I ordered two parking chocks from SGS on line. The order was completed and posted the same day and I received them within 3 days by second class post. The rubber chocks are good value and do the job.

Was good to deal with a proper retailer for a change. They know their product and can give expert advice, all in a friendly manner. The products are good value and their delivery was excellent.

Rang for advise, and got a sales guy sighing to my questions. He then asked what I needed a generator for and recommended the wrong one. I never knew and transferred a thousand to pay for it. By end of day I had emailed for confirmation of despatch but no reply. I rang and they said they had not sent it. Then demanded a refund and they took 4 days till a driver turned up to deliver the wrong item. They knew the order was cancelled but still sent it regardless I was waiting for my money back. Then when I had it in my van, i rang asking about the refund and they said you hve the generator. So they then accused in direct words me of trying to keep the generator and the money. I still haven't received a refund. I was going to pay £300 extra for a better machine, and they would not continue the despatch even though they had. Grand and before it would have arrived they would have had the difference. Never call you back. Rude. And offer poor sales advise. Very bad company. Reporting them to trading standards in the morning. Direct breach kf my consumer rights.

I bought their Strimmer/Brushcutter and am delighted with the quality of it. Well built, a proper heavy duty 52cc motor, that really does the job. I have an area of approx the size of a football pitch of woodland that has been left to go ultra wild with Brambles, Nettles, Saplings of Hawthorn, Long Grass and Dock Leaves etc., etc. This Strimmer/Brushcutter is carving through it all with ease. The motor has no problem with either the Blade or the Strimmer Line. It is a heavy beast so essential you use their Harness which is included in the package, but once adjusted to your comfort, the Strimmer is perfectly balanced, comfortable and easy to use. I have had no problems with vibration at all and have used constantly for 2 to 3 hours at a stretch on some heavy weed filled areas with no problem whatsoever. The instructions are simple to follow, any tools needed included in the box and I can fully recommend it. Easy company to deal with as well, delivery very quick in a well packaged and secure carton and a Great Price.

Good value products. There was a problem with the courier not delivering one of 6 items, this was dealt with over night. Good products, good service. I am sure there will be more purchases...
