it to become effective July 9,2020 because I already have a policy in place until then. I cannot tell when the effective date of my policy with you is. What you sent me does not have an effective date and I still would like to know that you made this effective July 9 of this year.
The company you sent out was wonderful. I can't say enough about Scott Perry. He was 1 of the repairman I'm not sure of the other gentleman but he was also great. Even tho they couldn't fix my problem due to it being my septic. I still have to give them a thumbs up!
The worker they hired was not sloppy and very professional in his work space around my boiler. He took two days to complete the replacement of a part that was dripping water. Very friendly and competent in the work and service received from Select warranty.
Isaac was super helpful and I am very comfortable with our purchase. I feel our home is in good hands and will be able to sleep better at night. I have so glad to know that if we have a problem someone will be here that day. I have used other home warranties before and you can not beat the prices you all offer. I feel very comfortable with our purchase.

I filled a claim with select Home Warranty about problem with my refrigerator collecting ice at the inside bottom of it. They responded with the following mail message which I am pasting below: Dear Ashok MOZA, We have processed your claim for policy #*******. The item in which you are attempting to file a claim on is not listed as a covered item in the policy agreement. This agreement covers all systems and appliances listed in the terms and conditions of your agreement. Please refer to the terms and conditions for clarification. Should you have any questions feel free to contact our office at *******532. I called them again and again but no response.

I was looking for new home warranty services.
I researched online and Select Came no. 1 on the top 10 lists. I entered my information to get a quote and as soon as I hit submit, I got a call in less than 2 min. The sales rep was really helpful and explained the warranty really nicely.
I called because there was a lot of condensation collected in the pan underneath the unit and inside the unit. Also it was not cooling well so the food rotted quickly. Had no problem getting a service provider the very next day. The repair man was proficient and efficient. Very satisfied with the resolution of this event.
I called to submit a claim. I was informed that my coverage had not been set up yet (should have began in April, claim submitted in July). My agent also had a bit of an attitude and spoke over me multiple times. Depending on how my claim gets handled would flunctuate my review by a star.
I have been with a different home warranty company for a few years and it has never been pleasant when dealing with a claim, plus their yearly cost and service fees are higher than Select. Looking over covergage they provide much more than my previous vendor and their costs are less. We'll see how it goes!

Answer: After filing 5 claims, and one tech that wanted to pad his pocket resulting in me fixing my own leak in a toilet at my expense after paying their tech. And another tech wanting to get my pool setup for summer at150. More than I already gave for deductible she didn't fix my pump or water line to my pool. Both denied by select home Warrenty. And 3 more that I paid their techs for then had to fix it myself. Now my freezers compressor is out and they took money out of my bank account without my permission after saying they would go ahead and fix the freezer well guess what they declined it. And said it wasn't covered when in the contract it says it is. List all meat and others because of 3 weeks if waiting for them
Answer: They are fast when signing you but so slow in responding and they are a total scam had to pay out of pocket for my leak repair that they should fix
