First time I have ordered from SGS, this done on a recommendation. Have to say their service was first class, from ordering to delivery, I was kept in the loop at all times.
Would definitely use again should the time arise.

After a wasted 25 mile round trip to Aldi to buy a 24 litre compressor, i bought one online from SGS... superb. I placed the order at 13.45 the compressor arrived 0900 the following day, great service and a good compressor thanks SGS for a first class service

One very satisfied customer! Delivery was next day as expected and was informed of delivery time in the morning. Easy to remove the top chest from the bottom as it is fitted inside the bottom for transporting. Fitted the wheels and job done. Fantastic product and great value for money!

Have had a number of products from SGS and like all the rest this is a well made solid piece of kit. The price point is VERY competitive especially considering the quality of the hoist. Look forward to using this very soon on my restoration project. Highly recommend SGS and will be buying from them again.

I bought a 52cc brushcutter trimmer from SGS engineering. Delivery to my UK shipping agent (to Kenya) was quick (one day). Everything was intact as was shown in the eBay platform. First day of work, i did one acre clearing weed at my coffee farm. The machine is powerful. Another thing, if you the proper mixing of gas and oil 40:1 it doesn't smoke at all, at least no visible smoke. Thanks SGS engineering.

Ordered a tool trolley as a gift for my husband. Ordered at 2pm and arrived the next day as promised at no extra cost. Really sturdy and exactly what he needed. Loved it so much that I ordered another one the following week which also arrived the following day. Will definitely use SGS and their products again.

Had to buy 2 small gas lift struts to replace 2 at home which had failed. The website was really easy to use and I had a speedy email response and very fast efficient delivery of the struts which were exactly as described.

I recently purchased the SGS SC50H compressor, 10 Mtr hose and 71 peice air tools kit. Although the compressor arrived a couple of days late due to the courier vehicle breaking down (to be honest I was unaware it was late), the goods arrived quickly and there was absolutely no damage (unlike some stories I have read about where people have bought cheaper foreign alternatives). It was easy to assemble and there was even a spare rubber gasket supplied (meaning you don't have to wait on a spare arriving should the fitted item fail - great thinking SGS). The compressor is not any noisier than I would expect and fills from empty quite quickly. I have yet to try the air tools in the 71 peice kit, but they all look very well made and finished, unlike some I've seen. Overall extremely happy with my purchase. I may have paid a bit more than some foreign rivals, but what I've bought is very well made and looks very sturdy. It's true what they say you pay for what you get.

I recently ordered a replacement battery for my generator, unfortunately the battery seemed to get damaged in transit. I contacted SGS and sent them photographs of the damage and they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent to me.
The replacement arrived within two working days.
I consider this to be an excellent customer service and highly recommend this company.

Bought a 2.5t aluminium racing jack from SGS. Looks like a quality Jack and is pretty easy to carry around. Jack works very well and effortlessly jacked the back end of my Discovery and then worked well to help drop the axle down and pull it out. Highly Recommended.

Ordered and arrived the next day easy site to use item arrived the jack came in its own case it all seems well made the jack looks well made so pleased with the purchase I would definitely use them again

Excellent service, I inquired about an impact wrench that was no longer in stock and they pointed me to the lastest 2018 model for a few quid more, ablsotue bargain. I then ordered a drill as well and they are both delivered next day. I even followed their instructions for extending the warranty couldn't ask for a better service.

I was looking for 4 vehicle dolly / skates found what I was looking for at SGS. Never used them before but their price was the best I could find with a short search online. Ordered the set and they were delivered to me up in Aberdeenshire within three days. Shipping was included so very happy with SGS and I would recommend them on my experience.

I purchased a chainsaw from this company and the customer service was great, the chainsaw arrived really quickly and I needed to phone as I could not get it to start - no fault of the company, just my lack of mechanical knowledge. The call was answered quickly and I was talked through how to start it. It started first time. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and understanding and the whole experience from placing an order to asking and getting help was brilliant. I would definitely use this company again.

Ordered a pair of gas struts for the tailgate on my car, they were the correct exact match, and of good quality, the price was good also. They were delivered on time and came well packaged and unmanaged I would use again and recommend.

This an excellent piece of kit, dont be fooled by the low price in to thinking that this is going to be a cheap, flimsy item. Its sturdy and well made and would be easily at home in a professional garage as it is in the garage at home. 5 star kit

I have just purchased a 'Mechanics 8 Drawer Tool Box Chest & Roller Cabinet' from SGS-Engineering for use in my aircraft hanger. What a lovely piece of kit this is. Its just perfect and exactly what I needed to store not only my tools but an array of other items too.
The service has been great, with a next day delivery option, and it is definitely great value for money compared to many other similar companies.
