I recently ordered some gas struts. Unfortunately i ordered the wrong size. These were replaced for me hassle free and i wasn't forced top pay a restocking fee just had to pay for the collection and delivery of the new struts. Hassle free and very fast service.

I ordered a milwaukee sawzall from sgs. After my late night decision the tool was promptly shipped out the next morning. This is the 2nd time I have used SGS. I was impressed the 1st time, hence I have ordered more quality kit from them. A friend uses them also for his hobby garage equipment. A compressor is the next on my list. Keep up the good work chaps & chapesses.

I have used this firm on a number of occasions for a range of garage products and compressors. I have never been disappointed and this time is no different. I bought a couple of toolboxes, an airsaw, and some accessories in the New Year sale. The value and quality was exceptional and the service beyond reproach. I had bought a pair of Hilka 3 tonne axle stands and was keen to find a pair of rubber pads to fit. Because of the particular shape of the support points on my car I wanted pads that were shaped like the saddle of the stands. The dimensions of the pads were requested from SGS and the reply came within hours. Bought the pads and they were delivered next day. Great product, great service. Highly recommended

I ordered it Wednesday and it arrived Friday. It was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. It was easy to assemble just a 10mm spanner required. It appears to be of a good quality with ample storage for my tools. I am just using it for home and DIY tools. It is a lot better than the 3 toolboxes I currently have and is a lot easier to find the right tool. It was at a good price point for this type of toolkit and should last years but has the comfort of the 10 year guarantee. All in all I am quite pleased so far.

New bike has to live down the side of a car while in the garage. Old bike had a centre stand the new one has a side stand only. Needed a wheel chock to keep the bike upright in the limited space. In place it works better than I expected and I don't have to move the car in and out to get the bike in and out. This wheel chock has Y shaped feet and sits stable on the floor. It's well made, easy to put together and easy to use. Well pleased.

Excellent service with next day delivery, good quality and value on own branded tools and equipment, with a no hastle replacement if anything is damaged on delivery as had a faulty manifold on a commpressor, I sent in a picture of the fault and spoke to a very helpful member of the service team and the replacement part was with me within two days, brilliant service.

I bought a petrol strimmer from SGS and was very pleased with the product when it turned up. Quick dispatch good product and great price with free delivery. Cant say I was totally satisfied with UK mail but that is not SGSs fault. Thank you SGS you are a winner.

I was very impressed with how SGS handled my enquiries and further pleased with their follow-up email. As a result of their advice and their attentiveness, it was an easy choice to purchase a 50ltr compressor from them. I would happily contact them again if I need advice and I would recommend them to anyone, be they DIYer or Pro user. I haven't tried my compressor yet, so I'm hoping it's okay!

Ordered a new compressor to replace an item I received from another company which was damaged on arrival and the hassle I had returning it... took 10days to arrive and 15 days to get it collected and a refund...

The SGS compressor was far superior quality... it was well packed for shipping and arrived within 24hrs of ordering it... wish I had seen this item before I ordered the previous one... 5 star service from a 5 star company... many thanks..

Ordered a new trolley Jack for home use a 3 tonne one and it arrived super fast upon opening I was amazed at the quality of its engineering its it's fantastic would highly recommend unfortunately I can only give 5 stars as that's all this site will allow me to give personally I would give sgs 10 stars for service and quality

My Skoda Superb needed new tailgate struts. Excellent service both in terms of my initial phone enquiry and identifying the exact part I needed and SGS were swift in the fulfilling of my order and delivery next day.

There are seemingly cheaper alternatives but from my experience go straight to SGS. I first used a German company that misleadingly gives the impression they are a British company - USELESS! The struts they supplied were clearly the wrong ones for my car but they inisted they were the correct ones.

In short I wasted my money.

Should've gone to SGS first!

I have just ordered and received a package of products from SGS a 50 Litre Direct Drive Air Compressor, a Shot & Sand Blasting & Polishing Cabinet and the 5 Piece Air Compressor Kit. All arrived together, very rapidly and when I got them all unpacked, they are clearly well designed and built. So far they work a treat and since the cost was so reasonable, it allows me to recoup the cost of one professional servicing of my temperamental oil powered cooker! Bargain. I like SGS!

I purchased a Ryobi Jigsaw for my husband on the Sunday, on Monday, I was told they had run out of stock but, it would be back in stock in a couple of days. Tuesday, I called them to double check and they told me it wouldn't arrive for when I needed it. I requested an immediate refund so I could buy elsewhere (luckily I paid via paypal) they told me 3 days. Paypal refunds show on your account within 2 hours, not like a card payment, so I knew they weren't a good company. I went to Paypal who opened a case from me, they then have 10 days to refund, they refunded me on the 10th day! Very poor service, they should be ashamed of themselves taking money when they don't have the products and then not refunding immediately and I will never buy from them again.

Never bought anything from SGS before, however, the service and the quality of the goods I purchased cannot be beat.
Will certainly use them again.
I purchased the STC1000 -8 Drawer tool chest and cabinet (This is a first class well made product and excellent value)
Also the TJ2 Trolley jack. Again a great value for money product. I had priced 2 ton trolley jacks at a couple of well known retail outlets they were more expensive and appeared inferior to the product I purchased.
