Ordered two 3 ton low profile garage trolley jacks, these are heavy but build quality looks great and very robust. Ordering process was simple, communication was great and delivery next day was spot on. Would certainly recommend SGS.

On opening the box straight a way you can see this hasn't been thrown this is something built to last he absolutely loves it and says it's a joy to use.

I've been buying products from SGS for quite a while now. A compressor, tools, axle stands and wheel dollies and consumables to name a few. Never had a problem and always dealt with knowledgeable, friendly staff. Certainly wouldn't consider any other supplier. Added bonus of dealing with a UK company.

My strimmer didn't start at all. Only after receiving additional starting instructions (not the first time this has happened then) did it eventually start only to use a tank of fuel in 10 mins and then refuse to start thereafter, hot or cold.
SGS were reluctant to admit a fault but eventually had it back for investigation but after keeping it for 2 weeks sent it back in the same condition.
I then had a saga to obtain a refund which took a lot of chasing and contacting my credit card company. Overall the experience lasted over 6 weeks and is not one I intend to repeat!

I bought an SGS mechanics tool cart, reading the product lisiting i had all the information i needed to make a purchase key dimensions were easy to see on the page which sold it for me. I paid via paypal which was another convenience. The item arrived very quickly to my address in northern ireland (the additional postage cost was upfront and reasonable). I was very pleased with the item it has significantly improved my workflow when working around cars.

I found SGS is an excellent company to deal with, they dealt with my emails with respect and responded to them quickly. They made me feel a valued customer, and that the customer was actually important to them, they put other companies to shame. They also provided a super speedy despatch of the ordered parts which arrived well packed and perfectly made for the job. Hence why I have given 5 stars but they actually deserved 10 stars

I had a plastic cowling on a compressor that was damaged during transit. I bought the item a year ago but had not unboxed it yet.

SGS replaced it immediately no questions asked. This is why i keep buying their products, great quality, and excellent service!

Being relatively new to the world of compressors, usually use gas / electric operated nail guns. Thought i would give air a whirl. Found the website to be well laid out and explanations were both clear and understandable. Delivery was incredibly fast i. E next morning (paid the extra). I have been using the compressor and nail gun over the weekend and has proved to be worthy investment

Just bought a compressor. A mechanics tool chest and other various tools from sgs. I'm so impressed with the quality of these items and with free next day delivery it was a fantastic consumer experience. They seem to have the balance between quality and price just right. Very impressed. Seamless support from start to finish and my package arrived earlier than expected. Not only did I find the gas struts I required but also an informative instructional video on the product page I could review prior to purchase in case I required any specialist tools to complete the job.

I bought a 26" 5 drawer roller cabinet. The quality is great, and it's fantastic price meaning that these two factors combine to deliver excellent value for money. The quality of the castors, drawer bearings, and the main carcass itself is far superior to certain other mainstream suppliers, especially for the price.
Very fast delivery, and it arrived next day with no issues.

I was amazed how efficiently my purchase was dealt with despite my ringing and asking for accessories to be added, which they were without any problems. I haven't used it yet, but it's all present and correct and I'm looking forward to having a go!

A great little compressor that suits my needs perfectly. Seems well made and a very competitive price. I was drawn by the local back up/parts/servicing which is what made my mind up to buy from this company. Communications during delivery was excellent and the compressor arrived promptly. No negatives at all that I can see.

As a complete novice at buying car parts I found the SGS website, out of several I looked at, very clear and concise. I was confident I had ordered the correct item which is really important when buying online! A handy 2 minute clip also showed me how to fit the item. Will use again.

I purchased some struts for my car from their website and when they came they didn't fit. The website didn't make it clear that there were a number of different options for the car, but SGS refused to pay for the return postage, even though they would have access to cheap business rates, so it cost me almost as much as the struts cost to send them back. My advice is to buy from the dealer instead as it'll work out cheaper if there's a problem.

Ordered a compressor and various components. All came by free deli art which was tracked and spot on time. The only part I couldn't order I requested a call back in and within the hour had a call from the team at SGS who explained and diaries to call me as soon as it was I stock. They did have an alternative but happy to wait. Top team and will be using again.

I ordered them on line and paid a very fair price. They were dispatched and delivered within 19 hours and fitted in 10 minutes. These struts are great quality and easily equal the original Chrysler fittings. Bearing in mind these were ordered the day before Christmas Eve and delivered on Christmas Eve, it shows the professional commitment to each and every customer. I am pleased and would recommend these people without hesitation. Happy New Year!
