Super fast delivery, I ordered my items at approximately 15.21 on Thursday and they was delivered by 09.45 on Friday. The 4 wheel dollies were exceptionally cheap and so was the low profile trolley jack it's ideal for my Lexus 200h. I have recommended and will continue to use again

I have just bought a 1/2 inch Milwaukee impact gun arrived quickly as in next day as advertised. Everything was as expected and worked perfectly I will be using them again as price and speed of delivery was great thanks

Horrible experience! Asked for discount as I was purchasing bigger number of tools. After receiving the quote and sending a full payment straight away, a week later was told that they can't even fulfill my order. However, asked for a refund for the items that weren't available and now 2 weeks later still nothing. All we get is apologies apologies and more apologies. Asked for proof of refund, and again noting! Not only that but when they delivered the items that were supposed be in stock, we still have items we did not receive. Asked the question few times, but they were always finding way to avoid answering with nonsense emails.

Had to send them to debt collectors. Yet, these guys still owe me £2085. 84

I ordered a strimmer it came the next working day but the oil I ordered did not. I emailed them and they called me within the hour to explain they had put it in my strimmer box. Wow never experienced such good customer service. I will defo purchase products from this company again. Thank you x

Excellent service, amazing quality products and super fast delivery. I placed an order and then decided I wanted to add to it so I emailed the team. They were great, rang me back the next morning and took my additional payment and then packed it with the rest of my order so I didn't need to pay postage. Will definitely use again :)

Have only used SGS a few times, but they never fail to impress me, great products brilliant service, and if your stuck, give them a call, and they will give you all the help you need. I will obviously be using them again.

I bought a gas strut to replace one fitted to a kitchen cupboard. After searching the internet for a reasonably priced unit I came across SGS; the price was good as is the quality and it does the job perfectly. However the thing that impressed me most was their customer care, I was phoned before the unit was dispatched to ask me if I had forgotten to order end fittings. If I had forgotten, it would have meant a delay and an inconvenience, but as it was I was re-using the retrieved fittings from the failed gas strut. Just a small thing but it shows me real customer care. Thanks SGS Engineering 5 stars well deserved

I ordered the 52cc brush cutter, next day delivery. Arrived on time, easy to set up, used the following day, cut through very tough brambles and long grass with ease. Highly recommend this company and from previous reviews, was the reason I bought this great piece of kit, and at a fab price. Next day delivery was free! Cant beat that with a big stick!

I'd been looking for a tool chest for a while, when my brother in law sent me a mail saying SGS had a sale on. I'd already "chosen" the one i wanted, so I logged on and bought a 72" stainless steel one.

Ordered Friday, delivered Tuesday at no cost.

Tool chest looks well made and came well packed (polystyrene/cardboard and on a pallet - stainless still had the protective film on). Bolt on the wheels and handles and you're good to go. As others have said, this wouldn't look out of place in your kitchen.

I had made a mistake when ordering my hedge trimmer. A frequent user of Argos as drop off for eBay purchases through Paypal I inadvertently entered their address for delivery with SGS. Argos properly refused to accept the parcel. I was contacted by SGS by phone. Sean suggested I ask Argos for a favour and to take the delivery. He could have asked, quite properly, for me to pay return courier charges. Argos played ball and I received my goods the very next day.

The gas struts on our Renault Scenic tailgate had failed. It was easy to find and order the right struts, quickly delivered. For some you'll find fitting instructions and a video. I picked SGS on the basis of reviews and other recommendations. The struts took about 10 minutes to fit. For the Renault Scenic you have to take the rear light assembly out which requires a Torx screwdriver. Throughout this you really need a strong reliable friend to hold up the tailgate - it's very heavy and you don't want to have it fall on you.

After much deliberation I finally ordered the 24ltr air compressor kit and air drill on Thursday afternoon 3.15 it all arrived on Friday at 3.20 well packaged. On opening The quality shows the finish looks and feels good overall very satisfied well almost should have gone for the 50 ltr one lol.

Very well packaged and fast delivery. Great price and the compressor works welI. Would be happy to use SGS again but more options for required spares might make a dunce like me order all the required connectors at the same time as the main order.

I have found this firm to be very professional in the way they treated me as a customer. Their prices are very competetive and they sell quality tools. It is good to know when mail ordering that the tool will be with you very quickly.

Ordering of the generator was very straightforward and it was received the next day.
The product appears well made, and despite filling with oil being tricky, it started first pull.
Obviously I can't judge reliability yet.

Purchased the 72 Tool Chest & side Cabinet, arrived as expected and was well packaged, unfortunately once unboxed a dent was noticed in one of the drawers. Notified SGS who promptly apologised for something that can and does happen to any business sending huge heavy products and they arranged shipping of a replacement drawer "same day".
Charlotte in after sales acted promptly and professionally, would highly recommend SGS to anyone. Currently awaiting drawer to arrive but have no concerns it is on its way.

This is the first time I have purchased from SGS and I was influenced by other reviews I had read of the SGS products. Im very pleased with the tool chest - drawer unit on wheels. It arrived next day which I was not expecting so a bonus there, it was well packed so no damage and the quality seems to be very good. So in summary - a good website, prompt delivery, good quality product and no transit damage. A satisfied customer who would go back to SGS for other products if and when required.

Next day delivery and great comms from the courier letting me know within an hour time band for delivery.
The trolley jack itself... is Quality. Sturdy bit of kit well made, great for amateurs and professional mechanics alike.

Their website made it really easy to select new gas structs to fit my car. Delivery was very fast (even though it was standard delivery) and the structs are excellent quality and fitted perfectly. Price is extremely competitive.
I had exactly the same excellent experience a few years ago when I replaced the structs on my son's car.
