Excellent quality specs at very affordable prices.My wife and I have been buying our prescription glasses for many years from this company and have never been disapointed. The cheapest I have had has been a £7 per pair, free lenses and coatings. Excellent. The cheapest is normally just over £10. But the choice is huge and goes from basic up to named brand name frames with all the various lens extras as optional. All very affordable. The only slight disadvantage is the the free delivery can take a few weeks. Its not a problem but worth being aware of.

I bought two pairs on savannah at £6 (as advertised on Tv) in Black. They fit perfectly & are so light to wear, they leave no marks & don't rub on the ears. I also bought another grey rubber pair at £15 these came with an extra pair of clip in lenses. This was a pleasant surprise. I hadn't realised they came with these. They clip in very easily. This pair fit perfectly too & are even lighter. The colour is a lovely light grey. They took less than a week to come & were posted through my letter box. They both came with a cleaning cloth & case. ( the case is a push together tube) I am just about to order two more pairs as spares at this price it would be criminal not too... Try them for yourself you won't be disappointed. X

Poor communication, response times, and exchange process. Extremely disorganized company. The company erroneously sent me my order with a wrong pair of glasses and one with a manufacturer defect. They asked me to return them, so I could then pick what I'd like. But then, they would not honor that promise and said they would no longer let me do a new order, since I was already at my return limit--for something they got wrong and told me to do. Extremely unhappy.

I am now the proud owner of 2 glasses, one for driving and a pair of sunglasses for the price of £60. Both glasses are really lovely and the quality is fabulous. I cannot recommend this company enough. The service was excellent and the customer service quick, efficient and genuinely helpful... no waiting on the phone either to speak to someone. I am really happy with my purchase and every stage of the process was great. This was all achieved whilst in lockdown so I am particularly impressed. Thanks super super selectspecs! PS... I can't always be bothered to write reviews but his company is worth it.

We were so impressed with the quality and strength of the £6 glasses that I bought as a first time customer, that since then we've purchased a few sets between me and my wife. We are now looking to buy a set of sunglasses for our next holiday or when the British weather warms up! £6 for a decent pair of glasses and free anti-reflective coating when others would charge £30 or more. Its a no-brainer!

This is the second time within 3 months that I have ordered spectacles from this company. (This time 2 pairs!) They have become extremely slow in manufacturing and delivery. Previous times they have been better with deliveries. I've rec'd an email saying there's been a delay and my order will be processed on OR AROUND a certain date but they will monitor and advise of ANY MORE DELAYS. When you then email them about it you receive one back saying they will respond but their reply service has been extended to 5 to 10 business days! Also that if you send further emails it could delay other customers receiving their order! Who knows when I'll get mine!

I used to buy my glasses from Specsavers or Boots opticians paying upto £100 for a pair I didn't particularly like. My friend recommended me to try Select Specs, all I needed was my prescription. They had so many to choose from at such a great price. I was so happy when I received them! Amazing quality I love them! Highly recommended!

I have very thick glasses and it's always been difficult to find the right size frame. Selectspecs website frame size search is brilliant! You could search the exact frame size you need (I used my old spectacles size). I searched "pupillary distance online measurement" and there is an app which uses bank card and did that three times which gave the same measurement. I think the best thing is the 1.74 high index lense cost about £170 from high street opticians. I got my whole glasses with 1.74 lense for less than £100 from Selectspecs. Had to contact customer services to change my order due to my mistake but nothing was to much trouble and it was sorted with no fuss what so ever. Have used before and will definitely use again. Attention to detail and customer service is second to none and quality products at affordable prices.

Really pleased with the service from SelectSpecs. I ordered one pair of specs just to see what they would be like and have since ordered another two pairs. The website is really easy to use and the specs arrive quickly. Great service and exceptional value particularly when compared with the high street opticians.

This was the first time I'd purchased glasses over the internet, so I checked the SelectSpecs website and all the online reviews. This satisfied me enough to give them a try; I was not disappointed! The online form was simple to complete, and you can also upload a scan/photo of your prescription for their optometrists to double-check. The one bit of additional info they need is the distance between your pupils (for sizing the frames); this can be done easily with a ruler and a mirror (some apps can also do it for you via your phone). The glasses ordered arrived in a sturdy plastic box and black polythene packaging in about 1 week. I bought the cheapest frames, and with the lenses coming with 2 free coatings, the all-in the cost with postage was around £25; absolutely amazing price compared with high-street opticians! The glasses are great, perfect fit and amazingly clear lenses. Would use the site again

I have now had three pairs of glasses from this company. They are all of a great standard and style, each pair completely different as it's nice to have a change and the prescription each time has been perfect. I have recommended select specs to my friends and several have bought new glasses from them.

Well I was a bit skeptical initially but boy was I surprised. I messed up the order and they set it right and made the most beautiful glasses. I could not ask for a better service or company. And then the price is a absolute steal compare to all the expensive glasses I have had before. I took my prescription to select specs to purchase some new glasses and was immediately impressed by the range of styles in both budget and designer ranges. The service was friendly and efficient and within 20 minutes I had ordered 3 pairs, two spectacles and one sunglasses for under £150. I wanted a pair of aviator sunglasses and tried on a designer pair and an own brand pair and preferred the latter. One of the pairs of spectacles was a designer brand. I was told they may take up to four weeks to arrive but had two pairs within the week and the third arrived a couple of days later.

I would recommend that you use this company for your next pair of specs, you won't regret it. Their frames are good quality and the fact that you send your prescription means that the product is perfect. Delivery is quick and in a practical case. Couldn't ask for any more, in fact I'm ordering another pair straight away, that's how confident I am.

I love my new glasses. Frames were a great price and my varifocal lenses were a fraction of the high street price. I will definitely be using these again. Sunglasses next I think for when our summer arrives.

My second order from SelectSpecs and even better than my first order. I was able to specify the dimensions to suit my face and so a perfect fit straight out of the box. I shall definitely be back fo more.

Great service and prompt delivery, could have done with the bridge being a bit wider,(about 5cm more would have been great) but I knew that they were only 18mm bridge, still good vision will try for different model with wider option next time, absolute bargain, more coming soon, thanks again, Peter.

I have had a few specs from selectspecs and without exception I have been very pleased with all of them. It pays to take time over the measurements which are clearly given and I have found that all the specs have fitted well and have been robust. I have used other firms a couple of times but from now on I would only buy glasses from selectspecs.

Have purchased a number of glasses from selectspecs over the years. I like the idea from a practical as well as fashionable point of view that the wide choice of frames and the amazingly fair frame +lens prices allow. The workmanship on the ordered glasses is first rate, the delivery has always been prompt and in this day of poor online customer service this company offers, against all odds, a spectacularly good service raport with its customers. I'm not getting any younger but my contiuned choices of selectspecs glasses continue to mirror a young hearted customer.

I've bought many glasses over the years from Selectspecs and they have always been of excellent quality. The staff who I have spoken to have been really pleasant and courteous. Ordered 1st Jan 2017, still not received!
I wasn't informed that they wouldn't be dispatched timely till the day they should of been dispatched! Serious lack of communication in the company, emails received v Facebook messages received gave me completely different info!
They maybe cheap, it's because there service is c**p!
Can't comment on the glasses as I've not received them - 4 weeks after ordering them!

I have bought my last 4 pairs of glasses from SelectSpecs. The service I have received is second to none. I have used both the online and shop service which are both excellent! SelectSpecs offer great prices on all glasses which helps your pocket as well!
