Recently bought a petrol strimmer from this company. From start to finish the correspondence and professional approach from them was excellent. A very good price and quality product that I am sure will last me well.

I bought some gas struts for my Mercedes. They came very quickly and were great value. I hit a snag with my car when fitting them, but the technical support from SGS was great. Nothing was too much trouble for them. An excellent company.

Some time ago I bought a bottle jack from them. A company I had never heard about. However the transaction went through normally and delivery was fast. This time looking to get some axles stands they proved to have some high quality stands at very competitive prices. Ordered from them again. Quick delivery, well packaged, good communications. Feel happy to recommend them and their products to others.

These stands are very robust and will last for years.

The delivery of the goods from them (compressor, strimmer and chainsaw) has been first class too. All goods work as they should and price is excellent.

Tailgate struts for A4 Avant were easy to fit, thanks to the online instructional video. Took no more than 10 mins to do and the end result is a vast improvement on the old struts which were clearly feeling their age. Under half the price of OEM ones too. Delivered at the allotted time so no complaints on the part of the courier either!

Ordered the 72" stainless tool chest for my garage and must say the value for money is fantastic. Not as robust as a snap on unit but at 1/5 the price it's prefect for what im using it for. Delivery company were very helpful and efficient as well. Can't say anything wrong with the whole purchase.

Bought a product from this company and it arrived in great time.
We had to contact customer services regarding a slight problem, and after a couple of emails to customer service team, they helped fast and efficiently with our problem.
Fabulous commitment to their customers... Will certainly use them again.

I have purchased quite a few items from them in the past. This item, due to demand was out of stock which they emailed me first thing Monday morning as I had ordered over the weekend. They offered me a full refund or option to wait till the item was back in stock. I chose to wait as it is only going to be a couple of weeks. Excellent customer service and good fast delivery on the other items i have ordered, they all arrived next day.

Ordered the 26 ", 9 drawer tool chest one day and it arrived the following day within the 1 hour time slot promised. Very pleased with the product which was exactly as specified and was well engineered and good value for money. Excellent service which is quite unusual these days.

Seriously well deserved 5 stars. I originally order the tool chest via eBay but their rules would not allow a different delivery address. Due to the size of the tool chest it was critical that it was delivered to my home address.
SGS immediately offered to cancel the order and refund me. I then re-ordered direct from the SGS website. Customer services could not have been more obliging and helpful. The communication was brilliant and I was constantly updated as to the status of my order.
SGS's courier offered a similar service and kept me updated as to the delivery. Even to the extent of phoning me and offering THREE delivery dates. Topping it off by stating that the driver will call me an hour before delivery so I could leave work and return home to meet with the driver.
To be honest it doesn't get better than this. This has to a bench mark for other companies to follow. Top drawer!

Can't praise SGS enough, their customer service pulled out all stops to effect a speedy delivery to me in France. The strimmer exceeded all expectations, really good quality and solid and just breezed through a very large area of overgrown grass and foliage. I will certainly be purchasing more quality SGS products shortly.

I ordered a post hole boring machine from SG-S, what a cracking bargain, except for adding 2 stroke fuel the machine worked straight out of the box, delivery time is fantastic, I cannot praise this company enough, first class products good delivery times.

I've bought several of there own brand products which have been good quality and priced well. Recently I've bought a Milwaukee tool which was competitively priced.
In all cases items were dispatched the same day and delivered the next, great service!

This August I purchased a lawnmower. It was very competitively priced and delivery was free and next working day. We often have problems with delivery because of difficulties with access - not this time however, the service was excellent in every respect. Many thanks.
