My 26" Professional 9 Drawer Tool Box Chest from SGS arrived today and I'm delighted with it. It seems well made and robust, the drawers slide well and close with a reassuring firmness. Each drawer also comes with a liner, which is a welcome feature. Delivery was very prompt and the sale price made the decision a no brainer'.

I ordered a stainless steel workbench trolley from SGS. The trolley was delivered within three days of my order. It's a fantastic piece of kit. Very solid, sturdy and attractive. It can be wheeled around if necessary. I will be using it in my printmaking workshop. It's ideal for the purpose I will be using it for. It will store my inks, chemicals, sundries and printmaking equipment. Very impressed with the trolley.

Top quality dollies - very impressed, solid and well constructed. Move my Series 3 Landrover 109" (50:50rust) around smoothish cement garage floor floor on my own! Delivered in less than 24 hours from ordering and left in safe place by delivery driver as requested.

Used this company a number of times now. The toolchest are great value for money the stainless range superb build and the service and delivery speed is second to none. When we refurbish our wshop further they will be first port of call.

Worst customer service, never answer the customer service line, but call the sales team and answer straight away. Product did not work, and raised a dispute, was told they would send the replacement part. Nothing. Called back same thing, will send the replacement part. Nothing. Now when I try calling no answer on the customer service line. When I called the sales line was told someone would email me. Nothing. They are happy to take your money but won't help if their products are faulty. Don't waste your time or money!

Very impressed with SGS Engineering. I rang to ask about a suitable trolley jack to lift my VW van. A man answered all my questions and made very helpful suggestions. I ordered it and it arrived the following day, with free delivery.

Having struggled for a few years with a increasingly heavy boot lid I ordered a set of new gas struts from SGS. Fast delivery and excellent quality easy to fit only took about 10 mins and what a difference they made now instead of struggling to hold the lid up I now have to push it down. Would highly recommend SGS for their service quality and fast delivery

The 72" tool bench is great but the addition of the high level cupboards makes it even better. Had my eye on the tool bench for quite some time, very pleased with the quality and service from SGS.

I was struggling to source replacement gas struts for our old Fapa roofbox, the internet for once not really helping. I gave SGS a call in the hope that they might be able to point me in the right direction but after a short call with one of their sales advisors I had both struts ordered at a good price and they were delivered the next day.

Massive saving on Black Friday deal, was a bit concerned that the offer might not be genuine. But didn't have to worry ordered generator on Friday and it arrived Monday morning, complete with oil and fly lead. Battery was easy to connect and filling the oil no problem. It's a bit louder than I expected but not a problem. Have already tested my boat microwave works a treat. Thanks SGS excellent service.

I have purchased a few items from SGS and I have never been disappointed the products are always well made and a very competitive price. The service and communication is second to none order before 4pm and the item is with you the next day fantastic great company to deal with from start to finish.

I brought a 96 inch tool chest it came next day, I'm over the moon with it, the quality of the product is outstanding you would be hard pushed to find a box of this quality for the price anywhere. I would highly recommend.

I expected the earlier version of the harbour freight tool trolley, in itself a good deal, with the view to upgrade the gas struts etc. Especially pleased to see the upgraded model delivered. Good transaction, have used the seller again for a second trolley.

I have purchased a petrol strimmer and a 50l air compressor both were delivered most promptly a small bit of putting together and thats it i was impressed with the quality of the tools, comunication is very good as i expect after sales would be too.

I have made 2 purchases from SGS. The first was a small, portable compressor and more recently a petrol strimmer/brushcutter.

Have been buying various tools from SGS over the years now, a huge range of quality items at a very reasonable price, even if they were more expensive than other companies out there I would still buy from them as their customer service is fantastic. Just taken delivery (very quick from point of ordering) of a new Milwaukee combi and impact drill, case included as part of a promotion too! Thanks very much again to all at SGS!

Just received vehicle dollys. Very impressed with the quality and "solidity" of these dollys.
Easy to put together with simple nuts and bolts (supplied).
My car weighs 1500kg and I can now move it with ease in any direction.
I was concerned about the cast iron castors, preferring nylon. However they work well and will withstand higher loads.
Just about to order a second set.
